8/24 update: Welcome back to my garden! Thanks for following me on this 17+1 strain photoperiod SOG grow adventure! Yes, I said plus one. If you're following me, you may have already seen that I decided to sow one more strain. The first Jenny Kush seed didn't germinate and even if it did, we have 3 possible males in the garden, the rest are feminized. Since I bought sixteen 12 inch square pots to fill a 48" x 48" footprint, and we have some regular seeds in the mix, I figured it'd be a good idea to add one more strain. I went with another breeder I have never grown before, Expert Seeds. The strain is Gorilla x Cookies. My "helper" forgot to wet the seeds after I had sowed them and the top soil was a bit dry. I was not in the garden a little less than 48 hours and I gave them water when sowing, but I hope they didn't dry out too much. If the Gorilla Cookies doesn't germinate, I will rule that one as user error and not on the breeder. The rest of the garden is growing strong with the exception of the Sour Lemonaid. She sprouted looking a bit burnt and has some deformed leaves. In my experience, they usually grow out of it, but only time will tell. Thanks for stopping in and if you get a chance, check out a few of my other diaries and give me a follow. Happy growin', happy harvestin', and happy tokin'! Peace, ☮️ Love, 💚 and Frosty Nugs! ❄️🌲 - Fo' Twenny

Double Dunked got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure. Drying conditions are as follows: 16-18°C 55-60% RH

I'm still waiting for the buds to dry so i cant put the numbers :D great experience. Next time i will pay way more attention to the last part of the grow....unfortunately i've been so busy and i coudn't take care of them as i wish. I am absolutely Happy with the results...I'm conscious I've made some mistake and neglect them for a while...but I'm still happy with my first grow...I've got a lot to learn and it's just the beginning. Happy grow to everyone. Thanks to everyone who helped me with many suggestions...and thank you to those who tried to help me but I still did it my way (sometimes doing it good and sometimes doing it wrong). Se you soon Growmies

Week 6 Veg - January 16/21 to 22/21 ***** Week 7 will be their last week being able to take them out of the tent😟 SCROG netting going in on the weekend ahead. Not really a lot to report this week as the girls are doing well and I am just wanting their side branches to grow longer to help filling in the canopy anyway. Performed more LST this week and bending over the branches daily. Didn’t do any HST this week, will once the net is in and I have a better visual of how the branches need to bend. They have come a long ways over the last 2 weeks when you look back at pictures. They have filled out with more side branching and other than battling a little purple striping on the main stems they seem pretty happy. Leaf colour is good and should be in good shape for the flip soon. Will go through all of week 8 before flipping so hopefully week 9 will be transition week and week 10 the start of flower.......have to get through next week first though😀👍 Switching over to tap water again. I have been struggling with calcium and magnesium deficiencies on all grows for the last year. I can’t seem to get the right amount added back to the RO water I use in all feedings. So running with straight water again now. Ppm coming out is 325 so I will work with that. Going to explore my own RO system in the house rather than bottled water, a system that adds back calcium, magnesium, and iron. It’s been flowing okay for the first week and will continue on for now. Using RO water I have been feeding full strength on the nutrients and have been working on backing them down a bit to compensate for the starting point of 325 now. They have continued to be fed once a week roughly and supplemented with calmag and microbes. Little more detail....... Jan 16/21, Day 36 Veg - 3L each of full line at full strength in RO water - 1150ppm and 5.8pH given to the girls - didn’t add any other nutes other than IPP line. Jan 17/21, Day 37 Veg - dry out day - pulled down all the girls again tonight to train them outwards. - Jan 18/21, Day 38 Veg - 3L for each girl today with tap water and CalMag @ 1ml, Microbes @ 2ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 700ppm and 5.7pH is what that works out to. - have to use a considerable amount of pH down to adjust the tap water, over 6ml in 16L Jan 19/21, Day 39 Veg - measured the girls today, GSCHB Is 12” tall. They were topped already😀 - dry out day for the girls. - Jan 20/21, Day 40 Veg - 2.5L each with plain tap water - 295ppm and 5.8pH. - all the girls are looking big and bushy today.......they are ready for flip soon. Jan 21/21, Day 41 Veg - dry out day for the girls. Jan 22/21, Day 42 Veg - pulled all the girls down again......repeating the same LST each day manually rather than tying down for now. - this should be water day but leaving for today as I am going to lolipop the lower branches and a heavier leaf stripping tomorrow. - will feed tomorrow as they will benefit more. Very solid week ETS......the girls are taking off and expect to see lots of leaves popping out over the next couple of weeks😀👍 Work on the side branching to come up higher closer to the tops next week.......continue tap water and give a feed with Epsom Salts new week

