The seedlings in their rockwool cubes were planted into high quality soil in clear (to monitor root development) 140mm pots. The seed raising soil was first sterilised with boiling water and cooled then Mykos root enhancer was added. The clear pots were then placed into a black pot to keep light from getting to the roots. Each plant was then placed into larger white pot to reflect light and heat, with a clear dome placed over them to maintain humidity. The lamp used was a cheap 1400 lumen warm white LED spotlight from the local hardware, set to 16-8. No watering was done for many days as the soil was saturated from the sterilisation.

April 2 Fully into flowering now. I think the tape that I put over the LED on the humidifier was more translucent than I expected, delaying flowering a week. I fed a half gallon of RAW BLOOM on April 1, and a full gallon 2 days prior. I'll need to dedoliate soon, cuz the bottom is a jungle.

I’ll start out by saying I had to move plant 4 out because it was getting too big. So there’s three in the tent and one in a closet at the moment! May do some more moving around but not sure. So far plant 2 is flowering the hardest with plant 1 behind, then plant 3, and finally the monster plant 4. All same strain but different growth patterns, which is pretty cool

An exciting week here training this girl. Was spacing her out throughout the week using the low stress ties. You can see all of them pulling her out. Idk what to do with the middle ones. I've tried those before but they kinda stunt for me. Watering every other day right now. And I know, I've gotta defoliate her. I'll do that when I lollipop mid week. Having said that, there won't be much this run as I trained while in flower. Put up trellises around the edges and used steaks for the rest..got to move around room to water…everything looks good.. on flower nutrients

we just finished 2 weeks are are going into the 3 week. These ladies can EAT!! 1,000 ppm’s and no issues..looks like I have to up the ppm’s for bloom phase 4 out of the 5 are doing GREAT. The 5th one is having issues and I know it’s the media I am using. I had a different brand of soil for 1 of the banana MAC’s and it freaking SUCKS!! I am amending with Iron-Tone by Espoma to get the green back and it has some cal-mag also with sulpher ( hits all suspect deficiencies). The other 4 are in Mother Earth soil which I have had zero issues with. I will be sticking with Mother Earth for awhile. 11/6 Potassium deficiency in the banana MAC’s…kinda of a good sign. Let’s me know the plant is going into bloom phase and it’s time to change the ratios from 1:1:1 to 1:3:2. The 1:3:2 is flower girl 1 week and fish bone meal with Langbeinite the other week. I will alternate between the two for 4 weeks. Tuesday ( 11/8) will mark 3 weeks. I did defoliation and lollipoping today. This is the second one I have done ( I do the first one the week before flipping).

Week 5 day 35 today I turned the plants 180° and defoliated not too sure if I absolutely butchered them but its done now time will tell....they've been watered straight after also I've noticed no yellow tips or deficiency on leafs all through pur which is shocking...this strain is the best one I have grown soo far I've done about 5 so far over 10 years with big gaps so learning again for sure slowly 👍 would like to grow this again soon but properly next time... temps are around 26-27 still using the cfls to keep temps up and is going well so far. Im looking for seeds for next time I want to grow but can't seem to find this strain anywhere 😕

Just flushing the girls this week, waiting for most trichomes to go cloudy instead of clear. Ive now switched the lights off for 36/48 hours and will harvest in the next couple of days :))

Lemon Cake week 18 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring the ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Thanks for the visits, likes and comments, I appreciate all the plant love💚. This beauty is starting to finish up. Yellowing up and fattening up nicely. I’m still having powdery mildew pop up but nothing too crazy. It’s not getting in the buds. She has been turning a touch purple with all the cold nights in my neck of the woods. I will likely take this girls down in a week as the forecast is nothing but rain so mildew could become an issue with too much humidity and the cold nights. I want to try these genetics indoor as PM won’t be an issue I’m my tent. 😎🍿
