Alright, the time is here, I鈥檝e started the harvest but I don鈥檛 want to press the harvest button until I have all my info correct, but I鈥檒l show some photos from my baby, we started a slow 6.0 flush about 2 weeks ago and finishing flush about 4 days ago. She was already fading but I had some problems since I fed her without thinking after having some drinks witch is obviously a very rookie move. But as I鈥檓 still learning it鈥檚 just another oof under the bridge, she was fading and I got some nice looking tricombs and I鈥檓 happy with the smell and size for her life cycle, I鈥檓 aiming for a slow dry and cure but my space is limited in my appointment and grow room so I have a drying tent set up but conditions could be hard to handle since the season change. Cheers. (And yes I didn鈥檛 wanna flush my auto but I figured it was the safest route.)

ZigkGrow is back in the game馃槑 Hello to everyone guys. I hope everyone has been growing epic buds since the day I finished my first diary. My first diary went pretty cool. I enjoyed a lot but knowing myself I knew that I had to learn more about growing cannabis to achieve higher levels and be okay with myself. So Zigk after many hours of researching, smoking and having fun came up to this day with this diary. Hope everything goes well and what I've learned will bear fruit in this grow (literally馃槄) Let's talk a little bit about my setup and the flashy "Automatic-Watering System" to shed some light in the tunnel. I bought a tent 0.40x0.40x1.40cm so we are pretty tight here but I am hoping for a "one and good" plant. I am going to use for lighting the led panel from Spiderfarmer SF-1000, big upgrade compared to the 250w CFL I had back then. I will be using coco coir in a 6lt airpot with high fertigation and a RTW/DTW hydroponic system. I've also got some pretty good meters. HM Digital PH-200 for pH and HM Digital COM-100 for EC. There is also a humidifier and a carbon filter from Airontek with a VKO 105m3/h exhaust fan. So how does the Automatic-Watering System works and how do I achieve high fertigation with that : There is a reservoir (blue box in my case) out of the tent where I keep my nutes mixed with water. Inside the reservoir is an airstone that provides oxygen and a submersible water pump connected to the pipe. The water pump plug is connected to a timer which I set when to run and for how much time. When the pump is on is sending nutes to my plant and I can control the flow of it with a valve. Practically I dont have to water by hand and I can achieve high fertigation which means watering with nutes many times a day. My plan is to water 5 times a day. Now is the time for the big question. Will this work and give me higher and better yields? I am not going to explain the science behind this theory because I want to keep the diary clean and talking about this would need many rows of words. You can search it on internet tho and find many articles. I am not capable of answering with confidence now and we will only be sure by watching the results. So let the time show us and have fun!馃槃

Well been a interesting week to say the least. The one problem plant looked worse than ever so had the experience of a lifetime trying to take that springy net off of the plants ! Don't know who's more traumatised me or the plants ! But got there in the end and did a big flush through the ph was out of ballance at the root zone reading 5.0 /5.1 should of done it a little sooner I suspect. Unsure what caused it as there both of the same res ! But here we are, frosts really starting to build had to supper crop the other more sativa she was looking for taking off through the roof haha! Hopefully that's the end of the drama. These are some tough plants thats for sure and the potential as you can see is huge as I'm only just a begginer in coco and autopots ! See you all next week

I'm making a little contest in my grow room 6 ladies + one which will go outside 2 types of nutrients 3 different strains for each nutrient type 2x gorilla glue by fast buds 2x BlackBerry by fast buds 2x white widow auto by RQS +1 outsider (in a month or smth. It's my first grow ever, waiting for your comments and tips I Want to grow 1 type of each strain with use of green planet nutrients and one with nutrients from RQS just to see if the price of product really corresponds to its quality and is it really worth to pay more and lose so much time for preparing the right solution. there is 3 days of difference between 3 first ladies (2x GG + BlackBerry) and both White widow's and another 1 day to second BlackBerry and another one day for the WW which will go outside. ;) It means the first ladies already had full 5 days of light before the last girl came to tent :)

Plants just won鈥檛 stop growing, seems like I get up everyday and they鈥檙e just exponentially bigger, looking back at the yellow crusted half dead plants I had in earlier weeks they definitely look healthier although I see some nute or light burn on the tops of some leaves. I welcome any advice from growers to help me along the way

There鈥檚 a big variety of budshapes on the Q1 which I really like the dos si dos buds all have the same shape and look big and stacking Unfortunately one of my mates spotted a banana on the Q1 maybe caused by calmag deficiency so on Monday to Tuesday night I decided to harvest her . Trichomes were most milky and with an expected blooming time from 5-6 weeks harvesting her starting of week 5 hurts a little but should be fine . Dos si dos now solo in the tent with no bananas or seeds spotted yet

Humidty Around 52% and temp around 20c lights on 75% capacity in the middle of week 2. Will be updating in a few days. So temperature shot way up, it got a lot colder outside so my heating started to work overtime and because the thermometer is in my livingroom, it got prettty hot in the growing room. It peaked at 30 and after i adjusted a few things it has now stabilized at 27 degrees celcius. Humidity went way down (-40%) so i turned on the humidifier and it's now back to aaround 55% Despite that te plants are looking good and the lights are now at 100%.Most plants are looking good, only the one in the front left of the tent is looking weird. It isn't growing it's main shoot, instead it looks like it is developing more of the side shoots. Will keep an eye on it the next few of days. I also sealed the room from light and adjusted the exhaust pipe for better air circulation.

[ Information ] For information on this grow, including strain and room details, please see week 1 of veg. [ Updates ] Day 16 - I either went one day too long between watering or let them grow too close to the lights, but they're a bit wilty today and a few small signs of light burn on the canopy. I fed today, 100gal mixture, 10-15% runoff total. Also foliared before lights off with a mixture of Humic/Fulvic, Kelp, Silica, and Calmag (1tsp ea p/gal). Lights have been raised to 18 inches off canopy and reduced to 50% power (was at 60%, 6-8 inches from canopy). Assuming they perk up overnight I will raise the light power back up. C02 has been increased to 900ppm on average. I was thinking about topping but both canopies are full and I'd like to flip soon, I'll probably just remove some large fan leaves when they're perked back up. I'll wait to lollipop until a couple days before flip, and I'll wait to put a net in until after flip. I usually veg into a net and build a canopy, however this time I'd like to see what happens if I only use the net for emergency canopy control and bud support. Day 19 - Watered, 800ppm at 6.8ph. 1.3~ gallons per plant. Silica (.5 tsp/gal), Cal-Mag (1 tsp/gal), FF Grow Big (1 tsp/gal), FF Big Bloom (1.5 tsp/gal), and Kelp (.5 tsp/gal). Went heavier on the calmag and nitrogen. Looks like 3 days between watering is the sweet spot again for these 5 gallon pots. Lights are still at 50%. C02 increased to 1000ppm average, this seems to have made a positive impact on the shock the plants had from seemingly being light stressed. Growth is back to normal, at least an inch a day and the canopies are ready to flip. Selectively topped everything that was higher than the general canopy today. Day 20+21 - Lollipopped! Took me two days instead of one this time but I love how they look. I removed everything from the lower 50% of the plant, most growth nodes that aren't at canopy level, and select fan leaves at canopy level that were light blocking. Moved a few pots slightly to help fill in any holes within the canopy. Reduced lights on period to 15 hours on for day 21, will switch to 12 hours tonight to begin flowering. Began brewing a AACT (compost tea) to feed with at beginning of flower.
