I was so excited to see some weed leaves pop out. Everyday the plants got noticeably bigger. I’m making sure their environment stays as consistant as possible. I did encounter my first issue. I went to refill my humidifier turns out the water had turned green. I emptied the tank into a glass you can see in the pics. Washed it and ill make sure to do so more frequently. I’m guessing it was stagnant for too long and algae grew? Has this happened to anyone? What cause it?

Starting Week 10, which marks the beginning of the 5th week of flowering. The buds are stacking nicely and the trichome production is ramping up. Tomorrow, I’m planning a defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration. I’ll also be tucking and organizing the canopy to keep everything tucked neatly within the 70x70 space.

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. In addition, I recently bought a dap press and this strain is frosty and resinous. She will be great to press for live rosin. FBA2502 is FROSTBANGER. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 10/06/2020. planting. I have prepared everything I need for planting. The 11lit fabric pot I got from RQS, also Organic Boost Nutrition and Mycorrhizza from RQS, Soil is Light-Mix from BioBizz and of course the seeds of the new strain Hulkberry Automatic. After adding 50g of pellets from Organic Nutrition and 5g of Mycorrhizze, I mixed everything well in the pot. After that I watered well and soaked the soil, I dug a hole with a wooden stick about 2-3 cm, I first put 1g of mycorrhize and then put the seeds inside. I lightly covered the hole with earth and put the pots in their new home. I planted two Hulkberries and one Green Gelato Automatic. The temperature was about 25 degrees and the humidity about 65%. 14/06/2020. She sprouted. After 4 days, Hulkberries came out. In the meantime, I sprayed the surface of the earth a little twice. The temperature is still around 26 degrees, thanks to the summer and the high temperature that enters the apartment anyway. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, I maintain it around 60% -65%. 15/06/2020. Their first photo shoot, I also watered their with about 2 liters of water, which I only regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 19/06/2020. Day 1. Hulkberries is officially one day old. On that occasion I took another photo shoot to celebrate this big day :). 24/06/2020. First Feeding First feeding. Their got a whole meal from BioBizz, Root-Juice, Bio-Heaven and Acti-Vera, p.H of water I regulated with Lemon Kick from Plagron. 25/06/2020. Day 7. End of the first week. For now, everything is great. It is developing nicely, its conditions are almost perfect. whatever it is, it's a pity, but you can't fight with Nature :) as far as I can see from the drone flight, the girls are simply gone :D:D they are under water,.... it's a pity.... it rained a lot during the week, there is a river 300m away which flooded, here is the result: D I see this for the first time in 9 years .... well, nothing new automatic seeds, already thrown into the ground :) so I will wait for new girls :).

Pulled the second cherry Cola today and it looks and smells just like heaven , some nice pinks , purples and greens . Plants look to be around 12 oz together but we’ll see how they dry .

I really enjoy growing and this strain is one I've spent a lot of time on. This is my largest harvest of Gelato Cake and it was only 1 plant, I have harvested 5 at once and just equaled what this one plant did. I feel really good about it thanks to the GD community for the support and diaries to learn from

Still having major problems with fungus gnats and the populations have exploded! So I ended up doing a drench of hydrogen peroxide to kill all the eggs on contact that where in the top inch or so of the pots. Also on the pots that where worse I added sand to the top just as an extra precaution. I added my second and final layer of trellis. I mostly use the trellis for support and for spreading out the canopy and opening up the lower bud sites to the light. We can see the bud sites are starting to set and are looking pretty great for 2 weeks of flower!
