Sorry but something bad happened in my life and I couldn't share the photos before

So I didn't give her the ideal growth conditions to shine but I am very pleased with how she looks and smells. I did grow two of these cake bomb seeds the other being in a 3 gal fabric pot which turned out to be a beautiful male that i did not keep for lack of space purposes. I kept this plant however in a 2 gal clay pot during its entire 6 month life cycle that included roughly almost 4 months of veg followed by 70 days flowering time majority of her life was being cramped in a 3x3 with 6 other plants back when i only had 3 tents. And I wanted to cut her down a few days sooner but my drying tent was behind schedule. A few of my plants were effected by spider mights due to a clone that i had brought home and did not properly Quarantine. I was however very fortunate and lucky to eradicate the problem once and for all 5 weeks after noticing. With weekly ipm treatments of Organisheild (killed mights before flipping to flower with foliar sprays in-between to wash away any contaminates. so now that we have that out the way. But cake mlbomb actually fought the infestation off within 2-3 weeks This plant is very easy to train and responds extremely well without hesitation. Seeing as how thick the colas were for her small stature i would recommend a Scrog style training.Usually seeing tops turned up within a few hours. Stacking is very solid and tight all the way through. No visible stem structure on most tops even lower buds are round dense balls. I did not do any cold flush on this plants night temps did drop to 66-67°f on few occasions and she has a very visible and vibrant purple tone to her buds and leaves a very beautiful hue of royal purple a deep forrest green bud (taking more visual notes when final cure has finished) around day 18 of flower I was noticing trichome resin surfacing and by day 27 tops were full of white pistols and and frost covered definitely indicating the power punch she would soon deliver. Scents that began to develop were of cream and pound cake like aroma which than later developed into a jelly flavored gummy bear when trimmed before being cut to dry. 31.05 yesterday was the end of the fifth week for the plants, some were transplanted yesterday, some today, and some not yet, but most of them were transplanted and topped for the first time... I was late with the topping because I didn't want to top before transplanting.. I topped most of the plants between the sixth and seventh nodes instead of between the fifth and sixth, some I even topped between the seventh and the eighth, but what's up... the weather normalized for a day and immediately started with severe heat... in the sun now it will be 40+ degrees C, until the other day it was 15, this is definitely not normal...the pictures and video are from yesterday, in the next update I will post pictures from the site Stay high ‘n’ keep growing!!!

They were already quite wilted, and I decided to harvest them a day early because I was sad to see them like that. Now I'll let them dry and then taste them. I couldn't weigh them when they were wet, so I'll wait until I see the dry weight. After 9 days of drying, I put it to cure today. I've already tried it, it's delicious, little bitter buts its ok only 9 days. The biggest one has a bitter taste, it was overfertilized, let's see if the cure will improve it. The smallest one was also overfertilized, but smaller, it's very tasty, it looks like the first highcloudz i planted. The taste didn't improve much because of the overfert, I did a water cure, it improved a bit, but I think the overfert was too poisonous for the plants. Wait a while to see if there is any improvement. The overfertilization was more serious than I imagined, one plant had foxtails and became a hermaphrodite, few bananas, and only one good seed was produced. In the future I will definitely plant this strain again, but I hope not to make the same terrible mistake of overfertilization. They yielded very well despite the overfert, but I expected more if there was no overfert, of course. Almost 1g/watt, that's good.

Thankfully she survived a low pressure system soon to be named hurricane Melissa...a good water soak is what she got…I.E. no watering for the next 3 days….Gave her a trim and adjusted the LST ties.

Day 7 - Everything seems to be going ok they are all growing about the same pace! Day 8 - They are all growing pretty equal right now , extremely happy with how things are going!✌️🏼🌱 Day 11 - one plant has some twisted leaves hopefully it’s nothing serious😫 will be keeping a eye on her, other than that they all seem to be growing great! All the girls seem to be finishing up now and the leaves fading. Auto is pretty much done. Another 7 to 10 days and the others should be done too.

********* Week 11 - February 17 to 23, 2020 (**Days 71 to 77 from head coming out of medium**) Well another week has come and gone and she is still going💪😃 This was week of not too much to report as well as it is basically just keeping her medium wet, light low, and let her ripen😃 We also started looking at trichomes closer this week🧐🧐 Her frost really developed this week and has turned to primarily all cloudy. Took most of the week to get there. Tops are starting to show more amber in the buds and the lowers still show a number of clear.......didn’t want to rush her and let her go at her own pace. She is going to be running close to 80 days and expect that to be harvest day. She took some time but the leaves are light on Sunday and trichrome colour was a good balance. Removed any unnecessary LST tie downs. She has really started to “pull-in” on herself with the long branches she has grown. They have also gotten really purple over the last two weeks. Discovered another problem with the darn pH pen this week and it was out by 5 full points. This also explains some of the unusual things I have seen and thoughts of her possibly being a little slow the prior week. It had been 4 weeks since last calibration so it wasn’t out that long but long enough. This girl weathered that curve ball pretty good💪🙏 She went into darkness on Sunday Feb 23rd for roughly 48 hours. Harvest day is around the corner😛 Goal of a two week flush is being achieved......should be smooth smoke!! Will see what using Green Planet’s Liquid Weight all the way to the end will do as well. Again, this girl has been a surprise from the start with her vigour, beautiful leaves in early veg, and awesome bud to leaf ratio in late flower. She has taken pH and nutrient swings in stride. We had some PK issues late in veg and didn’t fully recover from it before flower set in but the narrow leaves have left for an easy trim job👍 Not rushing her so far has allowed her frost to come on strong and she should have a healthy THC percentage!! I have revisited the list of other diaries for this strain and there aren’t many to go by for comparison but this girl seems to be in there with the other top producers......time will tell. Awesome job Sweet Seeds🙏 More detail: Feb 17/20 - Day 71 - nothing for feed today. - SWELLING last night :) Feb 18/20 - Day 72 - 3L water with Rezin & Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 80ppm and 5.8pH. - Moved her under the HLG light today. - Buds are getting dense and hardening towards the tops. Feb 19/20 - Day 73 - 2L water with Rezin & LW8 = 80ppm and 6.1pH. - still waiting on further ripening of lower trichomes but she is getting close. Feb 20/20 - Day 74 - 2L water with Rezin @2ml and LW8 @1.5ml = 80ppm and 5.9pH Feb 21/20 - Day 75 - Nothing today. Dry out. - she will be done in days from now. Into darkness this weekend at some point. Feb 22/20 - Day 76 - 2L water with Rezin and LW8 @ 1.5ml/L = 80ppm and 5.9pH. - review trichomes again today. - one more day. D65 Just a few days until the harvest, I'm checking the evolution of the trichomes and buds, we'll see what happens, I spent a lot of energy and hours I hope it will be worth it, meanwhile in my house there is the scent of ripe oranges and strawberries I hope to find the same aroma in the smoke.
