This week, I started to notice deficiencies. Struggled to specifically diagnose them and I'm still not entirely sure I have... but I believe they're calcium deficiencies from watering with Reverse Osmosis H20. So, I brewed a compost tea for veg plants, and added some extra calmag. They seem to be responding well. Also started low stress training this week.

What an incredible journey this has been! From start to finish, these plants dazzled at every stage. The drying process was a bit of a marathon – 21 days of suspense. But now, they are absolutely perfect. They snapped off the stems with a satisfying crunch – straight into my rolling paper for, ahem, "quality control" purposes. I'm beyond excited to have 2 more seeds ready for the future. Though I won't be growing them in my next round, I can't wait to see what they'll do next time. These gorgeous ladies have rewarded me with a whopping 248 grams dry! I'm in absolute weed heaven. Now comes the hard part – keeping my hands off while they cure and reach their full potential. My trusty humidor will help make sure they become everything they're meant to be. Here's to a fantastic harvest and many more green adventures ahead! 🌿🎉

High temperatures, high transpiration, high turgor pressure, and lots of cell elongation. Cannabis plants can sense and respond to their surroundings. They don't have brains like humans, but they have evolved sophisticated ways to perceive and react to various environmental cues, including light, gravity, touch, water, sound, and even the presence of other plants. This ability, known as plant perception, allows them to adjust their growth, defend themselves, and even communicate with each other. Infrared light, particularly near-infrared (NIR), can influence plant growth and development by impacting various processes including initiation and elongation. UVB radiation inhibits stem and hypocotyl elongation in plants. Moderate UV-B exposure can cause a decrease in stem and leaf elongation, leading to a more compact plant architecture. Higher UV-B intensities, like 7.5 kJ·m−2, can lead to reduced elongation. So it becomes a dance of initiating a stretch to seek to higher ppfd, then whenever you want the stretching to slow down,UVB inhibits the stretch by altering hormone balance,, coupled with the high-intensity dli once you get her to a height where you want. Being autos I don't have much time to play around. So we are playing fast and loose, get stretched, and then spread her open. You get the idea. 86F 30% RH with the lower side of optimal on ppfd, with a smudgering of infra-red to initiate response of making her stretch more so than normal. Once she sprouts up in height, I drop metrics to 77F 55%RH% while upping the ppfd, giving her a dash of extra 430nm, giving the grow more of a 6000K. This encourages denser growth with less elongation. Higher side of optimal PPFD, with the auxin hormone balance changed, the side stems are starting to shoot up to the same canopy level as the apex (almost). Normally takes me 2 untrained toppings before a plant will flatten its canopy. I didn't take enough off the apex to do it in one chop, it was only day 10, so there really wasn't much to top from without creating unpredictable results using fim, opted just to keep it to a clean topping. Even predictability over the Chaos of the"Fim". Brainfart: Remember, the veg stage creates the skeleton that will stretch out into flowers. How dense you create the skeleton through light intensity will determine the density of your clusters as they form cola, as long as you can keep up with the demands. Increasing light intensity generally leads to plants having shorter internodal spacing, meaning the distance between nodes (where leaves grow) on a stem is reduced. This effect is particularly noticeable under LED grow lights, with great stress comes great dense clusters. Hello, temperature, my old friend! Goodbye, money on AC. The plant has settled in now, and it's beginning to grow faster now. The stem isn't as thick as that from the Banana Kush Auto I grow parallel, but thanks to the added silica, super solid and rigid. LST doesn't seem like a great option, will probably try FIMing, or maybe Topping. I'll add photos later, that'll show the result of this decision process. UPDATE: I decided to FIM the Fat Monkey, to increase side branch production. ANOTHER UPDATE: I might've taken off a little too much when FIMing, which turns it into topping, I guess.

Girls look amazing. Buds fell over from the weight . Going dark for 24hours and then chopping. Will update with final numbers on the scale and the harvest pics.