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. We are flushing and this plant will be cut down and harvested in about 4 days. I started flushing about 4 days ago to let the plant eat up it's extra food that's left in the soil. I've seen a few spots of WPM on some leaves... So I'll harvest soon rather than fight it. This plant has an interesting smell. Can't wait to taste it. Good sized buds too. OK, Be Great. Chuck.

So this experiment is going terribly! LOL This ulitmately taught me a few important things about this sytle of growing. 1.) My Frequency was way to high in the beginning. When i start over next, i will be going for 1 hr -> Spray for 1 min -> Wait 1hr (Repeat) 2.) Never reuse hydroton or CC. It ends up having left over material and nutes in it, which not matter how much you wash just make the soil a land mine of nutrients etc. 3.) Do no use rockwool cubes inside the medium, they hold onto water for too long leading to rot. 4.) Fill the buckets up right until about 2cm short of the nozzles that spay. Otherwise you lose too much water and nutrients to the misting, which spreads your nutes all over the enviroment. Ultimately, even though this is a living disaster, I have learnt valuable lessons, and who knows, some of them still might produce smokable flower!

They grew pretty well. Obviously 1 had alot more veg time and extra training where the other 2 had no training. Could have been better if I had both arms and didnt have the one bad feed where my meter was off and burnt the tips. Easy strain to grow I highly reccomend to any level grower.

Almost the end of her cycle! Thanks to Luuk from Seeds Genetics Co. For the support and good communication. Really nice genetics they have. Give them a try. The results you can see here. Just a few words from me: i love to grow plants, i dont care if its marijuana or garden plants. I know a bit in what stage the plant needs. So im not this guy that is constant working with meters and science and showing this or that. The plants speaks for themselves. The plant needs her building block and i try my best to deliver this to lovely Marie Jane. So people do what you want to do, i do it my way and i only care about the end result. On this Diary there are some haters, im not going to give their names, but luckily they are the minority. For the rest, i really love this growers diaries, it really brings this community together and also its a big playground for the breeders, now we can see the results real life! With my grow, i have 2 phenotype. One with red in the buds, this one smells more punchy. The phenotype with some red leafs and more green buds have a more sweet smell. Both is packed with trychromes, really good for making bubble hash or Rosin... The buds are super big and dense. Mould resistance is very good! The buds are super sticky and she smells very like candy and red fruits. Im not a wine drinking person, so dont hold me on that one. She is easy to grow and will get big fast, so one week of 18/6 light is good enough for 60/80 cm plants🌿💚🍀 i have 3 gallon (11L) baskets Nutrition: im not a person who precisely mesures the food for the plants. As long the pH is correct, also im reading the plants. I always give les then is asked on the bottles. I also give weeks in advance the nutrition they need in the cycle, because plants need this to start. Smell: plant already have a nice smell, very punchy, forest fruits and sweet wood. Health: nice strong plants, will grow big and flower fast! -----------Red Wine-------- Red Wine was created by crossing Rozay F2 with Jet A. They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Red Wine has an average flowering time of about 7-8 weeks when grown indoors. Outdoors it is ready fairly early, usually around the end of September. The yield is very good. Indoors she has an average yield of 450-650 gr/m². When growing outdoors, 600-800 grams can easily be achieved per plant. Red Wine has an aromatic scent that can be compared to a full red wine. Her full, purple-green buds are very compact with few leaves. This is very convenient when cutting the plants and saves a lot of time. Smoking this weed gives you a nice high with relaxing properties. The taste of Red Wine is very fruity sweet with an aroma of red grapes. Flowering time: 7 – 8 weeks Genetics: Rozay F2 x Jet A 30% Sativa, 70% Indica Plant height outside: 100 – 180 cm Outdoor harvest month: from June to October Yield indoors: 450 – 650 gr/m² Yield outdoors: 200 – 800 gr / plant THC: 25% Red Wine from Seeds Genetics Co. They are very ugly right now but they will grow in to beautiful plants! ____________________________________________ I got them moved into the bigger tent! Between that and them settling in, I've seen explosive growth in the last 24hrs! Its nerve racking getting these girls going! I def dont think they liked the spray bottle! But they are zooming along now! I think I've been to overzelous with damp coco and to much water. in the future i will be a bit more withholding! Make em a bit thirsty at least haha! ___________________________________________ Did all that I hoped they would do this week! Going into week 2 very strong!!!!

