What up family, weekly update on these girls. I raised the lights 6in this week to allow some stretch but still keeping 400-600ppfd at the canopy level. Over all they're progressing beautifully. I started adding 2.5ml/gal of Athenas Blended line Grow A & B. Haven't seen any burnt leaf tips so I think they'll be OK adding a little boost. All in all Happy Growing.

June 15: lots of rain ended this morning. 64 mm or 2.5 inches over 48 hours. No watering need for a while. She looks pretty good and I’m currently waiting for the two stems to grow a bit more. A day or two before another round of topping to make the 8 (or 16?) cola manifold. June 18: still more rain. Wow, really pouring at the moment. About 80 mm in last few days and heavy rain forecast for all day today. Oh well. Plants are up against house to minimize soaking. Took two fan leaves that were growing back across the main stem to allow more light in. So far so good. June 20: second round of topping to get to 8 colas and tied down to have all growth tips at same elevation. Waited until fourth node was forming and then topped to third node and removed growth tips at the second node. Sounds a bit hard but totally easy once you try. 👍called mainlining on Growdiaries but should be called manifolding. Still quite cool and rainy which is great for the forest fires, but a bit cool for cannabis. Oh well. June 21: Happy Solstice. Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. Showed around my yard a bit. Lots of nectar giving plants and bushes for the humming bird's, butterfly's and bee's. Smells wonderful in here With the LemonPaya and the RainBow Melon in here it smells like tropical skunk. Yum. The plants are growing well and everything seems good. The buds are bulking up and getting sticky. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

I went on vacation the ladies went crazy. One of them—the left one—is stretching really hard. The other two are more small and bushy. So, let's see what's going on in the next few days. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm a little bit scared because of the height. But when I'm back next week, I can do some work on them to maximize the light on the ladies.

Sorry for being late with this update! 😱 Plants are maturing well but I noticed Matcha is developing slower compared to Pistachio and I assume that's because the height of the lights are very different from each plant, but both are still going forward. A clear sign of maturity is Pistachio's brighter color leafs and the amount of "brown" pistils on both plants. Trichomes are developing well too. Anyway, I think I will give Pistachio one more week and then see how Matcha develops to cut her. I also started to defoliate my girls, there were tons of dying leaves! See you all in my next update!
