Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. Esta semana se nota el estallido de la floración. Los pistilos van cogiendo vigor y tamaño. Las flores continúan oscureciendo e incluso las hojas y sus tallos van adquiriendo ese color rojizo/púrpura. 🌿 El tallo tiene un tamaño y consistencia considerable, lo que le está permitiendo resistir algunas rachas de viento sin excesivo problemas y sin necesidad de soportes o guías (por el momento). Se perciben un poco mejor los aromas de las floración, aunque siguen siendo débil. Una ya ha alcanzado los 36cm y la otra 40cm. Seguimos aumentamos la cantidad de agua, progresivamente, según van pidiendo/necesitando las plantas. Sigo intentando no utilizar ningún tipo de "ayuda extra", salvo la tierra enriquecida de @BioBizz All-Mix donde están plantadas. Así que por ahora; agua mineral, luz solar, mucha paciencia y mucho amor!🤞😍

Well, it looks as if one of the 3 plants is a male. I live in denial for one more day and then I toss it. Not sure which plant it is, as I painted over the strain names when I painted the cups grey. Smooth. So I will find out soon. Otherwise, good weather and some good growth. Roots are balled up at the bottom of the dutch bucket reservoir, Im sure, because I let the drip go dry for a day or two and the plants were droopin (coco)

📆 Week 13, 4-10 April 2024 4-10 April - Let the plant grow and observed, assessing maturity. 📑 Buds have fattened up and matured. The trichome head colors are 80% milky, 10+% amber, and about 10% clear. All but a few pistil hairs are brown. She has a strong, sweet earth, gassy, berry scent. The plan now is to flush with RO water for a few days leaving lights on the same 12/12hrs schedule but turning power the down to 50% to help cool down the grow just before the cut. From what I understand putting plants in darkness may not be necessary according to a recent suggestion by Dr Bruce Bugbee. This practice he claims halts all plant activity without light. So I’m doing my own comparisons over the next few harvests. It will not hurt/gain much either way. Harvesting techniques occure with some controversy, but the definition of a successful harvest is universal - to grow a plant to maturity that is pest, pesticides (chemical), mold and bud-rot free. 🍶 4 April nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 4 April feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient solution EC .8 at 60 degrees F 🔆 Light power at 90%, DLI 65-70 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. Hello Diary. The last week was over and we came to the end of the journey. Ten weeks in total, three weeks of vegetation and seven weeks of flowering, and a total of 77 days since Mimosa # 1 sprouted, while Mimosa # 2 sprouted a few days later but their harvest was the same day. Last week there were no surprises, I watered the plants regularly and observed the development of trichomes. Mimosa # 1 - beautiful structure of the stem, I had to connect the branches to the stem and the stick that I put later, so that the branches would not crack and the plant would be more beautiful for the last photo shoot. The flowers are smaller and more airy, they did not fill as I expected, but they are full of trichomes, sticky under the fingers and have a strong scent. I will see what the flowers will look like after drying. Mimosa # 2 - looks a lot better. Although she stretched a lot, the flowers filled much better than her sister Mimosa # 1. With the look of the flowers, I wouldn’t say it’s the same strain. I had to stabilize it with tying, the whole plant swayed heavily given the weight of the flowers at the top of the stalk. Both plants have been closer to light than Migro recommends in the last few weeks, but as far as I can see, nothing has hurt them. As I expect to harvest, this week I followed the development of trichomes on the flowers, most of them milky and when I noticed the appearance of browns, I prepared everything and had a harvest. So I harvested all three plants in the grow box the same day. The condition in the grow box is satisfactory, the temperature is around 29 degrees and the humidity is slightly lower than 50%, and one fan blows all the time, mixing the air in the box. I can't say yet exactly if I am satisfied, we will see after drying what we managed to achieve. As for the yield, I don’t believe it will be spectacular, especially with Mimosa # 1, but I won’t predict anything in advance. After I cut the plants at the bottom of the stalk, I hung them in a grow-box upside down to dry. Since I dry whole plants in one piece with the flowers, they will probably take longer to dry completely. The ventilation will stay on to make the airflow better. Here’s what the last week looked like. 19/07/2021 - Day 65. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.3 and with 8 liters of water I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 51% humidity. 21/07/2021 - Day 67. Watering. p.H 6.4. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 41% humidity. 23/07/2021 - Day 69. Last watering. p.H I dropped to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 48% humidity. 25/07/2021 - Day 71. Photography and Harvest. After taking photos and video, I cut off the plant at the bottom of the stalk and hung it in a grow-box to dry in the dark. Whenever I write a report from the last week, some nostalgia overwhelms me after the harvest. I hang out with them every day, I take care of them, I send them positive energy and I hope they will reward me richly for it. We'll see what the reward will be here. Day 13 - Actual start of the Grow Diary today. Day 14 - She is looking good but developed a weird yellow spot on one new leaf. Gonna keep a close eye on it! Tip - For anyone who is still taking pink/purple pictures, pick yourselves up a pair of growroom green glasses they work perfectly for taking pictures under LED Lighting.

The Divine ladies Afghan Bullet and Pablo Escobar are getting close to harvest. I'm going to water only for the remainder. The buds are starting to form. The smell is strong when I open the cabinet, but with the filter, it doesn't smell. I corrected the deficiencies I had correctly. I defoliated a bit to allow good light penetration. I'll let you judge how they look now. I did a week of stretching, lowering the light by 1 hour each day.

🤗 Hi fellow growers. We are back here to harvest the Northern Lights Auto from Seedsman. She took 11 weeks to finish flower and a total of 15 weeks from seed to harvest. 🌱Growing her was a little tricky as she was finicky at the beginning of flower. She wasn't the fastest auto but she put on some tall colas with some fair amount of resin smelling of sour stone fruit such as a plum. Chopped her down then dryed for 14 days in a environment controlled room. Then began the trimming process. After a nice manicure the plum smelling buds were then placed in a jar to set cure for 30 days. There was quite a bit of larf nugs on the bottom skirts that I should have trimmed off during the flowering cycle but sometimes I like keeping them to press into some rosin before my nugs are cured. I find that pressing the flowers with in the first week of the curing process produces the best quality flower rosin In the end I'm left with a gram and a half of some beautiful Northern Lights flower rosin that tastes and smells like a sour plum and packs a big punch. About a 10% return so not the greatest yield but it sure is some high quality rosin. Keep it mind it was the larf flower and I press at 180°F to preserve as much flavor as I can. I'm after quality and have been achieving that. Effects - Relaxing, calming, Happy Yield - 68 g nice nuggets 14 g of larf that went to rosin Smell - Sour plum Forrest Taste - Skunky plums