2/04 Very nice strain by Weed seed shop, first time 100% indoor. Growed Fems and Autos outdoor from their bank few times in the past, and it was also nice. Loved the colours, very homogeneous plant. Manicure made just before the harvest I will weight flowers after drying, before curing and add infos and photos

09/12/2018 Purple tip cutting seems to be taking .#1 is filling out well lots of fresh flowers stacking up nicely.#2,#3,#4 all doing well👍hope they finish up in 4weeks🙏 No feeding this week just molasses for soil microbes, 09/17/2019 Did some defoiliating and green tie 's to spread out lower branches on #1 . she is a beast. Seeing, some differences between #2,#3,#4 .#4 being darker green, #3 is paler green #2 not as pale, #1 lighter green but not pale at all. Given deep soaking today, and I noticed phase 3 flowering is starting!🙏 should start stacking them fat buds for next couple of weeks hope she done at 10 weeks fingers crossed.

Day 36, 25th of October 2021: Week 6 ;) First day of the 6th week.... This week is not about LST anymore it is FIMing week that means all of them have FIMmed on all of their "heads" so like each plant approx 6-8 times.... Together, they have strong smell even without flowering lol 😆 So yeah, Mastdoson Kush is still the same very strong and resistant I beleive they won't strech that much so no need any Topping for them. They should stay short and bushy hopefully with nice buds :) RQS girls: Gelato Cookies 🍪 is amazing nothing really changed she will be I think a larger lady when starts flowering. I am not sure about streching but I reckon a double size maximum. I am very satisifed with this genetics lovely and first class. Northern Light for me looks a bit tiny but little bushy so we will see it is obvious that she does not need Topping at all for her midget style... There are nice branches but she has got some deficiency. Hopefully it won't effect on her performance in the future I am so curious about her. It is okay if she won't get large -large but I expect a chunky lady at least :) Spliffs Seeds ladies: Well, CBD Medi Kush is my favourite lady from here she will be another strong and big plant I think. Very cool I like this one even the smell already amazing! Smooth chill.... all good 👍. I think she will be a problem free strain in the future but let's see ;) Afghani Gold typical bushy midget Indica with fan big leafs 🍃 nice creation she will be nice as well, I don't reckon with big strech :) We will see what comes and obviously I am excited here as well. I wanna see a chunky lady. Hopefully she will fulfill my dreams lol 😆 Spliffs Strawberry 🍓 the typical Sativa with that "saw blade" style leaves... Well, here I am afraid a bit of streching as she just FIMmed and Sativa however, I beleive she will be cool with that :) She looks pretty a bit lighter in colour. Honestly I don't really have big experience with Sativas mostly Indicas and hybrids but I am pretty sure that I can handle the situation. I know it will take a bit longer for her to flower and also she won't be the chunky numero uno but I still expect great things haha :) Blue Berry she is the hybrid lady and still looks a bit pale for me obviously she has got some deficiency but she will make it let's see what comes when she turns to flower.... I am excited 😁 I wanna give them several days before the darkness period which is 3 days and the from next week switching to 12/12. They are FIMmed only so it doesn't really stress them to give them much extra time to recover before flowering. I think it will be the right time to switch on the next week because I can see they really want to flower 🌼 ☺️ 😅 But for now lamp is still 18 hours on, set to be on 150W (approx 60% of the max) ventilation is on for 10 minutes in every 2 hours but the extraction fan is 18 hours on with the lamp... Humidity approximately is the same 50% and the temperature as well +/- 1-2 Celsius. Water intake increased approx 0.12-0.15L per day per plant. Fertilization is the same Epsom salt once a week, and then 2x a week Biobizz Family included BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax and of course - Vitalink bat gunao also. Ratio is above. So that's all let's see 👀
