~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 9/4- The 4th week of flower is here and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is looking fantastic! She's loaded with flowers that are all beginning to get frosty! 9/6- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet approximately 5 gallons of well water from the garden hose. The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are stacking away and the frost continues to accumulate! 9/8- Today, before watering the Papaya Sherbet, I did some needed plant maintenance, removing a bunch of old dead leaves, along with a handful of shade leaves that were yellow. 9/10- Well with four weeks of flower behind her now, the Papaya Sherbet photo is almost halfway through with another 5-6 weeks to go. I only hope and pray🙏 that the weather cooperates and stays cool and dry! Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! 💚Growers Love!💚😎🙏

Beginning of week.. Ok.. So it seems as if the Phosphorus deficiency has cleared.. But now the runoff pH is coming out 5.5 - 5.4 when it goes in at 6.3 every watering.. And this morning the runoff PPM was a bit high and that's just with plain water.. She needs another plain water before I feed again.. Idk wtf is going on in this rootzone but its really confusing the shit outta me! Ugh! Now I see that the Mandarin Cookies is ALSO showing some purple tipped CALYCES (didnt know THAT is how you spell the plural for calyx!) These are gonna be some dank, gorgeous ladies by harvest! I can't wait!! So I guess I will try to water/feed at 6.5 for a couple waterings.. That makes me nervous tho lol.. They say its "fine".. that it's "ok"... Bullshit.. I always hit some issues if I move out of 6.1 - 6.3.. But the runoff is getting WAY too low if it's at 5.4.. Doing the 6.5 thing should help for a little bit, it did last time.. Not perfect but it helped. Mid week.. ETHOS Cookies is doing great.. No issues.. Runoff is perfect.. Still just needs watering/feeding every other day.. I COULD go everyday with her.. But that's a little too time consuming for me at the moment.. I should have changed the 12/12 cycle from 5 - 5 to 7 - 7 or something.. Blah.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, she was flushed a bit for about 36 hours with no nutrients.. So she is showing some wounds on her leaves.. Looks like mostly calcium def. spotting.. Also I do see some purple/red stripes on her main stalks/stems.. Looks kinda cool tho.. I remember I had an autoflower do that before.. the entire stem went completely RED.. it was beautiful lol... But her flowers and trichomes are still boomin! Just for shits and giggles, I went ahead and checked the trichomes on both ladies.. Mandarin Cookies seems to already be showing alot of milky.. Definitely 0 amber trichomes.. But alot are cloudy. She may be done super quick! Idk.. ETHOS Cookies is still showing mostly clear.. A few milky here and there.. Both smell so amazing! Damn, I really can't wait to have a threesome with the lovely ladies! By the way they both smell already.. It's gonna be fucking orgasmic!

In this dairy I will be growing two, Critical + 2.0 photoperiod plants alongside 4 others (see other dairies) using the methods of Topping, Low Stress Training, ScrOG and slight defoliation under the screen. I am growing in a 4x4 area and will be using a 250W MH, 400W & 600W HPS over the grow period. The other 4 plants will be grown using the same technique and environment, I am just splitting the dairies into separate strains as recommended by GrowDairies. The seeds were placed directly into solo cups that were pre-soaked with plan, pH'd water overnight beforehand. After three days all seedlings had emerged, and I placed them in the shadow of my other plants currently being grown for three more days. After this I transplanted them directly into the 11L pots that they will be in until harvest (see photos). I will be growing the plants until the are roughly 6 weeks old or 1m tall, whichever comes first. I will be bending them and keeping the branches low to build an even canopy, so this time period could change. All of the seedlings are being grown in BioBizz all-mix soil, so I will not be using nutrients either for the first 1-2 weeks. Any questions or recommendations, please let me know! Thanks :)

