Day 5 since time change to 12/12. Hey everyone ☺️. Finally the time has come :-) The lady moved into the flower tent on January 6th, 2021 😁. The day before, of course, a cutting was taken 👍. In the flowering tent, the distance between the plant and the lamp is 40 cm so that she can get used to the strength of the lamp. After 3-5 days I go down to 30 cm. This week it was watered twice with 1 l per plant. GHSC enhancers were added to one wash :-). Flower fertilizer will only be added in 12-16 days as soon as the first blossoms are there :-). Otherwise the tent was completely cleaned and the humidifier refilled. For the next few days I have filled fresh osmosis water in canisters again :-). Next week I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up going into small popcorn buds 😉. Plants have really streached this week but it looks like they have almost gotten to full height (I hope). I'm running out of vertical space, but that's what you get with haze I guess. The outside temperature has significantly increased but 30° was the warmest recorded in the tent. Plants have started to really drink up so now I'm doing 1 watering with nutrients and one with water and CalMag with pH corrected to 6.5. Will probably remove a few more leafs here and there to let some lower areas get more light.

Going well

The plants had been a little root-bound before transplanting them into the bigger pots, this showed in a yellowing of the leaves and a slowed growth. During week 5, now in the bigger pots, the plants are recovering quickly. The start to grow in a nice healthy green color and quickly get bigger in size. Since the light-mix has nutrients in it for appr. 2 weeks, I only add a little BIO NOVA Roots and BN-Zym to my 'FLEXITANK' reservoir. After adding the nutrients I measure the ph-value and see its 6,6. That is too high for cannabis-plant on soil, they cannot take up all nutrients at that ph-level. Therefore I use ph-min from BIO NOVA to decrease the value of the 100 liter nutrient solution in my reservoir to ph=6,0. At this ph-level the plants can take up all nutrients they need for a healthy growth. My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-fixtures are hanging 75 cm above the plants and are tilted inwards by 11 degrees, following the recommendations of the lights manufacturer. The fixtures are dimmed to 60% of power (=1 green light ON on the dimmer) at this stage, so they plants get a nice stretch and grow into bigger plants fast.

Flowering day 74 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. This plant is getting really big it looks lovely through out about to start feeding a little lighter do when the buds come in the smell is beautiful it’s smells gassy & stinky. Week 5 check out my other grows (Jungle Verde, The New) & follow my IG @therealterpio

All the plants are building buds. Gave them a little beastie bloomz. I cut them off the maxigro today since the leaf tips are burning. Other than that everything is going smooth.

Day 1 of week 6: 26th Sept Slow start to this week with an update as my phone is broken. Girls looking good but no pics to show.. Day 2 of week 6: 27th Sept Nutes in as usual! Girls looking good and I think the CalMag is working a treat! 🤞🏼 Day 3 of week 6: 28th Sept Just added some pics and a lil vid today to kick this week off after a slow start! Day 5 of week 6: 30th Sept Nutes in again today and some more defoliation due to yellow leaves not getting enough light.. I was a little worried I hadn’t sorted the CalMag deficiency out properly but the girls are looking much happier now I’ve got rid of those yellow leaves and LST’d them a bit more. 😍 Day 6 of week 6, 1st October: Girls looking much happier since yesterday’s removal of yellow leaves and more LST!! They’ve bounced back so nicely!! Happy days 😊❤️ Day 7 of week 6: 2nd October Girls looking good, nutes in for the last time before switching to flower.. Switching to flower 🌹 during week 7 all being well!! Can’t wait to see some cola action!! ❤️, ✌️ and hair grease!

Hello guys ! new week and an amazing week ! Told you she was working on her buds and now you can see all of them. It's the perfect moment for a small defoliation in order to increase the focus of the buds. You can see the videos Before and After. Day 8-13 of Seedling Just been watching and letting the girls grow since transplanting into the Solos. Pheno #4 has a nice little bunny ear mutation on the first set of fan leaves. Will be interesting to see how she grows. We will soon be going into 1 gal fabric pots.

WEEK#9 DAY#56 :She could use some water . Easy going grow , slow vertical climb multi-lateral branching . I could selectively prune to encourage vertical growth but at this time I think the grow is going fine . I anticipated the plant being larger at this time athough I’ve never grown this strain before to know what to expect I think another 4-6 weeks of VEG will do her nothing but JUSTICE . Still watering to make those dry amendments available . After these 28-31 days we’ll transplant her into her final 6gallon pot . Or atleast I think that will be her final pot I see the benefit of stepping up pot size gradually and honesty think the growth is healthier when done that way I’m just being lazy and don’t feel like up-potting 3 or more times . I just wanna make small adjustments and move on ya know ? Week#9Day#56Update: 2/3 older girls showing signs of flushing, there’s heavy yellowing top of the plant & purple hues beginning to show. The two of them should have 3-4 weeks left & the buds have not even began to swell yet so I’m worried I missed my feeding time after I gave them nute burn beginning of flower so my fear is that my bud won’t swell & I’ve just jacked up my harvest the last half of flower. I’m going to try & get small amounts of nutes in there to help the bud develop without giving too much to mess up the end of flower flush . The final older girl isn’t showing any signs of flush it is the smallest of the 3 & therefore perhaps did not consume as much food as the other 2 girls is all I can think considering all three ladies soil came from the same batch of premixed “soil” they weren’t individually mixed It’s almost time to get these older girls out & get some note-worthy shots of “Cellie” growing All ALONE into this 5x5. Heavy heavy heavy defoliation. Will pony-tail when the fan leaves grow back out Week#9 Day#63 Update: started pony tailing her tops that are large enough to pin back without decapitating/severing the top . The top dress feeding I gave her still hasn’t become plant available yet. She’s still yellowing . I’ll be glad to see her park back up & continuing growing on. I purchased some worm castings I’ll top dress with a few tablespoons before watering her in & see if that perks her up until the Gaia Green is broken down. Shes almost tall enough to come down off that 1gall bucket even before transplant into a 6gal planter like the older girls finishing up .
