Hey Growmies, some of you had asked to me if I prepare concentrates.......Yes I do! I don't like modern rosin extraction but instead very rarely I like to smoke some oil. The following is the recipe of cannabis oil made by ancient Mustapha's process. It needs: pharmaceutical grade ethyl alcohol (96.5% by vol.) or 95% for liquors Weed A jar with rounded bottom A lot of time This oil is 5 months aged, from 20 grams of weed I've obtained 3.5 grams of product. Trim previously dried weed (20 grams) and put into a 500 ml jar. Cover with 200 ml of alcohol and leave it partially covered with cap. Let alcohol to evaporate on itself and shake the mixture 2 times a day. The most of the solution will evaporate within 10-15 days. When the solution is evaporated by 2/3 it needs to be filtered between 90 and 120 microns. Now is the time to finish and decarboxylate the solution by heating the jar by bain-marie until the green cream sticks to glass. The jar needs to be refrigerated before you remove the cream with a spatula to transfer it into a smaller jar. Store it in a dark place and open twice in a week for few seconds. You'll obtain a petroleum green/dark amber cream (the green tone will turn into dark brown by time). If the job is well done the surface will crystallize and will shine like a mirror. This cream is insanely sticky. Smoke one drop a time. The collapse is around the corner. Tips: Best results, in terms of flavour/aroma, with single strain Let alcohol to evaporate very slowly, take away some macerated weed (after at least 48 hours infusion) and add new weed/hash pieces little by little. Act as if it were a piggy bank. The final product is a very strong shit, really narcotic.

Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Starting to get a bit hot in my area so I'm not sure if the autumn hues will show up as prevalent as before. But she's still kicking ass, doing her thing. We'll see.. I've just been feeding her liquid seaweed and molasses. I plan on throwing in 1 more dose of recharge by the end of the week. That should supplement the microbe content. I'm also planning on using overdrive on her the last two weeks. So two weeks from now. Other than that, I've been feeding 2-3 times per week with 1 pH 6.5-6.8 watering on in-between days. I also wanted to mention that I'm a little worried one of my Banana daddies infected this girl with pm. So I'm keeping an eye out for that. Read on an article that spraying the spores with pH 8+ water kills and prevents it from forming. So I've been spraying her every night when the lights are out, then pumping the fans on high. Seems to be doing the trick, haven't seen any spores on her yet... but I digress, 👀 on her til' she's for sure in the clear. I'm so glad i got my perpetual grow dialed in. ( 3cm in height ) Looks very healthy with a thin fragile stem. Only developed the first pair leaves. ( 3cm in height ) With the delay of the germination this lady has been slowed down. First pair of leaves are developed but are still small.

Diary Legend: 💧- Watered 🌱- Seedling 🌲- Cut Down 🍃- Defoliation ✂️- Topping or FIM'ING 🚂- Training (LST) 💩- Fertilized Wk4 11/17/21: Day 22. 🚂The plant had to be readjusted already, so I moved the staple further out, the keep the tip bent over. I will begin training of the lower branches very soon. Two bottom ones out to the back, along with the next row. That way it will be growing the opposite direction of the main colas, and allowing more branches to grow into bud. Deciding to train was a great idea, as the lower shoots had grown quite a bit since yesterday. With only 3 more weeks left before flowering, maintaining the plants shape should be easily achieved. Love the dark green colour of the leaves. While many would say there is too much nitrogen, I think it's just fine. No issues with the leaves, everything looks normal. 11/19/21: Day 24. 💧Plant is growing well, minus the distinct leaf burns on the tips. The soil is only holding a slightly higher ratio of nutrients, but it is now the full recommended dose. Overall it's still in quite good condition. One thing I love, is how I messed up the FIM, and allowed the two new shoots to grow, while somehow still having the center shoots still grow. Albeit it's a little smaller, as it look longer to sprout, but it's definitely there. Not sure if it's 3, or 4 shoots now. I will spread the two long ones out a little at first, but then I'll let them all grow out together, like a pronged spear. Watered the plant fairly thoroughly, as it was definitely asking for a drink. 11/21/21: Day 26. Plant is looking great. Lower branches are being tied back and out, to allow for an even spread. About another week of the main stem being trained, with the final week being allowed to grown out and up. I still want it it be the main cola, as it would be nice to see what the colas end up looking like. 11/23/21: Day 28. 💧After a bunch of fiddling around with an idea for the plant, I went back to how it was, using staples. I spread the new growth on the top colas, allowing more light to reach the middle shoot. Just a few more days before I let it start growing out more, and then flip over to flower. I will water the plants after dinner, as I forgot to yesterday, and up until just now (3:54pm). They were fine earlier, so it's nothing to be worried about.

Chopped all plants down on October 18th. Will report back soon with final harvest pics and dry weight for each plant. I have multiple grows coming down around the same time and I'm still backed up with the outdoor harvest but will update with final numbers asap!

Je vous suggère de ne pas reproduire mon dosage pour les nutriments(+serait mieux) et ma fréquences d'arrosage(moins d'eau et + souvent serait mieux). 16.4.25: As mentioned last week I top dressed with a mix of canna terra plus dry amendments. The soil is very waterlogged and, as a result, has started to grow some mould/mildew on the top layer. I decided to scrape off as much mould as I could, then redress by mixing in some coco and perlite. This should aerate the soil, and prevent the water retention becoming excessive. 23.4.25: I hope everyone had a great 420! HulkBerry has grown significantly since last week. She is now exceeding the perimeter of the 8 Gallon pot. The leaves are looking good to me. It's not too dark, but still luscious in appearance. I have barely given any water, as unfortunately I had overwatered when I top dressed. The top dress was not my usual substrate and, unfortunately, ended up growing mould on the surface. I removed the top soil to take away the mould. Then I replaced it with 2 Inches of Canna coco and perlite 60/40%. I did not add any amendments to this. Nutrients; Cal-Mag amino acids and Ecothrive Biosys. I watered 2 litres yesterday, and today, I am going to LST for the 1st time. It needs to be done ASAP now, before she begins to flower. I'm just aiming to open her up and keep the tops at an even height. I'm happy with this plant her structure is lovely, and uniform. Which I hope to maintain. D43. The first day in the second week of flower, everything is good in the tent. She might be small and stunted, but she looks healthy, vibrant, and strong. ------------------------------ D45. There's nothing to report, really. She is quietly doing her thing, and there isn't much for me to do at this point. The mushroom kit seems to have just died after harvest, and today, I noticed some mold and removed it immediately. It was a fun experiment that didn't work out as I'd hoped. Oh, well :) ------------------------------ D47. Zzzzzzzz... flower is so dull as there's nothing to do but wait. ------------------------------ D49. There's not much to report at the end of the second week of flower. Yesterday, the entire tent was without power, so there was no light or exhaust for five hours. Ugh! Fortunately, I was making some compost tea and discovered the lack of power when watering. I gave the girl 2.5 liters of compost tea and humic acid @ pH 6.6. ------------------------------
