Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Well, this is it. Wish I had bigger buds. Everything was moving in the right direction until the end. I switched the Mars Hydro 3000 out with two HLG 300s, so I could maintain the PAR just under 1000, but perhaps it wasn't enough. G13 is definitely not ready, and could benefit for a couple more weeks, but like a store liquidation, THEY ALL MUST GO NOW All in all, Learned a lot. No seeds, reveg, or signs of mold, so hopefully I'll make up for quantity with quality. Only Dry Time will Tell...

She's growing, and repairing herself. Took 4-5 days to get back up after the topping. I usually like to do the transplanting n' topping ASAP. Started some defoliation, by removing the lowest grow. Everything seems OK. No heat problems or vent problems.. No nutriens used yet.

| 📅 Week 7 | Days 43 - 49 | 💡 750w 📏36' | | ☔ 23%-34% | | 🌡️️🌞 74 - 81 | | 🌡️️🌑 66 - 74 | 12/21 I did a reservoir swap with the fresh nutrient levels as planned! Without PH testing fluid I had to adjust the tap+nutrients by memory, but i'm fairly accurate and only off the target(5.8) by .2 most of the time. 12/22 Did another reservoir swap again this time unplanned, because i'm still unable to PH until tomorrow. The things we do for dank buds lol! Adjusted some of the Low stress training a little more severe LST to prepare for a late 'SCROG' i'm putting in tomorrow. 12/23 A late 'SCROG' was applied to the plants today to make the lateral dormant buds grow vertical as best as possible. With a Late "screen of green" like this its mainly used to LST and get better airflow. If you are looking to weave tops and get an even canopy then you will want to SCROG while at the end of Veg. PH fluid arrived today so the reservoirs were adjusted to 5.8 after being topped off. 12/24 PH was really low so there is a possible 'acid rain' effect. I adjusted the PHs to 6.0 to compensate and I will reservoir swap the buckets if the PH drops this low again tomorrow. I did some adjustments to the LST using the scrog. 12/25 Reservoirs had a really low PH again so I did a Res swap on all 3 plants to avoid a possible acid rain effect. Essentially that's when C02 dissolves into your water forming CarbonicAcid before dropping 2 H+ protons and causing the PH to lower and turn acidic. I PHed the fresh reservoir to 5.8 and cleaned the tent out. I didn't do any training today. 12/26 I extended the intake duct to deliver the cold outside air directly underneath the focus plants canopy to lower temperatures and force purpling. I adjusted all 3 plants to 5.8 PH and topped of the reservoir on 2 of them. The focus plant has been growing fantastically. 12/27 All of the reservoirs needed topped off and of course they had their PHs adjusted to 5.8. I moved the plants apart a slight bit and did some adjustments to the SCROG for better training and airflow. Temperatures might be getting low at night, but unless it gets worse I will be fine and just consider this an attempt to get more purple. 😋 ______________________________________________________________________________ Week 7 is complete and in the Books. These Girls are thriving on low levels of Bloom + Calmag. It's as if these genetics have replaced all Nitrogen needs with an insatiable desire for CalMag. I really cant seem to give them enough Magnesium to satisfy them at this stage. Overall in this week I have trained the focus plant down into a SCROG and spread out her reach so the colas individually grow vertical. She took a day to recover totally, but she rebounded just fine and spent the rest of the week pumping out pistils. Around day 5 on the week the focus plant started to show just a little bit of color between her pistils so it looks like we have some nice color to look forward to in the coming weeks. left the girls to settle into their new environment. Have been watering every 4 days or so, not much rain this week. Plants are looking good and showing some signs of leaf growth which means the roots have already branched out. Chitosal as a root drench is supposed to help with drought tolerance and salt stress, no salt stress here as we are organic. Next week things to do: 1) spread and re-stake plants. 2) create a top amendment feeding and watering bowl under each plant with some chicken wire.

Hey now, hope everyone is staying safe and having a great week. The Glueberry OG started to stretch here in the past couple days and picked up 5 inches in the last 5 days, so we will see how long she continues to stretch. I will continue to feed her veg nutrients and and keep the medic grow spectrum x light in V1 mode as to help promote tighter internodal spacing. Once the stretch has stopped or at least almost stopped I will transition her to flower nutrients and introduce her to the flower spectrum of the light. I have started introducing UV/IR lighting to the grow tent for one hour before lights off. I just focused mainly on keeping the feeding reservoir clean, and PH'd, as well as some low stress training for her to attempt to have a nice even canopy. I am definitely more interested in flower quality than quantity at this point. I believe this lady will stretch for at least another week if not slightly longer just based on her expected harvest time of 12-13 weeks but we will see.
