Day 57 - This lady is doing AMAZING! Almost the tallest plant in my tent & was the smallest when it went into flower! Looks & smells amazing already can’t wait to see how she turns out! Esta por empezar el engorde final. Ya las flores estan casi formadas. La altura está al límite total. Uno o dos centímetros más y estaría en problemas de verdad. El engorde de muchas flores ya es notorio, pero creo que el uso de un bioestimulante que no es de primera línea, ha reducido el potencial de las plantas. De todos modos hasta no tener el resultado final no puedo afirmar nada. La solución de esta semana fue cargada con más pk booster para ver cómo funciona la linea de greenhouse en esta etapa. Suelo usar pk 13/15 de canna. Pero esta vez puse el que tenía. Seguiré actualizando. Día 31. Se nota mucho el engorde. Las hojas muestran pequeños signos de sobre fertilización, pero nada grave que no haya visto antes. Me suele pasar en esta semana en todos los cultivos en hidroponia. Pero las veces que ko me pasó, no tuve el engorde deseado. Por eso manejo mediciones de PPM superiores 1000. Se empieza a ver cuáles van a ser los cogollos más grandes, pero sigo con incertidumbre sobre cuanto más van a engordar. Estoy bastante conforme al momento. Hoy tuve contacto con plantas macho, pero me cambié toda la ropa antes de acercarme al indoor y le lavé. Además no sé si sumará, pero me rocío en alcohol cada vez que entro a casa, así que espero no tener problemas. Ya voy a ir preparando los esquejes para la próxima siembra. Quizá no logre sacar 10 de las madres que tengo. Pero quizá ponga menos y los haga crecer más tiempo y con bastante LST. Pero será en otro protecto. Por ahora espero que siga el engorde. Día 33. Ya el engorde es un hecho. Por el momento estoy bastante satisfecho. La solución se concentró demasiado así que tuve que agregar agua. Pero más allá de algunos signos de sobre fertilización mínimos y pasajeros en las hojas, la plantas se muestran saludables y firmes. Todavía sigo buscando la posibilidad de agregar overdrive la semana que viene. Todo está por verse. Ya puedo asegurar que va a haber una séptima semana de floración, sino debería empezar el lavado en 2 días, cosa que a la vista, sería muy apresurado. Así que seguiré esperando a ver las flores con los pistilos más secos. Entre tanto los tricomas ya están formados, pero recién van a empezar la maduración en unos días. No saco foto porque el celular no hace buen foco con la lupa, pero ya intentaré mas adelante. Día 35. Cierra la semana con una buena idea de lo que van a ser los cogollos. Según el calendario de la planta, debería empezar el lavado esta semana, ya que sería la última. Pero por la madurez de los tricomas, todavía le faltan entre 10 días y 2 semanas más. Así que se viene otra semana de sobrecarga de PK y voy a aumentar la dosis para aprovechar a medir el nivel de tolerancia de la planta a altos niveles producto. Al ser hidroponia y trabajar con el ambiente bastante controlado, confío en que voy a poder aplicar correctivos a tiempo, si empiezo a notar defasajes bruscos.

This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night. Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday. Friday: Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925. Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often. Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller. Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more. Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent. Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already? Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph. Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node. Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.

12/10/18 Day 54 Not long left now, started the flush 4 days ago but I feel as if I might have left it a little too late. Looking to harvest day 60, some of the trichomes are cloudy but the buds have swollen quite a bit and the calyxes are retracting more and more daily. Not too worried about the relatively short flush since I didn't really go overboard with the nutes but I'd like to get the colours to fade a little before chopping, even if this means pushing it to day 64-65.

The 2nd week was great for the plants. Specially Banana Purple Punch and Forbidden Runtz They stretched and grow without no problem. I'm excited for week 3. I LST them, I did some defoliation and they got fed with Goldleaf feterlizer and I added mycos chum and cal-mag to the mix. Let see how they do.

12w1d (85d) - Any day now! Started using Fish Sh!t to start the process of flushing her out. I read the journal article and, really, no one has a clue if flushing is as beneficial or not. Just do whatever…why not?

Avevo staccato due cime per pianta delle kmintz. Mantengono quello che sentivo mentre le toccavo. La prima pianta sa di caramelle zkittlez con un fumo che nell aria non è il classico odore di erba ma qualcosa di incensato e mi fa impazzire.La seconda è decisamente più complessa. Zkittlez/frutti di bosco/nocciola/gas. Ho scritto oggi a Ripper Seeds facendo vedere un po di foto e mi hanno detto di tagliarle pure anche se manca qualche giorno rispetto ai 63 dichiarati dalla casa.Ho già ricomprato 5 semi perché le rifarò sicuramente se non il prossimo ciclo quello dopo. Le due Watermelon Zkittlez proseguono la fioritura. A settimana prossima coltivatori 💪🤞

Welcome to week 10 / week 7 of flowering! Seeing more amber trichomes, but still holding out until I see approximately 50% amber. Getting closer! ✅Day 64: 100oz of water. No runoff. ✅Day 65: No water. ✅Day 66: No water. ✅Day 67: 100oz of water. No runoff. ✅Day 68: No water. ✅Day 69: I was spot checking trichomes and noticed what appeared to be seeds beginning to form in the buds. I couldn’t tell for sure. They were hard and small balls, but they broke apart somewhat easily when I squeezed them in-between my nails. I don’t know if they were young seeds or new calyxes and maybe the hard ball was the pistils inside that hadn’t grown out yet. It was hard to tell, but I didn’t want to risk it if she was starting to herm, so I chopped her down.

Was a difficult week, because the plant was at the very back. I got some small % of bud rot. Very small. Buds are very dense. Dripping in trichomes. Colorful, and very stinky. What a beauty.

Anfang dieser Woche stand Umtopfen auf dem Plan. Da ich vom vorherigen grow noch Mycotrex hatte, wird auch alles verbraucht, genauso wie zum eintopfen 0,5g pro Pflanzloch. Den ersten Tag habe ich die Bewässerung ausgesetzt, zum anwurzeln lassen. Der 2te wurde normal bewässert 10% vom Topf Volumen. Ohne drain. Ab 4tag der dritten Woche, wieder tägliche Bewässerung 10%. Nach dem Umtopfen habe ich mit B-52 und Rhino Skin angefangen. B-52 wurde als kleines Experiment mit Break Thru Foliar ausgebracht, direkt nach dem umtopfen. Ich habe Außerdem einen leichten Thrips Befall festgestellt. Deshalb wurde einmal zum Ende der dritten blütewoche mit Neemöl 5ml pro L Spritzwasser behandelt und Nützlinge wurden auch danach eingesetzt. Raubmilben + Florfliegeneier. Ab jetzt sind 30% des unteren Topfvolumen Euro Pebbles.