So I'm starting the 4th week of flower... After one of the longest transition periods I've ever experienced. She has pom pom and bud sites forming. YAY! I have a feeling this one is going to be a long haul. We shall see. She got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up her treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Kept her feed the same. Once she is blooming more thoroughly i will up her pk. Gotta keep her engine well fuelled. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Hello, my amazing green-thumbed friends! Welcome to the Week 1 flower report for our beloved P.C.R.s. The transition from veg to flower is a magical time, and our plants are already showing signs of their future glory. Let’s dive into the exciting details of this week! Entering the Flower Stage Our P.C.R.s have officially entered the flowering stage, and the transformation is already visible. The stretch has begun, and you can see the plants reaching up, preparing to produce those beautiful buds we’re all waiting for. This stage is all about supporting their growth and ensuring they have everything they need to thrive. NutriSpray Magic This week, we’ve been diligently spraying Aptus Holland NutriSpray, and the results are phenomenal. NutriSpray is like a spa treatment for our plants, providing essential micronutrients directly to the leaves. It helps with nutrient uptake, reduces stress, and boosts overall plant health. Our P.C.R.s are absolutely loving it, standing tall and proud with their leaves praying to the light. Nutrient Transition With the start of the flowering stage, we’ve made some important adjustments to our nutrient regimen. We’ve stopped using StartBooster and replaced it with TopBooster, which promotes flowering and bud formation. Additionally, we’ve introduced P-Boost, a phosphorus booster that enhances root development and flower production. TopBooster: Encourages larger and more abundant flowers. P-Boost: Provides essential phosphorus for robust root and flower development. NutriSpray: Continues to support overall plant health and stress reduction. Optimal Conditions Maintaining the perfect environment is crucial as we move into the flowering stage. Our TDS is now at 360, with a pH of 5.9 and a temperature of 21°C for watering. These conditions are optimal for nutrient uptake and overall plant health, ensuring our P.C.R.s have everything they need to produce those beautiful, resinous buds. Care and Attention Paying close attention to our plants during this stage is key. Regularly inspecting for any signs of stress or nutrient deficiencies and adjusting care as needed ensures our plants stay happy and healthy. The love and care we put into this process are reflected in the vibrant health of our plants. In Conclusion Week 1 of flowering has been all about setting the stage for a bountiful harvest. With the help of Aptus Holland NutriSpray, TopBooster, and P-Boost, along with our careful attention, our P.C.R.s are off to a fantastic start. The excitement is building, and I can’t wait to see how they develop in the coming weeks. Shout Outs A huge shout out to @aptusholland, our main sponsor, for their incredible products that keep our plants thriving. Another big thank you to @artgenetix for creating the phenomenal P.C.R. strain. And to the wonderful community at Grow Diaries and all our followers, your support and enthusiasm keep us going. Let's continue to grow together! Until next time, happy growing, and may your gardens be full with love and green! Again I haven't taken any pictures of this plant was on the side of the fan that didn't go down I've inspected her all over and I've found no evidence of mold or bud rot. This plant is now drying separately to the offer plant I just didn't want to take photos for it all to end up in the bin but this should be a nice harvest

Start of week 8 for DG. Buds are still filling out. Wondering when of if I should flush her before harvest? Only been using Cronk Nutrients for a couple of weeks so I don’t think there should be too much of salt build up. Haven’t tested and ppm from runoff. She still showing a little bit of bite or light burn so I fed her plain ph’d water for 2 feeds in a row so we’ll see. The GWK is starting week 7. She’s taller but still has a lot of filling out to do. She also showed a few leaves of nute burn but I’m pushing her. She had one plain water feeding this past week. She’s looks great though. Flush or no flush? I think I’m a couple weeks out from DG harvest.

Absolut krankes Strecken!

When I started the week I put it on the net, the holes seemed too big and I thought about using sticks to reduce the area, I don't know if it's a good idea to put the sticks horizontally too. I decided to improve the number of the net holes, i used a rubber rope and stiks. Now I have 160 holes, maybe are too many but i think that can manage the net if i need moore space in the holes.
