Start of week 4. This girl stretched an inch during week 3 and her bud sites continued to pack on size and take shape. She is very sticky to the touch, with a slight citrus, earthy smell.

Was für ein toller Strain. Die Pflanze wuchs von Anfang an sehr stark. Sie brauchte wenig Nährstoffe und hat sich nach nur 4 Wochen Vegitationsphase sehr schnell entwickelt. 7 1/2 Wochen nach Umstellung auf 12/12 war sie für meinen Geschmack fertig. Sie ist voll von Trichomen und der Duft erobert innerhalb von Sekunden den Raum. Jetzt darf sie Trocknen und fermentieren. Sobald sie fertig ist gibt es einen Rauchbericht. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

I've unshackled the plant by removing the ties I was using for LST. She continues to streach while producing new flowering sites. I've decreased the Nitrogen and increased the Phosphorus and Potassium ratios in the feed. Now watering 2 litres of water every 3/4 days.

Harvest time! Chopped and wet trim, now she's drying in the rack. A real pleasure to grow, I am super excited to smoke this lady in 2 weeks! Thank you everyone for checking out my grow. Update June 23, the buds dries quickly, temps are warmer here so drying was quick. 59 grams on the scale, I'm happy with this amount and with the bud quality, size, smell and smooth taste/flavor when smoked. It was so smooth, I had to smoke 2 joints back to back, in order to get a good taste and smell profile. And munchies!! Whoa man does she make me hungry!

***** Week 4 Veg - December 26/20 to Jan 1/21 ***** The girls were transplanted on Christmas day, after three weeks in the solo cups from seed. They had been growing well in cups but I must admit that I feel the root mass should have been larger after that time period. I am working with a new nutrient line that I have not used before and have not been adding microbes to the feed schedule thus far.........or hardly any. I feel this is why the root system, while looking healthy, is looking too small. Over the next couple weeks will ensure they get lots of microbes in the 1 gal pots to fill those up with roots before moving to 5 gal pots.......the last upsize for this girls. Counting my weeks for finish I am wishing that I had started these girls a couple of weeks sooner so they may not get to veg in the 5 gal pots for a couple of weeks before flipping to flower. For these girls it is still pretty early on in their lives and not many exciting things to happen the first month of seedlings. We have done one upsize and another to go. Keep the feeding in line and follow the week 1 veg feeding for these girls, bringing up the ppm closer to 700ppm range. Overall, happy with first couple of weeks of veg. Need to get more roots going, we will, but otherwise just give them the time to mature and take it easy......they will come along😀 Little more detail....... Dec 26/20, Day 22 Veg - Dry out day after being transplanted yesterday. - Pots were still heavy. - Let the microbes in the media do their thing and start pushing root growth harder than what has been happening. Dec 27/20, Day 23 Veg - Gave the girls a little splash of the left over nutes from two days ago to add a little oxygen and they can take the extra microbes and bacteria right now😀 - 200ml with Microbial Mass and Piranha @ 2ml/L = 650ppm and 5.7pH - They are really happy today!!!! Loving the bigger pot to let those valuable roots expand into nice fluffy new coco and soak up the nutrients👍 Dec 28/20, Day 24 Veg - feeding day today with more water to get some runoff from the 1 gal pots. They have not been watered to runoff yet. - 0.5L each girl with the full line for this week. No other additives, just the IPP line = 700ppm and 5.7pH - seems a little high to jump from around 300ppm to 700 but will follow the companies recommendations👍 Dec 29/20, Day 25 Veg - Dry out day. - they are happy today......not much to add otherwise today Dec 30/20, Day 26 Veg - going to give them another day without watering. - I feel like I should be watering today but I am not as I am not sure how much moisture they will have consumed and the roots need some air to breath so holding off. - think it is a CalMag only feeding tomorrow. Dec 31/20, Day 27 Veg - feed day today since it has been a couple of days. - 500ml with CalMag @ 2ml, Gold Storm @ 7ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, Blackstorm @ 2ml, Vitamin B @ 0.5ml = 525ppm and 5.7pH - keeping the humic and fluvic acids going in, plus Kelp and CalMag👍 - the girls are happy and seeing forward movement everyday, looking for more aggressive though from the girls. Jan 1/21, Day 28 Veg - doing very well......like really well💪 - didn’t push them today and left them alone for watering, pots of course still had some weight and I didn’t expect them to need today. - Optic Folier Overgrow given today. Folier spray to give them just an extra boost since everything is otherwise dialed in👍 Finishing off the week very strong!!!!!! They have been looking very healthy and perky everyday. The roots are a concern and will be taking it easy on the nutrients for another week yet and keep up the microbes and beneficials. Will get them in line......my hope is too keep their time in the 1 gals down to two weeks max......maybe 10 days?? Looking pretty good ETS as we move through the first upsize. Her stems are stiffening and they are taking varying temps and humidity in the first weeks well. Feeding has been moderate to light and no signs of any issues......again, still pretty early on but its all good so far😎

Week 2: Light Struggles, First Adjustments & the Patience Test Update: 14.03.25 Good morning, grow fam! Week 2 of my photoperiod journey is running – a mix of challenges and small wins. Here’s a look at the early days of my Blueberry and Durban Poison seedlings. Current Observations: Light Deficiency & Stretching Stems The first days post-germination were intense: The seedlings developed extremely long, thin stems (check the photos!), a clear sign of insufficient light. Since I’m intentionally avoiding extra lighting to save resources, I had to improvise: - Tray Rotation: I rotate the seedling tray multiple times a day to ensure even exposure to the weak March sunlight. - DIY Support: For the most stretched seedlings, a bent wire acts as a crutch to prevent them from collapsing. Interestingly, the tomato and cucumber plants in the same tray show no issues – their stems stay compact. Seems like veggies are better adapted to low-light conditions than cannabis! Nutrients & Alfa Boost: An Experiment Even though my Biobizz Lightmix should provide enough nutrients for the first weeks, I tested a sample of Alfa Boost (freebie from the grow shop) during watering. The product claims to boost roots and stress resistance – perfect for my light-stressed babies. So far, no negative reactions, but no explosive growth either. Slow Growth – No Cause for Concern The plants are growing just millimeters per day, but that’s okay. My focus is on building sturdy, resilient plants, not speed. Once days get longer and sunnier, growth should pick up. They’ll stay indoors until mid-May anyway – plenty of time to bulk up. Next Steps & Tweaks - Transplanting in 1–2 Weeks: Once the first true leaf pairs emerge, they’ll move to small pots with my Biobizz All-Mix blend. - First Topping Soon: Once the plants hit 4–5 nodes, I’ll top them to encourage bushier growth. Week 2 Takeaway: Patience is key! Even in suboptimal conditions, I trust Dutch Passion’s resilient genetics. Fingers crossed for greener progress next week. Que pasa familia, vamos con la decim semana de floración de estas Rainbow Melón feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros que además provocó un shock que también solucione. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las flores están bien prietas y resinosas, sacan unos aromas muy fuertes que no logro describir así, está acabando de madurar, los tonos que se marca son increíbles, no veas como se han puesto. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Plants growing slowly, having a problem with mold and I went and got hydrogen peroxide and that seems to control the area of it when sprayed.

She's looking lovely this week. Buds fattening up nicely. Pistils slowly changing colours, still many white though.
