Let the girls recover, did some heavy defoilatation and put my scrog netting in. I did cut 4 clones from each plant, I did notice some differences in their growth but only during flower or at harvest will I really be able to see if the two seeds have similar traits. Fed nutrients at 70% strength and I stopped giving flora micro. Tent is filling in nicely , going to wait another week or two before flipping to flower, I still see empty space in in the two corners so I want to fill it our first. I just bought some liquid koolbloom and floracious specifically to add during flower phase. Thinking of switching to hydro from soil, my and my girl are running our first dwc and it's taking off so fast vs soil.

February 16, 2021 (Week 6, Day 43): Very nice canopies beginning to develop now. Growth sites are apparent and growing vertically. Had to slow Unknown 1 down just a little bit because it's outgrowing the other plants; brought branches down level with other canopies. I watered today with 4 liters per plant + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus at 5.6 pH. Runoff sitting at a perfect 6.5pH and 900ppm. Loosened all remaining LST ties to promote upward growth. It's officially wall-to-wall leaves in here now. I hope there's lots of great growth this week so we can switch to flower soon! Happy growing! 👻 February 17, 2021 (Week 6, Day 44): Saw between .5-.75" vertical growth over the last 24-hours. Canopy is coming along nicely. Everything is growing very evenly - I only had to adjust one branch to keep it in-line with the others. Hopefully they'll continue to grow even with each other. Medium is still very moist after watering yesterday. Gelato 1 seems to be drinking a bit more than the others, but I'll keep watering on the same schedule to promote adequate drying of the root-zone. Averaging 55% rH and 77℉. No other news today. February 18, 2021 (Week 6, Day 45): Another half inch of growth overnight. These ladies are trucking along and flowering is just around the corner. With this growth I'll definitely be switching to flower on day 50. Medium is still moist, lightly tilled topsoil. LST is holding down the main branches well while allowing a bit of stretch. Hopefully this progress keeps up! Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. February 19, 2021 (Week 6, Day 46): Growth on growth on growth. Plants tacked on between .75-1" of new growth overnight. Soil was bone dry this morning and pots were super light. Watered with 4l per plant + 3.5ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus @ 5.8 pH. Runoff sitting at 6.6 pH. The plants are starting to drink a lot and I barely got any runoff. I will add a quarter teaspoon of my Humboldt Nutrients Big Up flower powder to kick-start the plants and switch them to flower. I took four fan leaves off Unknown 1 as they weren't getting any light. Took all remaining LST ties off of Unknown 2 as it is lagging behind the others (as usual). Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. February 20, 2021 (Week 6, Day 47): Manifolding is coming along nicely. Defoliated bottom-most node on each growth stem on each plant. Soil is only moist after watering yesterday - these plants are getting thirsty as hell. Tilled half inch of top soil. Everything looks great today. The anticipation to switch to flower in a few days is killing me! Happy Saturday everyone! Averaging 55% rH and 75℉. February 21, 2021 (Week 6, Day 48): Another inch of growth overnight. We are up to 12" in total height now. Was aiming for about ~16", but since this is my first grow I am not trying to be exact, I just want to make sure these things fit in my tent after the flowering stretch. Everything is looking great for the switch in two days. Soil is slightly moist - tilled top half inch of soil. Adjusted a couple of branches on Unknown 1 to keep growth level. Plants are looking perfectly healthy! Gelato 1 is spitting out pistils and pre-flowers like she just can't wait to start. Smelling really creamy and sweet. Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. Nothing else for today. 😺 February 22, 2021 (Week 6, Day 49): It's the last day of veg! Plants will sleep at 8:00pm and wake up at 8:00am from now until harvest. Medium is quite dry but I will water tomorrow morning with my first batch of flowering nutrients. I'll use Advanced Nutrients Big Bud and Botanicare Sweet Raw for the first 4-5 weeks, and then I'll switch over to Humboldt Nutrients Big Up flower powder for the last several weeks to finish it off. I'll feed just a tiny bit of the finisher tomorrow to give the plants a potassium/phosphorus boost to induce flowering. Really excited for the next step in this process! Now I am trying to finish up my plan for drying and curing so I don't ruin all this work in the last week! Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. Stay tuned - the fun is just beginning! 👻

ESTA SEMANA REALICÉ UN ORDEN EN LA CARPA PARA UNA MAYOR PENETRACIÓN LUMÍNICA

Es war keine sonderlich clevere Idee von mir die Düngegaben der Fruit Bomb P unch für zwei Tage auszusetzen um zu sehen, wie sie reagiert. Es hat ihr nicht gut getan, die Blätter sind heller geworden und das Höhenwachstum dieser Woche hat insgesamt nur 5 cm betragen. Das sagt mir, dass der Dünger im Topf aufgebraucht ist sie von num an auf die Flüssigdüngung oder eine anderen externe Düngung angewiesen ist. Die heutige erstmalige Düngung mit Komposttee wird sie hoffentlich wieder stärken und Kraft zum Wachsen geben. Dem Komposttee wurde Wurmkompost, BioBizz PreMix, Wuxal Calcium Dünger, Seetangextrakt und Vinasse hinzugefügt. Das ganze in einem 20l. Eimer mir Sauerstoff angereichert und nach 22 Stunden wurden heute Morgen zum ersten Mal alle Pflanzen 1:9 verdünnt damit gegossen. Der Komposttee roch erdig, etwas rauchig, ganz leicht säuerlich und war auch etwas milchig geworden und nicht nur eine dunkle Brühe. Mineralstoffmangel sollte somit ausgeschlossen sein. Diese Prozedor wird von jetzt an wöchentlich stattfinden. Da die großen Töpfe 72 L. fassen sollten die Mikroben eine Zeilt lang darin überleben können, bis zur Auffrischung in sieben Tagen. Die anderen Tage wird weiter mit Vinasse und Bittersalz gedüngt. Ich hoffe, dass es zu keiner Überdüngung kommt. Wuxal Calcium ist neu hinzugekommen, da ich mir nicht sicher bin ob der Komposttee genug Calcium enthält. Ich wünsche euch eine schöne Grow-Woche!

