day 52 update- the nutrient problem is apparently gone now and the buds keep growing so I did nothing special this week- The scrog mess is nicely covered with tails and there is not more burning issues.

This week was a real breeze! She's gaining a ton of weight on the bud sites and she's really growing nicely! She's starting to bud around the flowering sites and really finishing nicely. The formation of bracks and the formation of the buds is my favorite part because that's when you get to see somewhat of the final picture and the time the flower is most colorful! Now the second best part is harvesting the flower for smoking which will be occuring soon! The smell on these girls is very invigorating!! She's putting out a smell of a Apple Tart! You can smell the Apple Strudel right away when you open up the tent! I can't believe how big she's got and how beautiful they are coming along! I have to say that this is one of my favorites to grow and my favorite smelling strain! I also love the way the flowers are stacking on the colas!!! The frost on top of the cola leaves is insane! During the day I drop the humidity down to 45-50% and then at night I raise the humidity up to 60-65% which helps a ton with flower promotion during the flowering stage! Also, I raise the temperature during the day to 80° and at night I lower the temperature to 55°-60° which helps mimic the autumn temperatures that aids a ton in flower production in the flowering stage!!! I'll be stopping the two Apple Strudel Auto's from receiving any synthetic nutrients soon and flushing them once harvest is closer. It will be within the next two weeks or so! I do that because they'll stop taking nutrients in and start to self canabulize as a normal (ending) part of plant life. Then I'll give the two ladies plain pH balanced H20 for the next 2 weeks to flush any and all nutrients out of them. Then three days of darkness. Finally I'll chop them down to hang in my harvesting closet for 7-14 days with a dehumidifier on at 65% humidity. Then I'll place the flower into the trimmer and then into the grove bags for the last step in harvesting! The grove bags will keep the flower at 58-62% humidity. They also help keep the flower fresh longer, the Terpenes fresh, the Terpenes flavors, and from becoming moldy or dried out! I've used both these and the mason jars with boveda humidity packs but to me the grove bags are a must and a go to fail safe!!! All you do is hang your buds upside down at 60/60 or 65/60 for 7-10 days or until the braches snap and make that noise. Thanks and as always stay safe, stay high, and stay blessed!

So I did a lot of cleaning in trimming in my tent and spent a lot of close up time with grape gas station only to discover that it is a male. I did consider saving the pollen because I do have a separate tent that I could actually put this guy in alone but it's just not something I've ever done and not something I'm ready to commit the time to. Time to go so all others can thrive in the big tent

Baked bomb auto is doing good this week. She has not shown any pistils yet. I imagine they are not far off. She looks like she is starting a stretching stage. She loves extra cal mag as well. She got a decent defoliation to open her up. She is ready for another week. This has been my favorite fast buds strain of all time and just even as a photoperiod it would be my favorite. I'm so glad that it's an auto because I cant wait for these frosty 27% nugs. Check back next week to see just how fast they grow! & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!

Super super frosty and sticky nugs, very dense and compact, big calyx, stinks, beautiful strain to grow the 2 plants of wedding cake Auto I have got the same aroma, this girl is being fed using nothing but a good soil prepared organically with complete organics by guanokalong and also seaweed powder, and also I added florians livings organics which is such an awesome organic super food for the plants that makes the strains performer better when when it comes the time to smoke you don't feel all that chemical stuff. Ya se han notado un monton de avances en cuanto a maduracion de flores, se ha tomado la decesion de esperar a secar las 4 plantas al mismo tiempo por motivos de espacios. 4 plantas con lavado de raices, se lograra el objetivo de 50 g por planta ? +se ha perdido parte de la visualizacion del seguimiento por tiempo personal.

Su 5ta semana completada ! (mas un día porque debí subirlo ayer) El crecimiento sigue progresando y esta semana aumente la dosis en un ml (la siguiente semana creo subiré a 4ml/L) ya que empecé a observar un poco de decolora miento de algunas hojas aunque también sobre fertilizar es algo que debo de tomar en cuenta. Seguiré haciendo LST quizá un par de sesiones más porque estoy seguro que no falta mucho para entrar a floración y espero establecer una buena estructura antes de ese momento para que empiece q crecer hacia arriba, espero salga bien; es mi primer LST 😃 Sigan este diario semana a semana 😃

Another great week of sunshine , plants are well into flower now and looking great. Been down and have a good feed of grow and bloom. That’s all this week, happy growing 🌱

Decided to skip a couple weeks since I was away and didn't take many pictures. This week I switched to flower! For the past couple weeks I have been training them, topping a couple times and defoliating lower branches. Plants started showing sex and I discovered I was right with 3 female, 2 male and I eliminated the male plants. I am pretty happy with the structure of the plants and the canopy. I prepared a flower compost tea for the day I switched to 12/12. I included organic fertilizer, compost, worm castings, azomite, liquid seaweed, molasses, and URB. I top dress the soil with the remaining compost and fertilizer, and water the plants with the compost tea directly. This mix has worked pretty well for me in the past and seems to be relatively strong, they seemed to love it! In the days since the switch to 12/12 they have stretched a lot. Especially the plant on the right, which also seems to be the least healthy plant. This plant is easily 10in taller than the other two and it is becoming sort of an issue. I had to raise the light quite a bit and it is about as high as it can go so I hope it doesn't stretch much more. Other than that they seem very happy, and things are going smoothly. They already smell amazing, so I am looking forward to seeing the buds on these!
