Due to the pandemic, I was unable to update this diary weekly, but I recorded the results of the harvest with some photos and only now managed to update the diary. Of two plants, one was flowering with purple colors and the other with green colors both with same shape. Flowering went well despite the plants having to withstand a lot of heat. They have settled in good after last weeks transplant. Of the 2 plants #1 might be 1/2" taller. Keep in mind I am very new to this and dont yet have a trained Eye, but I would have to say these to are near identical. Idk the filial generation this crop, but the things ate growing like clones! Really uniform. One noteworthy item; they aren't really fans of extreme heat. Right now I have them in my seedling tent which is currently running at 85° give or take. Sho the other strains love it. Choc mint OG is showing very mild heat stress tho

So exactly 12 weeks old today I’m checking trichomes every other day atm as there still clear!! Hopefully another week of feeding nutrients then the flush before harvest! Still happy for my first grow! The girls scout cookie auto plant has been impressive and the bcn critical has also grown steady!! Leaves are turning more yellow and bud hairs seem to be curling over more each day which is a positive! Feeding every two days, trying to starve them as much as possible! Do I reduce my light hours in the last two weeks of harvest???

13/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 0.5 grams of Kraken Roots 16/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 1.0 gram of Kraken Roots 18/11 - Watered with plain water - PH 6.2 - started LST 20/11 - Watered with 2ml/L Soil A & B each, 1.0 gram of Kraken Roots 13/11 - So far this week the plants are taking off - loads of growth under 20/4 lighting. Plant 3 in particular is growing super strong! 18/11 - Applied LST, wasnt sure if maybe it was too early? Seems to have quite a few nodes but my plants seem pretty short/compact. 20/11 - Plants went a little down hill since LST - removed the LST and watered them - found lights were ~50cm from the plants so moved to 61cm - reduced hours from 20/4 to 18/6.

The heat stress is always a problem in my grows but now I have a new climatization system that can really help me !

Day 77 (f15): The Runtz is stretching considerably more than the Kosher Dawg (which will need to be elevated - probably by putting planks under the dwc reservoir). Ran out of Plagron nutrients and couldn't find anymore! So I bought the only ones available at the hydro store 'hy-pro hydro A & B), these nutrients are much less concentrated and I already used up near to half a litre of nutrients on my reservoir change day (yesterday)! The yellow tips on the Runtz seem to be light stress, as during the res change the nutrient dosage was lowered and ph maintained between 5.7-6.1 and she shows she is hungry but the yellow tips got slightly worse to the light is 15cm higher now. Nice strong vegetative smell releases when I rub any part of the plants :D It is getting difficult to take pictures where you can actually see the size of the plants because the space is so packed! Can't wait to do the heavy defoliation after the stretch (in like 5-7 days from now)! Day 80 (f18) update: 10cm stretch since day 15, she is doing well! Internode distance is larger than I'm used to, but she also stretched more than I expected so I'll probably remove all the lower bud sites during the heavy defoliation. Light stress (or nute burn) symptoms barely progressed, I think putting the light from 35 to 55cm from the highest growth shoots helped. Since she is so bushy and definitely the biggest volume plant I have ever had I am very curious to see what she REALLY looks like after the defoliation!! Day 80 (f20) update (heavy defoliation): The stretch has slowed down and the buds have a slight fresh sweet citrus aroma, took 90 minutes to defoliate her and remove the 'sucker' branches and bud sites on the bottom 40% of the plant. Changed water reservoir to a mix with a bit of bloom booster (Plagron green sensation).
