the bud formation is ridiculous. they are getting so damn frosty and smell amazing. the buds are already bigger than last year when i was still experimenting a lot. i'm really checking the plants daily for budrot and other pests or problems but still not a thing. let's keep it like this. some branches are beginning to hang a little bit so i'm going to support them a bit more. i have the feeling that the plants really enjoy the molasses additive to the soil since i have not been seeing that much yellow leaves turn up lately.

Week 2 of flower. Starting to see nice bud sites forming. Starting to incorporate molasses and bud booster.

I dry trimmed everything I harvested. What I mean is I cut all fan leaves while the plant was still in the ground. I trimmed what I could and hung the whole plant for a few days then separated branches. The ice cream cake and the large seedling are both still hanging intact. Ice cream cake was easy as it grew more like a sativa them the indicas I usually grow. Plant reached a height of 9 to 10 feet. Yield was some what diminished due to septoria. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to plant diseases.

11/13 Was the last night I kept the dome in the tent, started getting too crowded! But here on 11/15....lol i got bored and wanted to give it some more nutes! 😏 So I made a gallon up of some warm tap water PH'd down to 6.1, 8ml of FoxFarms Big Bloom, 5ml Boomerang, 5ml Wholly Mackerel, and 2ml of Power Si followed up with a very low dosed foliar spray of Xtreme Gardening's CalCarb before it was lights out. 11/17 I did some topping including the main stem. In the video (its off my Instagram story @SoilBGood) there's one that I'm not too happy about, the taller one with the stretched out spacing. But I don't doubt that its gonna give me some dank buds 👊 11/20 The plants are looking sharp....I foliar fed them with some Calmag / Power Si and they blew up over night lol B: Is a shot of the node growth NOTE: I ALWAYS DEFOLIATE EVEN IF I FORGET TO MENTION IT. Exciting week the plants are all out of germination and into their veg growth stage. This means we get to begin the exciting work of building our soil. When the plants veg growth reaches the tips of the pots, this indicates the roots also have and your plant is then ready for more room. We have a fantastic grow shop in town that is great about soil classes and teaching you some great essentials. We plan on utilizing this resource and will keep you updated with the progress of the soil build. Stay tuned for compost tea as well ;) Stopped by the grow shop to get the run down on the soil build. Because building your own soil creates hot soil, it needs to sit for 6-8 weeks. This obviously won't work for our purposes on this grow. After some deliberation we decided to go with a pre built soil that has already sat and composted. We are going to go with Build A Soil because they have done tons of research into their super soils. We want to do a super soil so that we don't have to top dress or add in any nutrients, we want the grow to be as natural as possible. After looking at Build A Soil's options we are leaning toward the L.O.S. OLY Recipe. This recipe uses 33% OLY Mountain fish compost. We want each plant to be able to finish out in the pots that we switch them into from their nursery pots. I recently found a new grow bag that we are going to try out for this next grow. It is a bag so it has a much larger circumference than the grow pots. It also has a lining on the sides of the grow bag so that it doesn't dry out from the sides like normal grow bags. This is our ideal growing situation because we are trying to simulate earth. When a plant is in the ground in the earth it doesn't dry out from the sides, we don't want our plants to either. The bags are very large (15 gal) but we don't want to fill to the top, in case we need to top dress more soil in the future. We use one cubic foot bag of soil per plant per container. This change will happen tomorrow at the turn of the week. Starting week two of Veg growth we will be in the containers that we finish in. This means minimal transplant stress and much less room for human error effecting my medicine.

still seeing bud swelling and pistil growth. no visible fade yet.. vase cutting finally started to fade.... going to taper back to the boost only now going forward and ensure it doesnt dry out.. can see a bit more of its sativa traits in the bud structure now too which is interesting

👉🏽 Day 78 (5/17): Watered for the last time and will harvest on either Day 80 or 81, with 24 hours of darkness the day before harvest. Reduced light intensity to 50% due to emergence of white stigmas. Loving the fade and the whole grow experience with this plant. It's a sticky one, for sure. 👉🏽 Day 81 (5/20): Harvest day! Will be doing a dry trim, so I just removed fan leaves. Now drying in the tent at 75ºF & ≈55% RH. (Will post harvest info/page after drying, since I forgot to weigh her wet.) The buds were very fluffy not very frosty and the effect was mild and the smell was week. When you looking the plants they look like they have a shitload of weed but it's just volume, they have no mass. With so many colas i usually take about 400-450 gramms. All these problems came from the heat and it's not from bad genetics.Unfortunately i don't have photos from the hole harvest because i pretty much forgot about grow diaries and didn't took any.I will upload what is left... I think i am going to give it another shot when temperatures go down as i am very satisfied with the auto version from previous grows . For now i am starting 2 new diaries with an auto dinamex ( i hope :P) and an auto girl scout cookies from fast buds.

She's doing good this week.

The girls had a big week! Started off with transplanting to their 2 gallon pots early in the week. They showed no stress, or signs of slowing down. With the extra room to spread, the girls were clearly loving their transplant home. Temps were steady around 82 degrees, and RH was kept to a reasonable 60% while they were recovering. I also started with a larger nutrient feed, and will be rotating between regular feed, light feed and then plain water now that they can handle more.

This week the weather is better. The buds are getting fat and she is developing well. Terpes are amazing, sweet fruits and fresh mint.

Critical 49 bloom. I washed the plants. I noticed bud rot on two more branches. I cut them back (2cm) as well. I don't know whether to harvest or wait a little longer. I'm afraid I'll lose them all.😓

This is the last week. Every second evening I did an ice water flush. At day 90 she moved from the sunny balcony to the dark basement. I chose and bought a grow tent for me and my wife. So the winter we‘ll be growing our weed for the spring and summer. But actually I love to grow outdoors. Next outdoor season will be only in half a year. For me the arriving of the tent a few days ago gives me the possibility to dry without the smell in the house. Happy legal growing!

Probably transplanted too early as they quickly started to show signs of overwatering such as droopy, dark leaves not long after transplant which I believe may be due to me watering to run off whilst there is no developed root mass to use the nutrient solution.
