Today is day 28th so we are at the end of week 4 and as you can see she is showing sex so I imagine next week will be the start of flower.. When I attempted to defoliate her I guess I got too close to the main vein and killed the 8th branch, shitty. 7 tops it is The only video for all my diaries, don't have the time to wait for it to upload the video to every diary. Pretty disappointed in my strawberry but maybe she just wasn't the gal for me. She has one branch that never fully recovered from defoliating her. I'll try again next grow but maybe super-cropping and topping her is a better training route. I'm excited and kind of worried to see what kind of colas I get from a 9 week old plant plant with only 2 nodes on each branch. Please stretch...

Well things are taking off. Both thickening up nicely. The shorter one is a few weeks ahead of the other. Trichomes are getting some cloudy now. All in all happy with there progress for the week. Still drinking plenty !

I had some difficulties in the vegetative phase with this passarello strain so even if late I applied a series of techniques to maximize the harvest. I applied a late topping, I did LST on the lower branches and I elegantly widened them and topped x 8 in the center. By doing so the center came out a bit weakened because the power went to all the branches below (that's why the main lining is better), but by eliminating some branches that would not have reached the top I obtained an excellent result, there are really many buds and a result that will exceed 100 grams by a lot I think going closer to 150 grams. The flowers are very beautiful, nice mature pistils, large calyxes, this plant has really large calyxes that make it a bit difficult to clean or rather it is easy to cut some calyxes here and there. But the grass is so much you can easily make sense of it. The smell is wonderful I still have to go into more detail but it seems something strawberry, sweet, I'm still trying to understand what it reminds me of and I have to study the terpenes and terpene profiles better. The trichomes are mostly milky but we honestly have little amber still and a bit of transparency, it could have been another week probably but that's fine. * Buds progressing good, no deficiencies except stomper #1 with burn tips , no stretch except stomper #3 the stressed one ( 👈 check week 3), SODK looking good 5 days later though. * LST stopped at day 35 ,🔅 lights still 24/7. Temps steady at 25 c° and humidity 50-60%. * Day 39 watering 1l /pot with active vera, EMs and co2 tablet. 🔅Lights 20h -> Days 38-39 Trying to control VPD, maybe 🤔 transpiration in the lasts weeks wasn't on good levels and missed some stretch.!? We ll try to understand what we missed or it's just the genetics under these circumstances! ⚠️ So Day 42 end of week 6, had low temps and high humidity later this week. As we cant check the grow tent all day except few hours per day we've missed some highs and lows of the temps and humidity but overall we were ok. ( DAY 39 AND IT SHOWS ZERO DEFICIENCIES ) IM ALSO DOING VERY LITTLE, SLIGHT DEFOLIATION This is more of a personal note So this is my first Autoflower grow , now the one advantage of an auto is the speed to which its life span will go , so in doing my homework on the Auto's life span the pros and cons , I choose to keep her short at the start and not add any stress and maximize her cycles and in doing this I was surprised at how fast she went into Flowering, NL 2 day 21 and NL 1 on day 26 , I will say this, i really am liking the speed and vigorous growth of this northernlights autoflower in general and becoming a huge fan.... So this was an outdoor auto that had to endure the craziest temps! From 48 degrees to 95 degrees through its life! Squirrels kept trying to dig up the dirt around it, major humidity swings, rain, hot sun, etx—- so I am very pleased with the results after all that Mother Nature threw at her! Smell is amazing, like bubble gum! And that’s rare that the flavor actually matches the name in cannabis! Not the biggest yield, but not the greatest environment and a small pot! ✌️💚🌿💨

03/12 - Day 68 Girls are putting out some really nice aromas! I’m assuming this is the last push for this strain, buds are really tight and super hard when squeezed on (B) & (C) All around the trichomes are still pretty clear and no amber yet.

Everything is looking amazing! All plants are at 4.5wks -5wks old now. Growth is extremely rapid. PPMS/PH of run off is less than what's going in! Still feeding to run off daily; vacuuming out the water everytime!! They're starting to need close to a gal. each :D I have defoliated & continue to pinch lower plant growth to lolly pop each branch -- I find this the best method hands down for autos.. The canopy for the most part is even with the exception of LSD-25, Fruit Punch, & most importantly; the one GSC (fast buds) -- it is a fucking monster as you can see (tallest plant by FAR). Cant wait to see the buds on what appears to be a Sativa dominate GSC pheno -- this plant was under the same 630w's worth of CMH along with the other GSC -- because it keeps growing, and was starting to developing light burn on leaves closer to the CMH's I've since switched spots with a GG#4 & it's now under two 600w LED's; growth continues to stretch on her, but I'm less concerned now that it's under less intense lighting, with a bigger distance from the lights . Other than that, things are looking to be on track for an epic harvest. Once buds start forming, I will drop the temps on the AC gradually to bring out the colors in GSC/LSD/Fruit Punch -- with lights/fans on full blast I can hold temps as low as 70f / 30% RH with the AC at less than 50% - Will be uploading more pics this weekend!

After week 16 of this grow my 'Fruity Terps'-plants are ready to harvest. I check the trichome-heads with a handheld-microscope (magnification of 150, available in every growshop) and see that all have turned milky and some start to turn amber already. That means PEAK-THC (=all trichome-heads have turned milky) has been reached inside the trichome and it is time to harvest. If I would let them go longer now and continue to flower them, more of the trichome heads will turn amber as the THC breaks down again to other cannabinoids, and the effect of the cannabis will get more sedative when smoked. For some chronic pain patients this is what they want from their medicine, therefore it is advisable for them to let the weed flower than recommended. The aroma coming out of the tent is STRONG and DELICIOUSLY FRUITY! 😍 The fade from the flush has turned the bigger fan-leaves yellow or purple now, this shows the plant is using her own sugars now and has used up all nutrients saved inside her. That is exactly what I want, since a well flushed plant ensures a clean, smooth smoke when the buds are dried. This is my MEDICINE and I use it against my chranic back-pain from hernia, therefore I have to make sure I can consume my medicine as pure and clean as possible. All my plants have grown big buds, which are glistening with TRICHOMES, the SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs did an OUTSTANDING JOB! In combination with the BIO NOVA nutrients, all plants THRIVED throughout the cycle and were able to grow healthy to their full potential.

Week 21/1 - 27/1

Transplanted into 6.5L pots for now until I figure out where to put them in the garden. I did a top layer of more Sprout Island Blend and then my own homemade compost the rest of the container. I figure keep it nice and mild on nutrition at first and then they can reach down for more if they need it. The compost has a lot of worm activity. I also put them down a couple inches because they were so leggy to give them more support. I have them in a wire dog kennel with deer netting around the outside to keep critters from munching. They're much happier with actual sun and are taking in the fresh air well🌞 2 out of the 3 have red stems so maybe an indica hybrid?👀
