Flowering Week 25: Structural Support & Purple Progress Update: 29.08.2025 | Day 17 Hey Growmies, Week 25 brought some clarity – and a little intervention. Remember those yellow leaves up top I mentioned last week? Lower leaves were totally fine, so I knew it wasn’t nitrogen. I posted pics and you guys came through – most of you called it: lack of potassium and phosphorus. So, I did something I rarely do: gave the ladies a mild dose of mineral fertilizer. Mixed a 2L bottle with normal dosage into a 10L watering can filled with rainwater, then split it evenly between both plants. It felt like a small gamble, but sometimes you gotta trust the process – and the community. I didn't want to spend money on organic fertilizers as long as the Tripart bottles are still full from last year. Biggest lesson this year? My compost needs more power. Next season, I’m amping it up with extra horse or pigeon manure to keep those nutrients steady deeper into flower. Strain Check Durban Poison: This girl’s gettin’ heavy. I’m constantly tying branches to my support structure to keep ‘em from snapping. She’s bulking up nicely, and the colors keep deepening into that gorgeous purple she’s becoming known for. The smell? Still pretty moderate – not overpowering yet, which is kinda surprising. Still not seeing much resin on the sugar leaves, but she’s a beauty through and through. Blueberry: She’s still reaching for the sky – definitely wants to be the tallest girl in the garden. Bud sites are becoming more defined now, and she’s slowly starting to form proper buds. Her colors are even more striking than Durban’s, deep and vibrant. Still no real smell to speak of, though. I’m thinking she’ll need until at least the first week of October to fully finish up. Next Steps - Keep a close eye on how they respond to the mild dose of mineral fertilizer - Stay vigilant for pests – especially as buds develop further - Check daily for branches that need extra support and tie them up as needed That’s it for this week, folks. 10/04 - Cumple tres semanas en etapa de crecimiento. Se encuentra perfecta, sus chalas estan impecalbles. Le realice la poda apical y en unos dias voy a realizar LST. Con lo que corte lo clone y lo puse en una maceta pequeña. Voy a dejarla en crecimiento 5 semanas asi se desarrolla bien. Look at how freaking big this plant is. Added cal mag. Added Dr earth flower girl and Dr earth 222. Added some more leaves and branches from lollipopping and defoliation. Earthboxes are dope but this is an absolute monster of a plant for this small of a space. I want to add another and fill my tent with 2 plants like this

Growth slowed a bit after toping and ML technique started. Everything is being trained outward. Waiting on the 4 mains to develop enough nodes before I make more cuts. Watering still at 28oz (6.0~6.5pH) distilled water.

I have been using LST in the form of a fan on medium speed to try and strengthen the main stalk of the plant as well as planter rotation to strengthen the main stalk for tie down LST. So far I've been impressed with the rate of growth and the overall experiment. For what it's worth, the growth wth is very very similar to a hydroponics growth. I'm sure as the experiment continues I'll notice some big differences. It does appear to have either a minor potassium deficiency or a little too much nitrogen. Will monitor and update as needed. The above signs may have been trying to indicate the main stalk was weakening from too much weight from vertical grow rate. This would ultimately lead to a fractured stalk. Is this what happened or is it a fungus or disease problem? Plant C sprouted within 48hrs and will be 6 days behind Plant A. End goal of harvest is still 360g from the two plants combined. Both plants are looking very happy regardless of the toxicity or deficiency. Strong strain nonetheless.

Plants are lookin really healthy. Smell are getting stronger. Switching to bloom cycle next week

2018-04-10 Day 1 I gave the girls water and nutrients yesterday so nothing to drink today. Turned them 90 degrees today, to give my girls as much lightexposure as possible. Hello everyone! 🤗 We have more autos from Ganja farmer seeds started today. 💥🚂 Trainwreck is a classic cannabis strain that owns up to its name and GFS has made an autoflower version. Back in the day I remember this stuff having a beautiful lemon pinesol smell and when smoked it brought a sense of delirious and confusion 😂. I sowed them directly into the coco coir. Day 109 Its time to harvest the Juicy Zkittlez from seedsman 😇😇. I loved doing this project and it was my first try with my training on an autoflower, it was really motivating. A compact and frosty circle of heads, I couldn't have asked for better. So heavy that I had difficulty holding it with one hand for photos. Training : She received my hand manipulation training from the 8th day. I cut the head on day 19 to have my base on a manifold and work more quickly on my 4 main branches. Then I continued my training as much as possible to develop the structure before installing the scrog. I made a summary of photos on week 5 of flowering to see the evolution. Harvest I harvested almost 11 ounce , 10 ounce and 23 g. My training was based on quality and I'm really not disappointed with the minimum amount of nutrients she received. And it wasn't perfect for the first try with my new equipment.

Both plants are doing very well... One of the two plants is a week ahead and the buds are very firm and compact... The smell is sweet and intense. The stem of the plant is quite thin, I hope the buds won't be so heavy...The reason is I only started fertilizing in the flowering phase I will now fertilize my plant for another week before I start rinsing

Plants grew fast. They're ready for going out now but they have to wait 2 more days. I had troubles finding balance between watering and nutrition. I'm waiting for some good soil in two days and I will transplant these girls in their 3g pots outside. I hope they make it two more days in this poor Cocomixture and that they survive a transplant in far richer soil in the sun.

The new developing growth is green so everything seems to be going well. I’m gonna give it another week and then I’ll defoliate. So far so good. having a little trouble reversing the wrath rock, candy icy cuts. but I’m not worried. I have backups of the mothers and I have backups of those backups so I’ll definitely still be able to take another shot after seeing the results from this grow ….

Repotted cookie dough sundae cuttings Tidy up veg tent and and add temp and fan control as plants were a bit neglected and had a slow week , So far they have sprung back into action with the additions and reporting . Root system was nicely developed too
