Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! During VII week: 1 ecrased amount of water to 400 ml per day - autowarering system open flow 3 times a day for totally 400 ml/day 2 during DAy 48 i defoliated some fan leaves and added 1 35w led on top on her canopy —— During this week: 1 Start lollipop 2 Added potassium silicate (rhino skin) 3 Removed Bvitamin complex (b52) for a lighten nut. Solution 4 Added phitobscillus (vodoo juice) — Soon I will see sprout come up to net, when canopy will be 50-60 cm I finish lollipop under net and then start flipping, i’m Planning that for 10th week of veg. _ Update Day 50: some sprouts are over the net day 51 : added 2 oscillating fan - Secret Jardin 20watt - 1 turned on with light, 1 tuned on h24

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, unsere Pflanzen sind mittlerweile alle so groß, dass sie im Gewächshaus eine Etage nach unten ziehen müssen. Der Geruch wird täglich intensiver. Das Wetter bleibt durchwachsen bis schlecht, ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das 50W Zusatzlämpchen bei 6 Pflanzen noch wirklich einen Unterschied macht... An Tag 40 gab es ein weiteres mal Dünger, diesmal einen ganzen Liter. An Tag 41 habe ich nochmal ihre Höhe gemessen, sie hat einen Stretch von über 20cm in fünf Tagen gemacht😊zwei große Fächerblätter habe ich entfernt, da sie (zukünftigen) Blüten das Licht nehmen.

FINALE!!! Passend zum EM-Start gehen meine fünf Easy Buds von RQS in die letzte Phase Ihrer Blüte. Diese Woche habe ich bereits damit begonnen ausgiebig zu gießen und zu spülen, die Pflanzen noch ein weiteres mal zu beschneiden und die Vorbereitungen für das Trocknen wurden getroffen. Ich freue mich sehr auf das Trocknen, weil die Blüten dort noch mal richtig zeigen können, was in Ihnen steckt, der Geruch ist sehr viel versprechend, erdig, würzig, skunk-ish. Ich glaube diese Woche sprechen die Bilder und Videos mehr als meine Worte. Wie man leicht erkennen kann sind zwei der fünf mädels noch in einem früheren Blütestatus, aber das stört mich nicht. Ich werde kommende Wochen mit viel freude die kleinen bäumchen abschneiden, dass heißt nächste Woche findet sich hier bereits der Bericht über die Ernte. Bis dann! =)))

This is the start of week 6 of flower! She will be getting the last bit of nutrients given to her this week. This way she's got a little bit of food for the next two or three weeks. Then she can ripen up the last week or two with nothing. I'll be top dressing her with some Kashi, flower finisher, worm castings, bloom booster...

Straw-Lectric Lemonade-STRNG Seed W10 F1 01/11-17 These strawberry collection gals are taking off like rockets during this early stretch. Cadillac1 and S. Trop Cherry 2 have grown at least 15 inches this week. I cannot push them to the edge anymore. Pics show them pressed up against the light. What to do? My hubby suggested cutting them off-you should have seen the look I gave him. I decided to do more super cropping of the tallest branches. These girls were 56 and 57 inches from the soil to their tops. As tall as me but an additional 15inches due to the pot. I tried to bend the stem by about 10inches, so the tops are about the same as the other plants in the tent. Fingers crossed they slow down. Since the dots did not arrive before the transplant, I decided to use TPS1 and start during the first week of flower. That’s now. The mix for early bloom is as follows: TPS1 14ml/g Silica Gold 3ml/g I needed to add 3ml/g of Calmag to raise the pH after accidentally lowering it too much. 1/10 66.5F, 6.22 ph & 1023 ppm 1/14 70.3F, 6.42 ph & 1007 ppm Pics 1/11 !st flower week defoliation and lollipop for all the Strawberry collection. 1/16 More super cropping of Cadillac1 and 1st time Trop Cherry2. General observations: I usually use Air pots but these can be messy when water squirts out the side holes. I decided to use the 5Gal fabric pots AC Infinity provided when I got the tent. The fabric pots hold moisture longer than the air pots and since I have to water with at least a gallon, the humidity increases to 85%. This is way out of range for early bloom. Also, the ventilation fan increases to 10 which is very loud and only helps a small bit. I noticed that after defoliation the RH came down to the upper 60%. Not optimal but better. I should have defoliated in week 3 of veg to reduce the humidity in early flower. The only time my environment is optimal is when it’s close to the next watering day. Then it goes right back up after watering. It has been very cold here and the tent temperature barely gets above 73f. Increasing the tent temperature would help the VPD. When the plants were touching the lights, I held the lights at 80%. The buds were very fluffy not very frosty and the effect was mild and the smell was week. When you looking the plants they look like they have a shitload of weed but it's just volume, they have no mass. With so many colas i usually take about 400-450 gramms. All these problems came from the heat and it's not from bad genetics.Unfortunately i don't have photos from the hole harvest because i pretty much forgot about grow diaries and didn't took any.I will upload what is left... I think i am going to give it another shot when temperatures go down as i am very satisfied with the auto version from previous grows . For now i am starting 2 new diaries with an auto dinamex ( i hope :P) and an auto girl scout cookies from fast buds.

Questa settimana ho montato la lampada hps e l'ho spostata nella zona in cui le piante mi sembrano più pronte, i fiori stanno ingrossando sempre di più e dai filamenti arancioni sembrerebbe che stiano maturando, guardando con il microscopio i terpeni sono ancora trasparenti. Aggiornamento 27 novembre, ho controllato i terpeni della black cream al microscopio e sembrano quasi pronti prossima settimana tolgo qualche cima delle 2 black cream che sono quasi pronte e lasciando i rami più bassi per che risultano ancora meno pronti rispetto ad alcuni. Aggiornamento 28 Novembre : Le piante continuano a crescere costantemente le black cream sembrano sempre più pronte per il raccolto. Aggiornamento 30 Novembre : Oggi ho deciso di raccogliere alcune cime di 2 black cream che erano belle pronte.

This week the weather has been nice and consistent. Today has been the hottest on record in the UK reaching 37 degrees. This girl has loved it. She has bounced back nicely from her topping making the way for more bud production. fingers crossed this weather continues. 🤞

Good week, plants seem to be doing well. No issues except for plenty of gnats in the tent. I removed some lower branches that were touching the soil after training. Gave approximately 200ml water/nutrients. There was no sign they needed more than that and their bags are still relatively heavy. I expected from next week that watering will need to ramp up but I'll see.

Great strain for beginners, easy to grow don't require too much attention or special techniques . She will grow fast, gorgeous and smell very very strong, I didn't think I was going to be able to harvest more than an ounce (because this is my first time) but hey, I'm very happy with my 41G! The buds were skinny but dense in flavour, I wonder why the buds didn't get fat, its because of my LED panels, or genetics? Overall I recommend this strain for first time growers!

I advise everyone to try this!
