Apologies for not updating last week. She is the last girl left in the tent so I decided to get some canes and spread her out to the extents of the tent. She is progressing, the hairs are turning but have not gone very dark yet. Still some 'new' white hairs around. I have not even looked at the trichomes yet, the flowers look quite airy at this stage. As there are no other diaries of this strain I'm flying by the seat of my pants here 😂 I'm thinking at least another 3 weeks left..

Currently sitting at day 38 of flower. Forbidden Soda- Looks incredible, buds are a pinkish purple. Smell is a fruity tangerine Forbidden Dream pheno #1 - this pheno is the beat smelling and looking, started turning purple from the onset of flower, the smell is like grape soda mixed with sour patch kids. Forbidden Dream kush pheno: this was the pheno that I though hermied, it’s not possible that they were just calyxs building on the top buds. They never got bigger, didn’t release pollen, and some now have pistils thru them, but will see once harvest time. Very impressed with the forbidden Dream strain, as for the forbidden soda while it does look incredible , this was selected from 3 different 12/12 seeds where the other two were not good. The forbidden dream seems to have better phenotypes overall and buds are a lot denser..

Han crecido de buena manera, aunque el color verde de las hojas no es pareja, quizás la poda les afectó un poco o porque la extracción sigue siendo pasiva para mantener la humedad y eso afecta al proceso metabolico. Durante la próxima semana el fertilizante de root-juice lo cambiaré por vitamax pro, y mejorare la entrada y salida de aire. .... Se me había olvidado agregar a la solución de agua de bidon Cal-max, tal vez eso les faltaba, lo tendré en cuenta.

Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of flowering. I switched over to flowering 6 days ago so this is the end of week 1. Mixed up some nutrient for the 15 gallon reservoir and am giving a few minutes a day so the 15 gallons last 6 days. And I'll hand water with rainwater when the pots seem dry. The plants have filled up their spaces now and it was time to flower. I'm flowering about a week late from last year, but it was a cold spring, and I got the plants in a little late. So, I'm hoping to harvest around Aug 20th or so. Have Fun. Chuck.

Day 12 of organic grow and all is well. Seemed to have dialed in the conditions and able to keep good air movement, CO2 levels, and consistent temperatures/humidity with the ThruWall Closet Fan (Model TW108 ), and the Holmes Twin Exhaust/Intake Fan (Model HAWF-2041). Humidity is maintained with a Lovoit 6L Ultrasonic Programmable Cool Mist Humidifier (Model# LV600HH). Added a SCROG screen (just a cargo net) and bought the Sample Pack of organic nutrients from Nectar for the Gods (just pay shipping and they will send you the sample nutrients - check out the website). People say their line of nutrients make the buds smell and taste like no other! I have always been an organic Earth Juice nutrient guy, so I am going to experiment with combining the two. Lights are on 24/0 and she has tight internodal spacing with good vertical growth. Room that closet is in is beginning to smell skunky at times, and like diesel at other times. Decided after seeing the improvement in the Tangerine Dream to continue with the new feeding schedule, which will include a flush in a few days. She got pretty burnt from the salt based nutes, but her flowers have thickened up considerable over the last few days so I will try to get as much out of her as possible. NCH x SB trichomes are finally beginning to fill out with milk, and several sugar leaves have already gone 30% amber. One more week of flushing and I think I’ll chop her down. Feed pH 6.5, EC 0.9. Flush pH 6.2, EC 0.3.

Very few white pistols left. I have started checking tricomes now for peak harvest time (hopefully) lol. 11/9/22 Added tricome pics and video to this week. Starting to turn milky, which is what I want, so I'll be keeping an eye on her.

Day 55 - This week the plants started yellowing and spotting significantly. I'm hoping this is the normal color change before harvest since the flowers are fattening nicely. I added a second fan to the tent and have a USB microscope arriving today to check the trichomes.

04/22/25. Start of week 8 flower. Uh.. apparently I took way too many pictures lol. Oops. Couldn’t help it.. she’s photogenic I guess. Anyway, getting some new pretty colors now and her pistils are darkening up a lot more now. Also getting some foxtailing on the two tallest buds. Probably getting light blasted a bit much, but they’re quite a bit taller than the rest.. and I don’t want them lacking, so it is what it is. I gave her food a couple days ago, but I’ll be looking at her trichs to see where she’s at. I’m guessing she still has a bit to go, but guessing isn’t gonna do it- pistils have lied to me before. I’ve seen a bit of white in them before and had amber trichs. My guess is that the next update will not be a harvest. Guess we will see. ✌️
