This opens the plant and removes those sources of nuets. Going to doing this as quickly as we may so will be monitoring runoff as we go. This is a grow of fate… My friend talked me into buying this strain, and I almost bought the sticker with the drop… For a while I’ve been wanting to start my seeds on the full moon, cause my grandpa told me that was the trick to growing… I’m at my bar the other day, waitress calls for a blue moon, and this old man(who looks a lot like my grandpa) says “u know what a blue moon is?” I do, we chat about lunar shit for a minute, he mentions he grandparents always told him to plant seeds on a full moon… I get my seeds delivered, with no sticker, my wife comes home from vacation and gives me a souvenir, a beer cozy that looks a lot like the Pink Panama sticker… My seeds I started on 4/1 have been slacking, 2/3 died, had to restart them. So I said fuck it, gonna start a Pink Panama seed on the full moon 4/16, so I check to see the exact time of the full moon, and the name of it: 2:55pm peak, the Pink Moon… Then this one kinda mystical grower I love, tells me to start seeds in your mouth for 10 minutes before you sow them. So today after soaking the seed in my mouth for 11 minutes(reminds me of my grandpa), I sowed my 1st Pink Panama seed at 2:55pm, at the peak of the Pink Moon…

August 31 - Day 35 Getting there. Everything is basically the same besides the topping I did on August 29th (Day 33). The girls were on their 7th node going on 8 and I topped 3 down to 5 nodes and 1 to 6. Lost at least 5 days to a week in growth on that. But I didn't feel like they were growing enough daily to top them sooner Temp - 78 Humidity - 63 Wattage - 110 EC - 600

The stretch is real, they are being fed every other day, 1gal/plant basically. Nice uniform stretch along both rows.

Few days into week 7 and everything is coming along nicely starting to see some orange hairs in there too starting to get exciting!!

Every 8 months in my house... a whole crop gets harvested.

She's looking really good so far and the smell she leaves on your hands after handling her, incredible! Her old fan leaves are dropping off and today is the last day I feed her nutes. It'll just be flushing from now on and checking in on the trichomes every once in a while.

Was really fun to grow this plant!

Bad Weather

Okay so I'm trying something new, since I've gone away from a switch to water for the last week flush I harvested the tops and best smalls and packed the cannatrol full. I'm giving the under growth a bit more time to rippen before I harvest that for the the freezer. If this turns out to be a bad idea I'll not do it again in the future. The last long video is what's left in the tent right now. Let me know if any of you have experience doing this. Updated with a bunch of pictured of dried and cured. Ended up with 186g of beautiful flower. 72g of untrimmed smalls I'll make into RSO, I have a lot of back and nerve pain and RSO hands down the only thing that brings me actual relive, I'm late to the party on this one but I set a side part of the grow for it now. I let the under canopy and shorter tops go another 10 days feed at half strength and I'm glad I did, it ripened up nicely and definitely got a lot of color. I forgot to get pictures of that harvest but I will when I pull it from the freezer to wash. My test jar of this washed at 4+% (the last picture). Last update will be results of that wash. Last update on this one, I added a couple hash/rosin pics at the end. She washed from plant to rosin at 4.03% the terps are musky skunk, sweet pastries, and fresh Linen. I'd definitely grow this one again.

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.
