Flowering Week 25: Structural Support & Purple Progress Update: 29.08.2025 | Day 17 Hey Growmies, Week 25 brought some clarity – and a little intervention. Remember those yellow leaves up top I mentioned last week? Lower leaves were totally fine, so I knew it wasn’t nitrogen. I posted pics and you guys came through – most of you called it: lack of potassium and phosphorus. So, I did something I rarely do: gave the ladies a mild dose of mineral fertilizer. Mixed a 2L bottle with normal dosage into a 10L watering can filled with rainwater, then split it evenly between both plants. It felt like a small gamble, but sometimes you gotta trust the process – and the community. I didn't want to spend money on organic fertilizers as long as the Tripart bottles are still full from last year. Biggest lesson this year? My compost needs more power. Next season, I’m amping it up with extra horse or pigeon manure to keep those nutrients steady deeper into flower. Strain Check Durban Poison: This girl’s gettin’ heavy. I’m constantly tying branches to my support structure to keep ‘em from snapping. She’s bulking up nicely, and the colors keep deepening into that gorgeous purple she’s becoming known for. The smell? Still pretty moderate – not overpowering yet, which is kinda surprising. Still not seeing much resin on the sugar leaves, but she’s a beauty through and through. Blueberry: She’s still reaching for the sky – definitely wants to be the tallest girl in the garden. Bud sites are becoming more defined now, and she’s slowly starting to form proper buds. Her colors are even more striking than Durban’s, deep and vibrant. Still no real smell to speak of, though. I’m thinking she’ll need until at least the first week of October to fully finish up. Next Steps - Keep a close eye on how they respond to the mild dose of mineral fertilizer - Stay vigilant for pests – especially as buds develop further - Check daily for branches that need extra support and tie them up as needed That’s it for this week, folks. HLG 260w Qb288v1 4000k; 20/4 light schedule. 24 inches from canopy. Temp range 72-81F. RH range 42-55%. LST has really brought out the potential colas on both plants. One is lagging a bit behind the other, but not by much. The light is so strong the plants are nearly flat due to LST - 5.5 inches tall Day 28 What should my nutrient schedule be this week? Using Fox Farms soil trio. Thinking 1/4 strength grow big and tiger bloom every other feeding. Hoping they get a good stretch, trying to get highest yield I can (my first experience not having to purchase cannabis from anyone!) Watering every 24 hours with 1/4 gallon pH corrected 6.3 well water ( no runoff). Entire smart pots feels light and dry before I water either plant.

Fun to grow and took to lst and supercropping very well. I am keeping a mother of the stinkiest pheno I got. I made some other seeds that I will be growing out after Jinxproof's pheno hunt. I will be doing a few grows coming up here and its going to be gnarly! Stay tuned in for modern genetics that have been tested and stabilized. First week of flower, going well in the SCROG. Nothing fancy, just a 4x4 AC Infinity trellis. Will add a custom 2nd trellis if needed. She stunted in veg due to a bit of overcrowding causing less than ideal environment in her spot, but I fixed that by raising her, creating more space for her, and light defoliating. Every 5± days from week 5 I suppose I get rid of below leaves and big fan leaves,which don't let the light get to the bottom buds,as was recommended in comments. They react good on that kind of stress and the bottom buds started developing too. Despite the high temperature( 28-30 degrees) they keep on growing and forming buds,happily.

Flush started today. It is SO nice to see colas coming out from the side!! Just like some of the pics I've seen from other wonderful growers here! I plan on growing more in 3 gallon pots but tent-size is an issue for me but I'll figure it out :D

Not long now not long.... getting more sticky and stinky by the day

The runtz are about 45cm start of this week and the tall LCC is 75cm. She is also further into flower, but did not spread out so much in the tent. RAK seems to be very good with high PPFD, for the LCC they need a bit less I can feel.

Day 56 Buds have the pistils longer than a day without a joint... big rippening incoming... Both strains look very similar between them.. i love that from this genetincs .... will see how these progress... i added more PK on the feeding this week... i only feed every 6-7 days... that has improved a lot last crops... no burning no nothing... just big healthy plants with amazing buds and terpens...

Since the remain plants have revegged, I will be pampering them with nutrients how 125ml once a week, I’ll be harvesting this baby in January or end of January. Loving the bud sizes… all I need is for them firm up and finish this reveg phase, I do not mind her adding more development on the existing.

Infos kommen morgen ! Pflanze steht im Saft. Soweit ist gesagt. Jetzt muss sie sich erstmal von dem Beschneiden erholen und dem zuvor zu hohen EC-Wert. Nährlösung wird momentan nur mit ca 1,0 angefertigt. Anscheinend hat die Oflanze in den Zellen noch genug Nährsalze eingelagert. Ich bin echt mal gespannt wie massiv die Blüten mal werden. Ihr seht ja selber was für Riesen Wurzeln das sind (siehe Video)! Sie macht Sie sich sonst echt gut bis jetzt !

the girl is growing a little bit, it's getting better, but the weather is not in her favor so far... the weather forecast doesn't show anything good either... but she's growing a little bit, and she looks healthy:).
