Skywalker one and another Skywalker have stretched quite a bit in last week. About an inch and a half a day. I have a better light on order so hopefully it will prevent stretching in the future. Every day I move the fan leaves around to expose the buds that are growing. It should be an interesting crop in a few weeks Dec 9: S1 stretched to 24 inches. I will try to increase all the 2.5 of bloom (gave this to Pot 3 with S2 which is stretching about 2 days after S1)

Coming in at almost a quarter POUND for one plant just makes me grin from ear to ear. Im so extremely happy with how ive been taking care of them. It seems that proper and methodical defoliation is the key to massive yields. Cutting fan leaves which block out a significant portion of the available light to the lower and developing bud sites proved to be a great choice. The plants look a little 'skinny' after defoliation, but the newly exposed bud sites explode into the canopy. Im just so very happy with how everything went. Haven't smoked yet its curing now, will update in two weeks!

12/8 - Today is the start of week 10. I actually changed the nutes on this girl yesterday (12/7) because I had some extra time. I tapered her down to 60% strength (down from 75% during the previous week) due to some pH drifting issues. I removed a few errant leaves, but for the most part haven't messed with her much over the last week. She is starting to pack on the trichomes and hopefully will be bulking up over the next week or two before ripening. Thanks for stopping by the garden, and, as always, Happy Growing!

Left and right have both been topped for the second time on D31. Increased the EC and the plants seem to be growing very well! Have started to train the plant in the middle out, the other two I am not going to train until D33.

As I have already written, clean the lenses and keep the lighting department efficient, and you will have excellent yields ... The plant was a bit long but the sativa component gave the direction the peaks were a bit like popcorn due to the error described above ... dirty lenses. it's not a plant that sucks fertilizers ... he likes them but don't overdo it

On week 8 i just gave these girls a water feed because i been dealing with ph problems so i ph my water at 5.0 - 5.4 for about week and a half to try and bring the levels downs so far its been working the ph reading today was round 7 -6.9 so happy now we can move forward. Did a lil Lst today to get the new site growing taller. So happy growing and cheers

Setup has begun! Teeny tiny bonsai hydro is goin' down here. Comparing Mephisto autos in soil hybrid and hydro (DWC). I'm running a 1.9L mason jar with a 3" net pot that fits perfectly under the lid. Found a tiny air feed and bubbler perfect for this setup. Spray painted the mason jar purple... but in a garage near freezing so the paint job was kinda crap. Might paint over it with gloss white or black. Planning to use General Hydroponics 3 part, with Hydroguard for the fact that room temp is often high enough to worry about. Fun will be had. 8 tight little colas is the idea. Really hoping the bright Pink of the genetics will come through!

12/8 - Here we are at the beginning of week 10. Her buds are starting to frost up and she is definitely bulking up more than her sister, but her sister has a longer projected flowering time-frame (Heavy Sativa vs Indica). Anyways, did some minor pruning for airflow optimization and to remove some unhappy leaves from her undergrowth. They weren't yellow, but they weren't getting enough light and it was showing. Haven't done much to her this week other than top her off with Tap every other day. Seems like her feed from last week was on point as her pH and EC were solid as the water level lowered. After her first top-off, her EC started to fall as she ate more (reflected in the lower ec in the res after topping off with tap). Tapered her down to 80% strength as she is moving further along in flower and should hopefully finish sooner than her sister. If she needs a bump in her EC, I may top off with full strength nutes, but I'm going to just wait and see how she responds. Breeder's timeline reflects a ~65 day seed-to-harvest, but I can assure anyone out there growing this strain in DWC that she will not be ready in that time-frame. Currently she is sitting on day 67 and still looks like she has another 2 weeks or more. I grew her in soil before and she was ready pretty darn close to her expected time-frame (~70 days), but this strain responds to DWC differently. She didn't have slow growth or anything; just seems like she will veg longer in hydro than in soil. Not sure why. Thanks for stopping by the garden, and, as always, Happy Growing!

The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #1 All seeds have germinated in 48 hours after soaking in water. The germ has grown in wet cotton for 24 hours and has grown 1 cm long. All the seedlings popped out from the soil the 02/12/19 after 48 hours in the cups. Making the germination ratio at 100%. I was a bit worried to use the Mars-Hydro SP250 on seedlings, but at 75cm following manufacturer recommendations everything looks perfect. Environment is under control, light, humidity, temperature, and airflow. Seedlings are not going looney and stretching for the light . Using only pH’d water with some RootBooster at this stage to enhance roots development. (I’m looking for a job in the cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Adjusted the light distance to 55cm again it was toooo close about 32cm. 10/12/2019 - Decided to go back and check the basics, removed led strip to give a proper 'night' time, changing light cycle to 20/4h no more 'exotic' 22/2h, re-checked the light distance every 2 to 3 days to ensure 60-45cm and I can tell all ready she is loving it. Also added home made Co2 made with 1 tsp of yeast, 3/4 tsp of sugar 700ml of warm water in a 1l bottle with a tiny pin hole on the cap. 11/12/2019 - Fed her 1.5l of 6.5PH water with 0,5ml of each Grow, Bloom, Max and Alga-mic, and 1ml of each Heaven and Vera,noticed about 10% run off. 12/12/2019 - 8 weeks have passed and no flowers I guess I'm flipping to 1212h to see if she reacts.

Fin de la semana 5, entrando a la semana 6, fue increíble la forma en que crecieron estas señoritas, sin duda haber renovado la bomba de CO2, por una nueva, completamente hecha a mano y casera (1,5 litros de agua tibia, 500 gr. de azúcar blanca granulada y 15 gr. de levadura fresca, en una botella de refresco, con un hoyo en la tapa), hizo que la fotosíntesis fuese mas apresurada, ideal para las plantas de tipo autoflorecientes, el volumen de crecimiento fue aproximadamente de un 45% y logro que ya empezaran a aparecer los primeros pistilos, estoy muy emocionado como han respondido todos los componentes agregados en este cultivo, desde el sustrato de Canna Terra Proffesional, hasta los nutrientes Top Crop, ademas de mencionar a las semillas Fast Buds y las semillas a granel de Bocanda Growshop en Temuco, Chile. Una vez dicho eso, las plantas entraron al quirófano para hacerles su única defoliación pesada entrando establemente en floración, para ello, elimine las hojas más grandes y los micro-tallos que no alcanzaron a entrar en flora esta semana, dejando a los más aptos y fuertes, para su engorde con nutrientes orgánicos (Top Bud y Top Candy). Having said that, the plants entered the operating room to make them their only heavy defoliation stably entering flowering, for this, eliminate the largest leaves and the micro-stems that did not reach to enter flora this week, leaving the fittest and strong, for fattening with organic nutrients (Top Bud and Top Candy). Okay I like this strain if I get an indica pheno buds are solid and frosty dank sticky smell like chocolate earthy pungent very colourful buds buds swell alot on the indica pheno and Day 77 from seed plant 3 harvest she cant support herself this pheno reminds me of blue cheese very pungent when handled small but rock hard buds keep you updated on smoke report after cure plus the other 2 plants 👍 Plant 1 harvested on 11th December 81 day from seed will update with pictures
