So she was chopped (wet trimmed) yesterday (F74) and is now hanging up to dry at 55% RH and temps between 15 and 18ºc. I made fresh frozen dry ice hash today using a 160 micron bubble bag, a flat surface, 8kg of dry ice and a couple 5 gal buckets. I already have the weights for that, which far exceeded my expectations. Those figures I will post once she is dried and in 1 quart screw top glass jars. People suppose dry ice hash is inferior quality vs bubble hash. I am not experienced enough to comment on that but must say it is extremely easy to make hash with dry ice, it took 40 mins to process 995g of trim which included sugar leaves, some stems and popcorn buds. I then pressed it into 3.5g briquettes for storage using a pollen press. As you can see from videos, this stuff is all blonde - and after already trying some today with some friends, it knocked our boots off! Will be back in 5-7 days with harvest figures, smoke analysis and other details! Happy growing all! This week we will see the colas and buds really dense up. We are about 2 weeks away from harvest now. Next week I will start my flush.

Today i removed the big bottom leaves and also at the whole plant inside to get a better airflow. Bud producing starts.. Smells already in my tent.. Edit: 1 day after defol she starts to pray very heavy, how cool!!

Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Hey Cannafam, Its been a mixed week here in the UK, the first half was consistant 20c and nice sunny weather but the past few days have been a bit chilly for her down to 16c cloudy, some rain and windy. At the beginning of the week i transplanted into a gallon fabric pot with 2/3 plagron royal mix and 1/3 canna coco, throughout the mix ive used dynomyco and some also in the transplanting hole. Around the pot is copper tape and on the surface wool pelletts, both of these are meant to deter slugs/snails who are the main UK plant enemy and hopefully this will be enough! Although i was really careful when transplanting the soil very quickly crumbled away and i was a bit rough with her by accident. I was worried abput transplant shock but she seems to be ok 🤞 Ive also moved her to her final home which is the disused drained pond that i use every year, the recess keeps them out of sight and it gets the sun for most of the day. Overall she looks happy and the next couple of leaf stages are gettin ready to shoot out 😊 Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

Great week put them on bloom food at around 40% strength, calmag at 25% strength and pk boost at 50% they had 1 feeding of formula at 1litre per plant the bud sights are exposed too light after the defoiliation at around day 29 plant was fed just water with the transition too bloom feed at Day 34 lights are at full spectrum so red light has been introduced at Day 29 . All plants are a nice size 1 still slacking but catching up hear we go full on flower mode :)oh PH in range 6.2-6.5 threw out the 5weeKs grow.

into the 5-gallon bucket with them. looks like they were ready the roots were poking out the bottom holes. let's hope the soil is not too hot for them and they can start eating up all the goodness in the soil. i turned on the other TSL 2000 as well to get the back row. let's see how they respond. this week.
