Einen schönen guten Tag allen zusammen gewünscht 🙂 So wir befinden uns jetzt in der letzten Woche der Blühtefase. Wie vergangene Woche schon angesprochen musste die Cola des Haupttriebes geerntet werden bevor er vor Stress bzw. Überreife noch ,,vermännlicht,, Ansonsten ist sehr schön zu sehen, wie die Pflanze die Nährstoffe nach und nach aus den Blättern zieht. Das Düngen werden wir demnächst einstellen. Da wir organisch düngen muss auch nicht zwingend mit Wasser gespült werden. Dennoch wenn es abzusehen ist, werden wir trotzdem ein paar Tage nur reines Wasser benutzen. Auch die Terpene und Calyxe haben sich schön ausgeprägt und sehen echt mega aus. Nur noch wenige Tage und wie vermutet, auch ganz knapp zum Ende des S. S. CUP 24. Es sieht so aus, als hätten unsere von Vorhinein gesteckten Ziele sich fast komplett ergeben. Wir wollten eine gut Buschige, stabile Pflanze, die im obigen Bereich reich mit gut Durchschnittlichen Buds besetzt ist und so gut wie möglich, nicht viele kleine Buds besitzt. Na klar, einige sind auf jeden noch aufgefallen und beim nächsten mal wissen wir, das man da auch definitiv durchgehend dran bleiben muss, nur iwann ehrlicher weise, hatten wir auch das Auge dafür verloren (übermasse an buds und hier auch eher den mittleren teil der Pflanze gemeint) Die Pflanze ist so stabil, dass sie gar ohne Netz klar gekommen wäre. Auch das erste mal das wir dieses erleben durften, sonst machen die Äste immer eine ,,Biege,, ^^ Aber sowas benötigt auch abschließend gesagt, auch PLATZ muhuhuhaaaa 🤣 Diese Strain hat uns insgesamt nur mit positiven bereichert. Wir haben viele Erfahrungen und oder schon bereits erarbeites Wissen durch sie aufgefrischt und somit bewusst verbessert. Wir möchten Uns auch für all diejenigen bedanken, die sich unser Report angeschaut haben, werden und oder uns sogar auch Folgen! Bin zufrieden soweit, der PH steigt ab und an etwas lässt sich aber gut korrigieren. Mal schauen wie es weiter geht. 🌈🍉 Luftbefeuchter ist jetzt noch drin und die Luftfeuchtigkeit liegt bei 70%

Week 7 done and these are doing amazing, the one on the left buds are really stacking up and getting really frosty and she’s really starting to stank lol but she also smells sweet/citrusy, the one on the right has stopped it stretch and budsites are starting to stack up, been watching them closely, was feeding them the same but switched it up cause I felt the one on the right needed more nutes then the one on left due to it being in reused soil, all in all they are doing well and I will continue to watch them closely are they continue to grow

Day 15 (2020-05-24): Some more Blumat adjustments. Having trouble getting things perfect. Luckily the plants aren't drinking a lot yet so there is plenty of time to get it right. Day 16 (2020-05-25): Noticing new growth is light green/yellow. Looks like it might be a Zinc deficiency. Will investigate more tomorrow. Day 17 (2020-05-26): Opened water reservoir to a nasty smell and white growth all on the bottom. Algae I am guessing? Either way it changed the PH of the water to 6.8 which I think is causing Zinc lockout. I flushed the plants with 5.6 PH and cleaned the reservoir and added new solution at 5.6. I also added a small amount of bleach (.3 ml gallon). I am also going to wrap the reservoir in black duct tape to prevent light. Day 18 (2020-05-27): Looks like the flushing and water change worked as the plants appear to be recovering. Top growth is noticeably more green, but will continue to monitor. I ended up cutting a box to cover the reservoir to block light to helpfully prevent future algae growth, along with the bleach. Day 19 (2020-05-28): Both seem to have recovered from the Zinc issue and all growth is nice and dark green again. Will probably look at doing some training tomorrow. Originally was planning on trying ScrOG but I am strting to wonder if it will be effective. The plants are still quite wide and short with not much height, so the net will not currently be very effective. Probably will do some LST for now and maybe some defoliation to expose more shoots to light. Day 20 (2020-05-29): Did some initial LST and defoliation to open things up a bit. Day 21 (2020-05-30): Plants appear to be recovering fine from the LST. I am finding some issue with the PH coming into the irrigation system. It is fine in the tank, but by the time it reaches the plants it is higher (around 1 higher). If I flush about a cup through the filter/hoses, then it is fine. So it seems as it sits in the tube the PH is rising. I wouldn't think there would be any algae growing in the tube since it is light proof and would have thought the bleach would had killed it anyway. Will check filter first.

The Lemon Cherry Gelato #2 just harvested from Zamnesia has given us a main cola worthy of the Prince of the Amazon. Jokes aside, we're dealing with the SOTY strain of the year, and even my not-so-huge vegetated plant doesn't really give you a glimpse of what this plant can do, which relies on the extremely high quality of its buds and resin production as its strong points. The trichomes are particularly large-headed, which is always a sign of great flower quality overall; you can clearly see the potency from the microsphere. They're around 20% Amber, 50% Cloudy, and 30% Clear. The plant is slightly more Indica, and I don't want to let it ripen too much; that's fine with me. The pistils are very, very ripe, around 90%. The aroma it releases is truly complex; it's definitely sweet and fruity, but there's also something woody. It's a plant with well-proportioned, medium internodal spacing. Starting Week 2! All three ladies doing great... Blueberry is the beast of the three and Amnesia Haze the runt (as expected). Light moved up to 30" and 100% and dropped humidity to 60%. Week 2 coming to a close today! Starting Week 3 tomorrow.

Flower day 31 - Having a little trouble with the temperature getting higher than I would like because my dehumidifier puts off some heat while it’s running so it’s been a constant struggle to keep the environment in this tent stable! Definitely will not have so many plants next run lol, but all in all the ladies are growing great & I can’t wait to see how they turn out! Very nice stretch! This girl actually looks like the plants I have been trying to grow (for this stage). Still dialing in the nutes for consistent growth. Light defoilation only, skipping LST for this baby. Probably just good genetics on this one rather than any skill on my part.

These girls are throwing some gigantic buds already! I'm very excited for this run of strawberry banana. There is already some trichomes building up as well. I had to use a little neem oil to control mildew on mostly the right plant as the left one had hardly any. I'm very pleased with the size shape & overall vigor with these ladies. This is the sister diary of the Runtz showdown, in which we pit two great performing strains created by two highly acclaimed and respected breeders, in a duel to the death. This diary features the RUNTZ XL AUTO strain by SweetSeeds. In the meantime, all seeds have germinated and seemed to have a level start.
