Hi Growmies, Here we are at week 11, and our botanical star continues to astound with her growth. The stretching phase has persisted throughout the week, each day adding a bit more to her stature. It's as if she's reaching for her personal best, and I'm here to cheer her on every step of the way. As the buds begin their own stretch along the colas, it's time to introduce Green Sensations into her diet. This should give her the extra boost she needs for this critical phase of development. Her thirst is growing, a sign of her expanding needs and vigorous metabolism. It's a balancing act to match her hydration requirements, but one that's deeply rewarding. I can't emphasize enough how smooth and stress-free this experience has been. There's a certain peace that comes with tending to a plant that asks so little yet gives so much. If the yield is anywhere near my usual harvests, I might seriously consider making a permanent switch to soil and the Plagron lineup. It's exciting to ponder the potential of a new cultivation method. This journey has been one of simplicity and satisfaction. previously, all my seedlings have almost stretched. this time i put the cm led lights 2 inches away from the seedling, and it seems to have induced self-fimming and divided into 5 or more branches. despite looking at many timelapse videos of germinating seedlings, i have not seen behavior similar to that of my little girl. besides that, it was a pretty uneventful week. i mixed and changed nutrients once testing the doser - still feeding at 1ec, pH 5.9. I had one leak, i think the hpa nozzle was shooting water from the side as i was not sitting correctly on the grommet - i must figure a way around this. i did not build the garden master controller yet with high-pressure sensors, hopefully soon.

Gorilla Glue has done 1 week at a 12/12 light schedule. She should start stretching a lot this week. I did some training today. I trimmed up bottom more, along with defoliation in canopy. The trimmings have a strong smell. Good sign at this point. I have not increased the light strength since last week on the Spider Farmer G3000 light. It is running at 50 percent right now. Everything is looking good and I will upload my weekly video here once I get it done for you tube. Bonjour à tous les padawans et les maîtres jedis La semaine 4 est déjà là! Décidément cette plante est vraiment exceptionnelle! Elle représente la force et j'en suis fier 😍 Je me donne pour defi que durant mon LST je fasse faire au tronc un tour sur lui meme. Ma plante est saine le LST ce passe relativement bien je l'ajuste tout les jour je le combine avec la technique du pincage d'Apex cela me permettra d'avoir une canopé plus homogène donc une meilleure pénétration lumineuse et par conséquent un meilleur rendement. Le pinçage est une pratique courante en horticulture. Beaucoup de cultivateurs l'utilisent pour améliorer le rendement de leurs plantations cannabiques ou autres. Il est souvent question de 'taille' des bourgeons apicaux. Cette taille se pratique également mais il n'est plus alors, à proprement parler, question de pinçage. A l'instar d'une taille, le pinçage va permettre de stimuler le développement des ramifications tout en préservant les sommités en vue de la floraison. Il est très utile pour uniformiser une canopée. Pour réaliser le pinçage, il vous suffit de presser 'fermement' la tige [entre le pouce et l'index] aux environs de l'apex jusqu'à sentir un léger 'crAck'. Cela aura pour résultat d'endommager les vaisseaux impliqués dans la circulation de la sève [situés dans le pourtour de la tige], la tige conserve toutefois une certaine rigidité. Pour obtenir le même résultat, il est également possible de vriller légèrement la tige sur elle-même. L'interruption du circuit d'alimentation entre le ou les apex et le reste du plant va provoquer un déséquilibre hormonal qui aura pour conséquence le développement des ramifications antérieures au point de pinçage. Jour 25 j'arrose mon pot normalement avec un quart de son volume en eau toujours avec un PH de 6.3 à cette eau j'ajoute 0.7 gramme de greenhouse feeding enhancer pour favoriser son développement racinaire. Par la suite je n'aurai plus qu'à ajuster mon LST jusqu'au stretch et surveiller mon arrosage, Je pincerai mes apex suivant la pousse de la plante pour uniformiser la canopé. Jour 26 à force de patience et de délicatesse j'ai réussi le défi que je me suis fixé en faisant faire au tronc un tour sur lui meme (photo jour 26) ce défi ma permis d'améliorer grandement la technique du LST. Au-delà de ça cela ma permis de donné au tronc une structure en forme de colonne vertébrale ce qui a pour conséquence une meilleure pénétration lumineuse et une belle canopé homogène. On day 10, I transferred the buds to the HerbDryer since I needed to free up space in the drying cabinet for two other plants. When I made the switch, I did a light trim, and I finished the final trim when I placed them in jars for curing. As for the smell, it’s definitely strong and noticeable. You can clearly pick up berry and herbal aromas. After curing, the smoke quality and smell will improved . In terms of yield, it was a bit below expectations—only 36g dry. The top buds have good density, but the lower buds are quite airy and loose. That being said, I wasn’t expecting a big yield anyway, especially since it only had 12 hours of light during flowering. When you open the bag, the aroma spreads quickly, and it's easy to tell that you've been handling it. After smoking, your room will smell great, but not overwhelmingly so—it fades after a little while, hahaha! Overall, I’m satisfied for now… Now it’s just a matter of waiting for a better cure to enjoy it at its fullest! 🔥🌿

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

Everything looks good, and the flowers are becoming increasingly dense. A slight potassium deficiency is starting to appear.

This weeks update! Grow tent- so I had a buddy do my res change I talked him through the whole process couldn’t make it to the grow this week. Number and everything where perfect but!. He didn’t close the valve all the way to the blue dream res tank and left the drain pump on🤦‍♂️🏾. So when I got there this week leaves where curling and brown thought it might be a nutrient issue. Opened the res to check it. And there was only about a gallon of water in there out of the usual seven. No major harm I was planning on doing my last defoliation to her this week anyway. But that could have been bad. They are both receiving half strength nutes of the ripening mix GH recommends. Would have been a perfect week if not for that. No harm no foul tho. But def bout to start pushing them on the flower nutes and get back up to my 1000 ppm range buy adding extra bloom formula! #Staykited

Looks like there are no issues with this ladie she was planted on August 3rd and looks like she's developing perfect, let's see how she performs.

Pink kush has been flowering the quickest, she’s growing well and her new leaves don’t show any sign on the claw so good thing I backed off of that two weeks ago. Her preflowers are turning purple and sometimes it almost looks as if she’s bleeding pink blood. I’m giving her big bud already as she started flowering a solid week before the others. Only giving a little lst and defoliation lately. Canna cheese just keeps stretching, I can’t complain because I let her go. I just hope she won’t overgrow her space. She has a nice thick stem and drinks plenty. Only a little lst and defoliation lately. Alien berries so far is the smallest of the bunch, although she’s the slowest to flower, I gave her one more dose of grow nutes before committing to bloom nutes for her. She keeps stretching and gets awfully bushy. Some light Defoliation and little lst. Strawberry Skywalker has a nice fat stem for its size, she’s short but wide and is throwing out some insane preflowers. She gets very bushy so I defoliate and lst her. In the next few feeds I’ll add big bud to the rest of them.

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!