Day 21: First topping. Happy to removed the light-stressed part of the plant from the equation if only for cosmetic reasons. I waited for 5 nodes before the topping. Day 22: Godammit, the light failed again. Turned it off and waited for it to cool down. Turned it back on and it worked. Lost 1 hour of light. Day 23: Because of previous light stress and canopy temperature, I felt that 35cm is a good distance for the light. Day 25: First LST on the new growth tips. Started the mainline. Day 26: Again the light is failing to come on. I rewired once again, cursing my very existence, and it worked again. Again lost an hour of light in the morning. Continued refining the LST, and seeing how far I can push it. Noticed a slight tear at the base of one of the mains. Since the plant energy is coming from below and there is no noticeable affect on growth I'm going to ignore it. Checked the roots - look healthy. Though the new growth tips are not completely symmetrical, those leaves look good enough to eat. Trimmed the excess fan leaves. Topped up with a small amount of nutrients. Day 27: light didn't come on again. I rewired again, but this time it was stone cold refusing to do anything. Again I cursed my existence and all of life. Returned to grow store, turns out bulb was defective after all. Again lost 4 hours of light. But at least now I know the problem is solved. Rene at the grow store is a champ though, very helpful guy. The new bulb is noticeably brighter also. Maybe this was affecting growth? Also once this issue was fixed, I noticed some small amount of nutrient burn on the leaves tips. Rebalanced nutrients. Was 1.9 mS/m lowered to 1.65 mS/m, then to 1.48 mS/m. Must be more careful in future when upping the dosage but the water conductivity is now less than before (1.55 mS/m) so this should be ok. Also lowered pH of water slightly since it was 6.0. It's currently showing 5.2 but experience has taught me that this measurement will comfortably go back up to 5.7. water pH is seemingly constantly rising as the plant grows, and adjusting pH is really more art than science. (Edit: It was 5.7 the next morning, so ya ... )

Starting week one. FBT2402 is going well. She spung a long tap root very early. This is the first time I used Xpert Nutrients. She is under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 320 watts. So soon I am going to have to start making some decisions I think on how to care for this. The nutrients in the soil FoxFarms Happy Frog will likely run out in a week maybe? Again this is exactly 3 weeks from planting. So it should probably be week 3, I don’t know how to count. The site wasn’t letting me start with week 1 had to do germination and couldn’t save germ without a picture. I will try to see if I can fix this and shift them all 1 week forward. Again I am a rookie here and will do some reading up on all this when I have time but here are the things I don’t know that am starting to think about. #1. When to start feeding nutrients. I got a General Organics Growbox probably 6 months ago have kept it in my closet in room temperature. When do I start using it? Is it even still good? #2. Transplantation. This plant is growing so quick, I know this pot is too small. So I need to figure out how and when to transplant it and into what size container. This is a small tent 2x2x4. So I can only raise the light so high. And I don’t want to kill it during transplantation. #3. Training, when to start low stress training and exactly how to go about that. Need a plan for this. #4. Topping. When to top it, should I top it. Should I use a different strategy. Need a plan. #5. Humidity. I think I have a solution for this. I know what the humidity needs to be. I bought a humidifier but I did not buy a humidity controller may need one of those or just pay attention to it. #6. What am I missing? I feel like I’m forgetting something. Overall I think it’s going pretty well so far. Plant is growing fast and healthy though I suspect up until now is the easy part. Es ist geschafft. Nach fast acht Wochen wurde geerntet. Trotz großer Probleme in der Blüte, bin ich absolut überrascht. Das sich so tolle Buds unter den endlosen Blättern versteckt haben, hätte ich nicht erwartet. Steinhart, harzig und echt wenig Popcorn. ich habe wohl noch nie so lange an einer Pflanze gesessen. Das Blätter - Blüteverhältis hatte leider nicht so ganz gepasst, aber egal. Um so besser, dass es nun erledigt ist. Der Geruch wurde gegen Ende der Blüte glücklicherweise graslastiger. Jetzt trocknet alles im Keller bei 18 Grad und 60% rlf. Das war auch mein erster Photorun mit Living Soil. Die Probleme in der frühen und mittleren Blüte möchte ich nicht darauf schieben. Die Pflanze wurde echt noch super zum Schluss.

Been an ok week...the plant on the right is still struggling, the clones I took off her last month have grown some and are now exhibiting the same leaf mutation and strange yellow patterns. These clones are in a completely different growing media and on a different regiment and I think they're going to be the same as their mother..idk if this is viral or simply genetic but It's been a battle...plant on the left is beautiful as ever, I'm thankful, without her we'd probably run out of bud before the next harvest in 4 weeks..

This is the gift that keeps on giving. 14 weeks and I'm not sure whether to take her to the guillotine.

D23 Looks like the calcium deficiency affected the growth on #2 a bit as it is a little behind #1 D24 I cut off the infected fan leaves on #2 also it's looking really yellow D28 #1 really thriving compared to #2. Going forward I will be posting pictures of #1 only Made a newbie mistake and fed my girls without checking the ph level.... hopefully no major side effects pop up
