Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

Maintains moisture with spray bottle and watering less than a 1/4 cup every few days starting 12/18. Cream Cheese with humidity dome germinated but didn’t root, reburied and now have 100% direct sow sprouts.

12/6 Update - seed is germinated and ready to grow! I will post a new weekly update tomorrow! So I had to scrap this plant - it was just growing too slow and it was unfortunately not a health plant. I decided to remove the plant altogether and have started a new seed. Since this plant will be four week behind its neighbor in the tent I will have to modify my approach to training on this one. I typically mainline - mostly just to utilize the space in the best way that I can. This time around I think I will just top it maybe once or twice and then let it recover for two weeks then flip to flower and manage out the lower branches from there. It will be kind of fun to do a side by side with these. The neighbor plant is super healthy and is almost ready for its first topping, I did however go through today and remove all of the growth from the plant (other than topping) so that should slow that one down quite a bit and give this new plant some what of a chance to catch up. Also - check out the worms!!! I pulled out that plant and reached down into the soil just to see what the worm activity was looking like - I pulled out this little ball of freshly hatched worms! Barney's Farm Gorilla Zkittles - Feminized. I'll be growing just one of these plants in this 2x4x5 tent. It will be growing side by side with another plant but I wanted to be able to document them separately. This is my fourth grow using this set up, I'm excited to document the process this time around! It was a rough go for me becuase of the heat out here and i made some mistakes. I shop of taken the light controll and dimmer box out of my tent instead of leaving ontop of the light. The tent got way too hot during the days. I had a air cooler but that only brought down the temp by 10 to 15 degrees. The pine apple chunk was a fighter and stayed strong and ive got some decent nuggs out of it all! Tell next time fam

They finally started stretching a bit. Had me worried that they would be forever stunted.

I didn't record the temps this week. I watered these about 3 gallons per pot per day. It was very cool this week. The high temp was averaging upper 50's F. Low temps were upper 30's lower 40's. Day 4 around 6 a.m. the temperature was 26°F and there was heavy frost on the ground. When I check on the plants about 7 a.m. they didn't have frost on them and were fine. These girls really did well. They didn't require and canopy maintenance. I topped way back and never had to tie up the branches or support in any kind of way. They were exposed to really strong wind that laid other plants over and bent branches that didn't recover. I'd recommend these for outdoors. The powdery mildew was manageable and the only maintenance these required. They did want to eat a lot and my wife was managing this by herself. I think we could have fed more and made bigger colas, but they did well regardless. The smell of these is special. They're very loud and have a watermelon note. 🤤🤤🤤

The two mother plants are being put into flower this weekend and one of their many clones will be selected as the new mother assuming I keep Zkittles in my collection, she’s a bit unruly indoors.

Started a little training, cut down the older fan leaves and topped up. I’m adding a tiny bit of root stimulator cause changed the pot size last week so it will to promote a faster growth. Gotta keep this lady low cause the box is quite small. So excited 😆

Ok so this week went very smoothly, these girls have had their first taste of LST and it went well this week but let me tell you I'm writing this 1 week behind and last 3 days lst wasn't as easy as it should be..... Anyway back to this week. They have had their first taste of nutrients and they loved it ... here's to hoping they carry on being so easy although due to my spoiler you know this isn't the case.... Day 42, everything is chuggin along pretty healthy. Definitely some seeds in most of them which bugs me. The whole tent reeks tho which is nice. Some of the citradellics look like they are gettin pretty close so I'll start keeping an eye on them. I had to take the pics again and was strugglin so they arent my best. I have to go thru them still so I got the video up and tmm or as soon as possible I'll get the still shots up✌️ These 2 might have taken the lead as the best ones. This strain is a frost monster both phenos look good but #3 is swelling up much more than 1 or 2. I'm not sure of 2 has any seeds but 3 looks like it does. 3 smells weird as hell like those taco bell sauce packets the spicy one and it was confirmed by myself another human and another human so I'm not just a psycho I dont think
