1/25 Week 11 Ripley : Flushing begins with a five gallon flush to move the runoff to under 200ppm and defoliated by pulling almost every leaf on a stem, and god what a bunch there were. This opens the plant and removes those sources of nuets. Going to doing this as quickly as we may so will be monitoring runoff as we go. Tara: Slight Defoliation just trying to keep these leafy SOBs open. Back on Heavy dose of CocoTek and placed in best light I can we just watching the bud growth for how to help this big girl. Will not pick up Peak again until ready to withdraw the CT. Week 6 flower, half way there! Buds are starting to fill in now and getting some decent frost. A couple of tops are getting more light than others, and fattening a bit more and looking real nice. It looks like there is some purple starting to come out at the tops. She is strong and will go as fast as the soil and environmental conditions will allow her to. Hand watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17, otherwise water drip is running on same schedule. Just using straight tap water that sits in a 30 gallon reservoir with a submergible water pump running 24/7 breaking surface and aerating water. Water comes out the tap @ 7ph and less than 15ppm. Easy to grow, beautiful structure and plant. Big frosted, dense buds with very good odour 🤤. Would 100% recommend.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I have known i needed more light and its starting to get noticable i was hoping to get a new loght before week 3 but i am now rotating my light trying to get more even growth going to pit CFL as backup light ASAP Slight burn on number 8 halfway through the week started giving 500ml of its feed normal strength the other 1000ml half strength

💩Holy Crap💩 That was so much fun , it's full on winter where I am and it kept me busy , and come on there's nothing like growing your own stuff. I had a blast as it's been at least over 10 years since my last indoor grow , and it was fun , I had used all of my old techniques and equipment and it worked out just fine , so I was glad I had a ruff idea of what to expect...... Final thoughts Gonna be honest about that grow , it should me just how far Genetics have come, 10 plus years ago before I stopped growing indoors , all we had was like lowrider auto and greenomatic auto and maybe few others but they were horrible...... but this auto produced quite well as expected it should with the size of my medium and my soil base and very little nutrients, which is what I had hoped for from the start , cause I didn't really know where to start in terms of Genetics as I have been out the game for awhile but I'm super glad with the results and some gratitude needs to be sent to CanukSeeds , they came through as it always starts and ends with elite Genetics👌 ........... I can't wait to start my next grow diary, so keep an eye out , there's gonna be more to come , I'm going to try some really interesting cultivars........ PS. 2.10: Steady as she goes. 2.11: Day 23 from soil. Watered with 32oz from the tap at 6.3ph. Plant is healthy and i'm trying some leaf tucking. 2.12.2024: Day 24. Moving along nicely. Plant is very healthy. First sign of white tips but only on new growth. Could be light and/or nute related OR it could be normal. Will monitor. Did first round of LST just moving some fan leaves out of the way with pipe cleaners and shifting bud sites to get more access to light. 2.13.2024: No change. Plant looks good and still has a little moisture left from watering 2 days ago. No nutes used at this point. Still working with the original nutes found in the FFOF. 2.14.2024: Day 26. Moving along. No water, no hight adjustment. Did some LST on the bottom 4 branches just to guide away from the fan leaves. 2.15.2024: Day 27 from seed. Adjusted garden ties to even things out. Responding well to LST. White pistils came out the past two days. Raised light 5 more clicks. Still at 75 watts. Day 28 from seed. End of week 4 from seed. Top 2 inches of soil were very dry and pot felt light so i gave it another 64oz of water at 6.3ph. 8 to 10oz of run off. Run off tested at 6.4ph, 2100ppm. Having temp challenges so i shut the humidifier off. Currently sitting at 75 with 47rh.

well, another week and just watering as needed, it should have yielded a lot more this strain is also not known from a local seed bank but no problem. I think the temperature, because I spent most of it being very hot, didn't let them grow, well, but I'm already starting another cycle and soon I'll start posting more here in another grow =D

| 📅 Week 5 | Days 29 - 35 | 💡 562w 📏42' | | ☔ 29%-38% | | 🌡️️🌞 76 - 79 | | 🌡️️🌑 73 - 75 | 12/07 Weekly Reservoir swaps on all plants to clean them and give fresh nutrients. 2 plants repeated week 4 nutrients with no micro and the other two (including the focus plant in the lapse) are accurate with the Dairy. 12/08 PHed all plants to 5.8 and updated the LST on all the plants. Spread some of plants out to get better lighting as I raised the light s few inches. 12/09 Topped off the reservoirs and PHed them to 5.6 because they have been rising alot. Rotated plants half turn. Did more LST for more light penetration. 12/10 Signs of preflower are starting to show on two plants and the tent is starting to get that flowering smell not to much longer until I need to hook up the carbon filter to stop the stench. 12/11 Updated front left and back left plants to week 5 nutrients with no Floramicro, because these plants hate nitrogen. PH in all reservoirs set to 5.6 12/12 PHed adjusted to 5.8 and topped off all the reservoirs. Did more LST and tucked plenty of leaves away for better light on new growth! 12/13 First real signs of Flower! PH adjusted to 5.8 and reservoirs topped off with water to keep the nutrient levels balanced. Lollipopped the front left plant for experimental purposes. These plants overall are doing fine and I have 2 different phenotypes displaying. One is extremely reactive to nitrogen and taller while the shorter phenotype is slightly less reactive to nitrogen (both hate it). I am pleased with the growth at this stage and the smell is just starting There is slight purple coloration displaying with the preflowers but nothing really noticeable yet. I am excited for the flowering to start so these girls can start showing their true colors 😍 edit: changed final picture for better lighting.
