10 weeks / 70 days old today. Buds are all a bit fatter and a bit frostier this week! They glisten in the light and and are well and truly coated. Noticed a few leaves with brown spots this week and after reading up I decided it could be a calcium deficiency. Gave a cal mag feed and monitored and no more brown spots have appeared. We’re pretty close to the finish line now so not sure I’ve done the right thing or whether I should just let it be. Few more old leaves at the bottom started to yellow so chopped them. Some trichomes are starting to turn milky but majority are still clear. Haven’t bothered with a picture because it’s so hard to get a clear one. Still taking up lots of water and giving 3ml of bloom nutrients in every water. Been reading lots about flushing and I’m not sure whether to do it. Read lots that say if it’s cured properly then there isn’t any difference to the taste. I think half the battle is knowing when to do it. How does a beginner know when you’ve got 2 weeks left?! Been tempted to chop off the popcorn buds and so glad I didn’t. I put some bulbs lower down to give them plenty of light and they’re fattening up pretty well. Bit worried again about the space issue. Lots of new pistils have sprouted and most are around the top buds. Read that it could be foxtailing due to light stress but could also just be buds fattening out and having a last try at pollinating 🤷🏻‍♀️ who knows! Overall another exciting week getting closer to the finish. Booked our summer holiday for August and trying to decide whether to start a new grow when these finish. there’s a risk they might not be done in time but I’m desperate to try again and improve on this one. I have well and truly got the grow bug!!

I love this strain. The color, the size, easy to grow. LSD-25 is just an exciting plant, beautiful purple shows up early, buds are a beautiful dark purple. I would recommend everyone tries it.

Hallo meine Garten Freunde. Ich heiße euch herzlich willkommen zum Ende von diesem Grow, ich bin mit der Qualität der Blüten äußerst zufrieden. Dieser Strain hat mich vollstes überzeugt, ich bin sehr begeistert von der Resistenz gegenüber den Schädlingsbefall oder im allgemeinen. Man kann ruhig ein zwei Tage mit dem Gießen im Verzug sein ohne das dieser Strain dir das gleich Übel nimmt. Diese Sorte ist auch nicht so anfällig für über Gießen oder über und unter Düngung. Ich habe in der Mitte der Blüte ein kleines Problem mit Frassflügler ( Triepse ) gehabt, da für kurze Zeit mein Lüfter ausgefallen ist, den Befall hat sie ohne weiteres weggesteckt, ohne jegliche Anzeichen für Probleme. Die Buds haben sich sehr vielversprechend entwickelt und haben einen süßlich tropischen Geruch im Raum verströmt. Wo drüber ich am meisten gestaunt habe war dass man diesen Strain Trainieren kann egal ob topping oder HST das haben die Damen gut weggesteckt. Das einzige was man beachten sollte wenn man die Pflanzen toppt ist, dass man mit einer längeren Anbau Zeit rechnen muss. Von insgesamt 5 sind 5 Seeds gekeimt, leider habe ich ein Sämling verloren. Ansonsten haben sich alle Pflanzen so entwickelt wie ich es mir gedacht habe. Der Ertrag hätte größer ausfallen können, dann hätte ich aber auch größere Töpfe nehmen müssen, und das konnte ich zu dieser Zeit leider nicht. Die Medusa #1 braucht noch einwenig länger. Also meine Freunde wär eine schnelle Sorte sucht, dem kann ich diesen Strain ans Herz legen. Another smooth week for everyone but the twisted helix. This plant gets the award for the most unhappy plant I have ever grown. The leaves are dying off fast and she isn't looking good. Just trying to keep her alive long enough to make hash out of her. Sugar Cane buds are pretty small compared to the others but she's full of trichomes and still has some time to put on weight. Jack Herer has a super strong lemony aroma. Everyone is still stacking up. Not seeing any swelling yet so we still have some time before they think about finishing up. I put the dehumidifier in the room this week. Hoping to start getting these girls chopped and trimmed in the next few weeks, but have to let them do what they do.

Girls are in pre-flower and going head to head in development. Not expecting them to grow super tall but time will show. Considering to let them grow freely and not installing scrog net. This idea may change in coming days. 2 waterings of 2.5 l on Mar 2+ foliar feeding and second in Mar 7. May take another week before first runoff experience. Continously leaves tucking. Girls are responding perfectly to feeding like also to my LST. This was a wonderful strain to grow. It handled high temps through august with ease and never had any issues with over feeding. I was impressed with how fast the buds developed and ripened. The smell is amazing. Mango and tangerine. The only disappointing thing was I had no red flowers. I’ll definitely grow this again though.

Setting up the garden of my dreams - Scroggernaut 2.0 "either yer scroggin er yer not" Old grow was a 4x4 closet inside a garage. New grow will be a 8x10 room with a 4x8 and 2x4 in 2020, and adding at least another 4x4 in 2021. My son will be learning how to grow this year in a dedicated 2x4 space, soiless mix, hand water. The additional 4x8 will be in a dutch bucket recirculating system (Thanks to GreenMachine for the advice so far, coming for more). All tables will be custom designed and made by me. Genetics will be a mix of Original Sensible Seeds (Bruce Banner #3) In house genetics (Slurricane ix) and some FastBuds testers So far in 5 days I have built the structure, and completed most of the insulating. Wiring before I finish the walls to save some future headaches. Lighting will be 3 x HLG 550 clones over a 4 x 10 foot area. This gives 36 LED watts per sqft, and the PAR rating on these lights is insane. Should be more than enough light. Another week for this SOG of Auto's from our friends fastbuds, at the moment they are doing great, i do notice that some genetics required less food than others (they all got the same amount but some showed signs of N toxicity last weeks) At the moment we noticed the stretch and we needed to put the lamp higher, we are growing with a TS1000 at the moment and things are looking good 😊

The stretch continues...It appears buds are setting and forming up quite nicely. I couldn't take watching the side with the vivosun bulb keep lagging behind more and more from the hortilux side, so I switched the bulb out. And within 3 days the jump in plant size was huge. The aroma is getting slightly stronger by the day. This is the last week with the early bud booster in the system. I have been putting the next weeks nutrient solution in my top off tank to steer the nutrients. It seems to work great!
