We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Rainbow Sherbet has a beautiful package of seeds, colorful that really makes you want to grow it. The genetic conditions are all there and at birth everything went smoothly like hemp oil. If you have placenta problems read below. Sooo it's a new week, super important week, taking clones Saturday morning got my Grodan 1.5 inch cubes washed and soaked in 5.8 Ph water and light feed solution with Cropsalt S/O! Fire nutrients!!! Gunna then plug them with Clonex and set them in the tray will start the next diary for that monday!!! ALSO flipping light schedule to 12/12 on Monday to Flower!!! Also I upped the nutrients as I will be switching to flower and I will continue as directed for 21 days and then introduce flowering nutrients other then that she is steady growing and stretching serious praying leaves up top stay tuned gang! A few of the zed blacks hermed..spreading pollen into the flower tent. Already seeing some seeds develop. It is what it is. I should have done a better job checking on them. I kept the Zed blacks that only had a couple flowers on the bottom but tossed anything that had flowers growing up the majority of the plant. Some of the most famous strains in the world were self pollinated so I don't have issues with a couple male flowers. They're just trying to improve their fitness as nature intended. The plants are doing very well. A few of the bottom leaves are dying which is normal...senecense! Sucking up those nutrients. I've been liquid feeding using the fish, seaweed, humate and recharge. I have saved the males and they are trying to reveg. Still popping out a few flowers which I'm cutting off. 1 rainbow belt. 1 zed black. 3 hash plants The hash plants are smelling incredible. Definitely a few keepers mixed in here. Maybe 3/7. Hopefully the quality of the flower backs it up. Zed blacks have 2/3 I'm interested in. One is very very low yield. Unless its a really high quality plant I'm gonna toss it Rainbow belts are both smelling ridiculous. Super frosty. Good yield. One is slightly more frosted than the other. The zkittles pheno has pure Skittles smell with a little lemon cleaner chem to back it up. Probably my keeper!

Both were growing like absolute champs! I decided to top really early. i follow basementganjas rules, i will only top autos if they grow like champs, trunksize 3mm, 99% healthy, sidenodes have substantial grow, and are between days 12-16. i topped these on day 12, mainly because at the rate they were growing, i feared they were to put too much time and energy into the top nodes i planned on removing. Also, it would be interesting to see how they handled it. AND BOY, handled it, they did! The 600 ml Dosage of water and nutes from Day 6 lasted all the way to Day 11. On Day 11, i added 1 ml/L of Bio Grow from Biobizz and watered both of them with 1 Liter of tapwater, ph'd down to between 6,2 - 6.3. As mentioned, even though the sidenodes were a tad small for my likings, they did not seem to care. see next week for the further progress!

11/27 She’s not getting enough of the light. I’m working on another grow space so she can get more light penetration. Considering I let her stretch so much and not getting adequate light. She’s looking pretty good. Buds are already looking dense.

Heya Growmies, this week was pretty eventful first off, the plant is in flowering in full force and doing really well despite a lot of user error throughout its life! I mentioned last week I was going to do two things, the plants last major defoliation and turn my DWC into a 2 bucket RDWC. I have managed to get around to both, I am always anxious when defoliating, scared of taking off too much but this time I really pushed my comfort zone, let me know what you think. before, in my other grows, I have a lot of larfy buds, I dont want those, I want tight, dense small nuggies, I think one of my bigger problems back then was defoliation amount, I just left too many fan leaves. RDWC.... Let me just say that I have proven to myself this week that I'm not destined to become a plumber, in my first iteration the drain line was too small, causing the pump to overpower it and overflow the plant bucket, I changed out the hose for some 50mm pvc tubing, which worked wonders, for the first few hours I sprung leaks and had to pull my plant out during her dark period to fix it; no bueno. All is well right now though, no leaks and everything is circulating nicely at 500 liters an hour. I could probably get a bigger pump, but its fine, I'm going to stop tempting fate. From here on out honestly, theres not much more for me to do other than go into the garden, pull a fan leave here or there, check flowers for nanners and balls and adjust the water. It's on cruise control now Stay safe out there growmies, keep growing!

So I think this was the 7th week or so but I flipped to flower with a 48 hour dark period around day 53ish. I opened the tent to neon budsites!

All looks good after the slow start i had lst planned, but since the nodes are short i'll keep it this way. first signs of flowering is visible too now, very eager to see how she progresses

Già si può vedere la resina che si inizia a formare sulle cime in alto... La più alta del box anche se, credo non faccia cime giganti, sono molto contento che ha questo colore viola intenso nelle foglie, spero in un fenotipo più violaceo... Last week, first of flowering, was outstanding, I could water the girls regulary and the work paid off they stretched a lot and are looking super healthy. The girl right below the upper fan is suffering a bit with the shadows and is notoriously shorter than her sisters, I will need to rethink the air circulation for the next grow. Another concern of mine is their height, hoping they dont stretch anymore as the lights are already at maximum possible height inside tent and there is only 20cm gap between it and the plants.

Blue Shark is looking fab! Still a darker green than everyone else. There are 2 videos this week, one where I explain how my plan for a tomato roof using materials I already had didn't work out, and the 2nd being about the rogue who grew in my pea bed (whom I affectionately call "Rogue One") who has been raised almost exclusively on my homemade compost. I had people who were concerned last year when I made my own compost tea from the compost in my pile. People were concerned about bacteria, nutrient profile, etc. I feel like a lot of people get really regimented in their feeding, and they sort of forget that these are plants and they can adapt. They take what they need if it's available. I moved away from using mineral salts this year because you have to be careful with so many of these fertilizers so that you don't burn the plant, you have to flush it so you don't get a harsh smoke, mineral salts causing lockout, etc. If you stick with products that are natural you don't really have to worry about nute burn. You don't have to flush for an extended period of time before harvest. You don't have salts building up in the soil that are detrimental that you have to periodically flush and then add beneficial microbes back in. There is another way.

Looks like I have overwatered this one quite badly. I hope that's all it is. Few marks on some leaves as shown in the pics and video so I'll monitor to see if it gets any worse. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.
