Week 9 commence flushing. This lady is looking great, super frosty, sticky and got a sweet aroma. Removed some dying leaves and now we wait for chop in about 6-7 days.

This strain took really well to LST and didn’t seem fazed by the training at all. She did become a really heavy drinker about two weeks or so into flower and she definitely seemed to want more nutes than usual. I believe I’ve got two more seeds so will be running this one again if the smoke is worth it.

Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens when you apply topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants start flowering at about the 5th intenod, you need to anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good side branches, you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very nice results, especially in warm periods when the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure. So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches. On photoperiodic plants, however, we will do topping repeatedly, which is not recommended with autoflowering plants so as not to lengthen the times of plants born to finish in 10 weeks. Nutrients remain the same and will so now until the ripening stage. I don’t really know exactly when she will be ready, I assume she has another 5 weeks in her or so. Only the trichomes will tell 😊 Buds are starting to bulk nicely now and from the photo lapse it’s evident that some of the colas are starting to lean. Girl at the front is still rather ugly and the bud formation on her is not uniform like the rest. Just goes to show how different each seed can be even when growing the same pheno in the same conditions. I think they’re due a complete water change out tomorrow for the first time since the flowers started to form around F14. The PH is starting to swing over the course of 1-2 days which is usually the signal I pay attention to and force myself to stop being lazy 😊

3/11 Week 11 a day early due to visitors day 28 of Flower Her buds building and coning as any proud female would like. No signs of any deficiencies and the tips are ok so leaving all nuets as is. Halfway to projected harvest date according to Fast Buds, we believe them. Having some humidity issues due to our funky weather. Humidity running higher than is safe on lights out , 60-70%, so installed one small dehumidifier but getting a larger one today to add to it. That is pretty much it, hope for better pics later! June 11: First week exposed to the full elements. Plants took a beating from the wind but othwise look strong and healthy albeit a bit small. No rain this past week, but soil moisture at 10cm is decent. Preflowers are showing already.

Harvest was completed after a full flowering cycle, cutting the plant at peak maturity. Buds were dense, resinous, and already showing a strong terpene expression at chop. Drying was carried out slowly and in a controlled environment, prioritizing terpene preservation and overall quality over speed. Low temperatures and moderate relative humidity were used, starting with whole branches and then adapting the process based on bud size and density. Due to the density of the flowers, internal moisture migration required close monitoring during the first days. Drying conditions were adjusted when necessary to avoid overdrying the outer layers while allowing moisture to escape evenly from the core. By the end of the drying phase, buds felt dry on the outside while remaining slightly elastic inside. Resin production was very noticeable, with buds staying extremely sticky and aromas already opening up. No signs of mold or off-smells were detected, only clean and expressive genetics coming through. The buds have now entered the curing phase, where the final aroma and flavor profile will fully develop. A final update will follow after 2–3 weeks of curing.
