Let’s see , humidity is an issue . It’s higher than I’d like it to be . I added drip pans & two different miniature forms of dehumidifiers one electronic and the other passive . I need recommendations on affordable dehumidifiers before I run into mold issues . After breaking the apical dominance there was one or two issues but it gave me all the more admiration for the genetics to take a beating and still remain unbothered & WHOLE . A main top was bound too tightly & broke in half trying to pull itself back up . It remained broken and unnoticed for atleast 3 days before I saw the damage and taped it . She is now almost fully scarred over & healed . Vertical growth was decent this week I wouldn’t describe it as fast or explosive. Still watering to activate the dry amendments I can tell they haven’t began taking it up quite yet. Holy shit do they stink when not premixed into the soil before planting ! Just monitoring & trying to get as much dense continuous resin packed bud stacked up in there .

Last week of the vegetation stage for the ladies. I added some urb to the nutrient mix and gave the plants two measuring spoons each of the bat guano as a top dress on 17/01/21. I defoliated the plants and flipped the switch to 12/12 on 17/01/21.

17.05. I don't have anything special to say, of course the weather is terrible... it's 6-7 at night, 15-16 during the day, so they're inside... the temperature inside is 20-21 during the day, at night from 15 to 17 when it's this cold... the plants were exactly 3 weeks old yesterday, today they entered the fourth week and most likely they will wait inside for the fifth week as well because the weather is terrible and there is no point in transplanting yet. Another week in the books, one maybe 2 more to go, if the weather holds and humidity doesn't go crazy. Since grow diaries doesn't support more than 32 weeks, it's a bit of a pain to track the rest of this grow. Still I will post updates.

Hey guys back with the update, everything is going smooth the buds are forming very well. They're all golfball size. Just ordered a microscope so I follow up the trichome development. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. As every one says, less is more with nutrients! I think I got a bit excited as it was my first grow. Already leaves my lesson and my outdoor photoperiod girls are looking great ! Check out the diary:) can’t fault it really. Minimal effort and minimal cash spent! Got just under half an ounce of product and bearing in mind I had to throw some of the buds away due to bud rot! I think another week of flush would have been great for them to!

Overall tougher strain to grow but a delight once finished. Found myself doing work around the house or jamming to music more often than not after smoking this strain. Tasted earthy with a hint of mint.

Second week of vegetation they are going very well and lets see how it goes

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns.
