Vanilla Latte from Huboldt Seed Company seems to be very stron strain! others still going very well...

16.02 First day of the fourth week of flower. Defoliated a little bit again. This time around I’m picking smaller amounts of leaves every day in comparison to one major defoliation on one day. Also I ve added pk booster at 100 ppm.( 0.2 ec) will gradually raise it over the next weeks. Lowering the base nutrients. I think they finally stopped the stretch and they are barely fitting in the tent. I ve added some swirski ulti mite . Predatory mites as prophylactic measure for thrips. I’ve noticed some tiny damage on a couple of leaves. And a couple of larvae.

had a bit of a nightmare. bit much on over water and may have had a nutrient lockout. took one sweet cherry pie out and replaced with seedsman northern lights auto. also added a few more of those in the tent 5th dec. was unfortunate as this week was for topping. went ahead and did it. will be very careful next week. Purple berry Kush came on strong this week. took the nutrients fine. less damage from over water.

On day 1 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 2 the PH was 6.0. On day 3 the buds are really bulking up :) and the reservoir is at 6.0. On day 4 I applied a BTI drench Ph of 6.0. This should be the final application for any remaining fungus gnats. The reservoir's PH is also 6.0. On day 5 I had to PH up my reservoir to 6.2. When I get to the last half of my reservoir the PH seems to dive down instead of up. On day 6 the reservoir PH is 6.3. On day 7 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir to 6.1 and did my final defoliation before harvest. I have one cola that may have gotten pollen somehow... I cant find any male pollen sacks anywhere on my plants so it's kind of a mystery at the moment. Only time will tell and all my other colas seem unaffected.

Growth has been explosive with the strain. Tops coming from everywhere after one topping. I plan on taking a cutting from this particular strain I have a great feeling about this one.

Germination Week ~ it all started Sunday 9/26/21! Took the 5 Fastbuds Wedding Cheesecake Autos and placed them in a paper towel added a little bit of water then placed in a sandwich baggy, do not zip it closed, leave open it needs to breath and store in a dark room temp place ! Check once in a while make sure paper towel is still moist let it sit !! 9/28/21 The 5 Wedding Cheesecakes popped and were ready to be moved to permanent home! 3gallon AC Infinity bags for each of mine filled up with Fox Farms Ocean Forest to became their home sweet homes! 😍 Today Friday ~ 10/1/21 All 5 Wedding Cheesecakes have popped up in the soil! 😍 My HLG Scorpion Rspec is set at 51 1/2 inches to the floor at 3 clicks or 30% power , and 200-214 par ! 10/14 - Another week of flower begins. I'm guessing 2-3 weeks for the 5g plant left, longer for the 3g plant. 10/20 - A week down. I am undecided on this soil. Either these are heavy feeders and yellowed quickly, or it isn't the longest lasting bagged 'water only living soil' We will see how the smoke turns out, but I am thinking I might end up chopping the 5g plant next week.
