I switched them to 12/12 four days ago so I’ve let them do their thing for most of the week. Today they were defoliated and any suckers with no chance of making the net were removed. The canopy was getting dense and humid with the large fan leaves the 8 ball produces. I’ll do this again at the end of the 3rd week flowering. All the training has finished now. In the end : 20 g of dried weight but had a really nice high even when I harvested it 2 weeks ago. First grow and one of the best bud I grew in last few months. Learned a lot from this, also started with another plant of the same strain a month ago indoor.

I finally figured out the issue with this one. She absolutely hates the hot weather. The heat causes her to switch to veg, which isn’t awful. She switched back and forth twice now and has stalled in whatever this is. Pros and cons! Pros, she’s added nodes and will now pack up a lot more weight. It’s looking like it’s going to be a monster yeild! Cons, she added 3 weeks into the grow I will not have where I live. Frost will be here every night in about 4-5 weeks. I lined up a spot with an hps light to finish up. It’ll be a scary drive, but im going to make this happen. No way im abandoning hope. Seedsman has proved to me that they have very good genetics. Every plant I’ve grown from them is impressive. Would recommend if you’re on the fence.

Initial cuttings entry for this journal on the to-be-pollinated F2s. We’ll be backing out each plant specimen against some F1 pollen in an effort to trait stabilize the best bud of the lot. Still debating on pushing my luck with just the aero-cloner through the whole shortened cycle. If not I’ll have to cobble together some sort of shallow dwc bin from scratch to accommodate them for the long haul. Pollen as soon as we see prevalent pistils. ***Grow notes: 2 cuts from each plant specimen against- #5 potentially a male. All lookn great and perky post-cutting.
