hi all. Here we are finally here with some of the ladies out and hanging to dry. It had been a fun week with trimming and hanging the Girl Scout cookie ladies. They finished so perfectly with a beautiful colour and terpenes oozing off them. Everytime I go up to the room , their sweet smell hits me before I get to see the other ladies. With about 6 days for #2 and 4 for #1 , I expect a few more days before they are even close to jar ready for a cure. Thankfully as they are organic and not needing to deal with leftover sodium based nutes, the terpenes should remain fairly intact with the very low 8°c and plenty of airflow keeping them rotating slowly. Rh is around 50% but not a mould risk thanks to the draughty eaves. The remaining Amnesia Haze ladies are like wound springs now. They are still 2 weeks from their supposed harvest time but look ready now. If I didn't know that there is a second flush about to pop them wide open and swell them even more , it would be easy to pull them before their true ending . Still very smokable at this stage now but i am confident that they will have a second flush of fresh pistils any day now. There are signs of it starting on a couple of the mains so i will be using the Dragon force to support this for about 7 days , which is designed to boost them at their finishing stages. I rate this product and use it every grow. Well worth a look. The natural fading and the temperature drops at lights off are creating some amazing colours throughout the canopy now too. Thankfully experience allows me to enjoy this kaleidoscope of autumnal colours and not panic that I have a major deficiency going down. There are some nicely cannabalising leaves in the canopy too which is also a good sign that they are performing just as nature intended and gorging on the stored goodness from the big fans left on. They are a multi purpose leaf for the whole process from veg to finish , they change their role as the grow progresses and as soon as she notices that they are taking more to keep alive and become a sink instead of a gain , she will cannabalising the stores built up and shed the leaf herself. This is why I get stuck with the whole defoliation debate. Was a pretty smooth week for most the girls. Showing some steady growth. I topped all of the plants around day 12 other than the slurricane 7. Ph got a little high since the nutrient level was too low to buffer it at the beginning of the week. Slurricane 7 and sugar cane are the ones that took some damage. I think they will be ok though. I upped the nutrients to 1/4 tsp per gallon and the ph has held stable since then. Should be able to start some training the middle of next week and looks like we might be going 2 more weeks on veg before flipping them to flower depending on how this upcoming week goes. Guess you will have to show up next week to find out...

You walk into the back yard and it’s a straight face punch of smells. Looking like some indoor rn moved all plants to safer place in case storm hits so now I atleast have a wind break

This grow had its up and downs but I must say I’m very happy with the out come with over 2 pounds. One of the plants gave me 7.5 ozs alone. Now I’m on to my next journey after my grow room reset. I will be running some fast buds white widow auto and jack herer auto in the grow ace air Cube be on the look out for that journal. Thanks for all who kept looking and liking the journal. На этой неделе растения стабильно получали 20 часов света, это очень помогло им стать больше и сильнее. Я продолжаю тренировки LST. На этой неделе была обрезка веерных листьев, я часто практикую дефолиацию автоцветов. Надеюсь проблем со светом не будет, растения уже показали "усы" свой пол, значит стадия предцвета будет примерно через неделю, хочу что бы они стали ещё больше и набрали "мяса" массу. This phenotype #4 was removed from the grow tent after 2 weeks of veg due to a deficiency I'd never seen before. From what I've researched, it could be sulfur; it didn't seem to be a disease, but it produced excessive resin.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. So far so good. Frost Banger is showing some purple hues and the Purple Haze is full on developing purple buds. The FBA2504 is my fav in this run shes tall and still growing, looking healthy except she has a lil Phosphorus deficiency at her top leaves but other than that they all are doing good. We are already on day 43 with this run!

In Italia i cambiamenti climatici sono molto evidenti, questo mese di maggio è stato come aprile cioè pioggia incessante ogni giorno e temperature pazze con sbalzi assurdi ma nonostante ciò le bellissime dutchfem autofiorenti continuano a crescere in maniera abbondante, rapida e compatte. Ero preoccupato per il terreno troppo bagnato ma per fortuna non hanno minimamente stressato o rallentato la crescita di queste varietà autofiorenti così adatte ad ogni esigenza. Alcune sono già in pre fioritura e massimo tra dieci giorni la fioritura sarà evidente. Il meteo migliorerà tra una settimana circa e quindi con il caldo estivo forte italiano queste varietà non faranno che fiorire in maniera massiccia come ogni anno saranno risultati indimenticabili soprattutto in outdoor biologico. Alcune sono state morse da lumache che spesso tentano di mangiare le foglie ma non hanno ottenuto nulla, queste piante si difendono bene. I nutrienti a lenta cessione è risultato inutile con la pioggia incessante si è sciolto subito ma non è un problema perché il terreno è molto equilibrato e nutrito da anni. Verranno nutrite a fioritura inoltrata,per ora crescono abbastanza rapide e non hanno bisogno di ulteriori attenzioni. Hanno circa sei internodi alcune quindi la fioritura magica a breve inizieranno tutte insieme come una sinfonia musicale!

Greetings to all growers! I´d like to share my experience with my plants. Growth was really fast, I didn´t even enjoy it. It was really awesome, plants were growing in front of my eyes, I could adapt them as I wished, they tolerated anything. The greatest joy I had when one of my C4 became purple (really beautiful). This is my first plant with coloring, so I´m really happy! C4 has started to bloom in 3.week. Lemon is absolutely crazy, he is still growing, he has 30.day and I still have to increase light because of his growth and he is starting to bloom. Fastberry is also growing well and just like Lemon is also coming to bloom. I hope everything will be fine and I will come to successfull end.