Update14/09/20 - Most of the girls afe growing nicely. 1 of the blueberry's is challenged (Pictured left). From sprouting there were a few mutations to early leaves. 1 leaf began to twirl as though re-vegging, branches were very short and growth very slow. All other plants growing nicely. Ph 6.0 Humidity 50% Co2 Water temp 22c Day temp 24c Night 18c. With the Blueberry, I decded to top at the 4th node. Branches were small or really almost non-existent. I also gave it the 'Kyle Kushman' Chiropractic proceedure, by firmly squeezing the branches (similar to super cropping although no bending just popping inside of branches, as branches are way to small to properly Kyle Kushman so I tried it this way) to hopefully form knuckles and push energy up into the lower branches, and together with the topping will hopefully prove a great idea and really bush out the bottom branches and strength the over all plant. I am aware that this may push the plant into flower, although going by my previous grow (2nd Grow diary) my Auto Blueberry has been slowed in growth by 2 weeks by topping and lollipopping in mid veg, so either way it's OK which way it goes "Flower or slowed growth. As long as the plant can have an opportunity to grow at it's full potential. I know this type will give the plant the right direction to place its energy to grow properly. (The plant needs help) 14/09/20 - Defoliated and light LST bending branches out lightly. 16/09/20 - White widows, Blueberry OG & Brooklyn Sunrise have begun to show signs of sex, exactly 5 weeks + 3 days (Day 38) from Seed for the Glueberry, 1 x White Widow & Brooklyn Sunrise. 2 x Blueberry & 1 x White Widow is exactly 1 week behind 4 weeks & 3 days (Day 31) Continued with LST with bending only for training. Blueberry that was topped is progressing nicely although still very stunted. I'm OK with that as all others are growing nicely. * The structure of nodes etc on White Widow, Glueberry, Brooklyn Sunrise & the Blueberry left untouched is awesome! Works well for LST. These WW, BS strains in Kratsky are really bushing out with branching & leaves everywhere, as opposed to the Glueberry & Blueberry is well structured with the perfect amount of branching to leaves, with very little LST *

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

all 3 plants are the same strain from the same seed provider. I used Peet pellets for the first time and I am extremely disappointed. they all popped within 18 hrs, it was a promising start, but I think the webbing holding the pods together is constricting the roots on the plant to the left. there was a devastating transplant that had damaged some roots but the other 2 plants seem to be....ok patience... if you noticed I had a heating mat for about the first full month of growth, I live in an old apartment and we have old windows that don't hold the heat, I wanted the plants to grow and develop enough before I took it out of the room. this may have stunted growth for a few days this past week but I believe it was a must to keep the plants health... they were my last 3 seeds SPIDER FARMER... I have had this light for under a year and was very lucky to get the adjustable dimmer when I did order it...its an incredible tool for growing and since we don't want light in the tent we can't have a digital readout showing power from the dimmer and this is why I got the "EVE SMART PLUG"... it works perfectly with the SPIDER FARMER light and will help me perfect my future grows. SECRET JARDIN.... y'all need to do something about these loud 6" oscillating fans....I thought one was a fluke until I plugged the second in..... terrible, absolutely garbage...

So, guys.. This is her first month blooming. 4 complete weeks has passed. Here we are for 2 more. Gave Her a super powerful egg shell fert (all powdered - Phosforium Whelthy.) 07/10/20 - We are in the middle of week 5. Thats the way they look like. For me a good number of buds and they are as dense as I thought they would be by this time. I think everything is under control despite some foxtails cuz the heat. Loving the experience.

Bueno familia ya finalizamos con el proyecto de las Runtz de seedstockers, son una cepa bestial. La verdad que el secado muy bien 9 días en Malla y a los botes, 40% humedad y 21 grados es la temperatura ambiental que han tenido en el secado, aparte deshumidificador enchufado 24 horas al día. En resumen la cepa es muy fácil de cultivar, el germinado se me resistió igual es complicado el germinado pero el resto es simple resistente fácil de alimentar pienso que es rápida los tricomas ya estaban hechos y se me hecho el tiempo encima. trimmed and netted the plants last night, 12/30, and the energy pushed the plants to stretch another 1/2 inch+ this will be the last week of vegetation as I prep this light leaking tent for flower, not a fan of mars hydro at all right now. their poles are the weakest I've encountered yet, too many light leaks and this is the first grow with it. My high cfm fan , which is only a 4", is pulling the fabric too much and causing the leaks to grow a bit. This is not new, its been happening with indoor tents for a while now but I thought a grow company such as MH would have a decent, respectable tent. My solution is Blackout Curtains draped over the sides. However, I am hesitant to do this with the MH tent as the poles for the tent are too weak as it is, tsk tsk tsk mars hydro. will continue to increase the watts the next 6 days HAPPY NEW YEAR a combination of light and fresh soil has made the plants stretch so I will finish tightening up the MH tent today and ill start flower tomorrow, day 62. while adjusting the height I must have nudged the dial for the dimmer and sent it to 184w. this would have been a big jump but manageable but I lowered the light 7" and the plants took a bit of a hit. I adjusted the light back down to 160w and I'll let the plants recover before anymore adjustments.

Another good week with average sunny days with solarstrength 750-850w/M2 Strong winds but this plant stands as a tree. I cleaned the big pot. Removed some additional plants, the focus is now to bring the girls home. Two plants are in their last week's, the plant in front is 2/3 weeks behind but flowers are swelling now. This is still the first batch of the season but it takes her time. Buds are swelling and heavy crystallized. The smell is ripe fruit and earthy skunk. A warm and imposante aroma. Almost done😅

She has become out of control, buds are way too heavy, a stem fell during the night and the upper cola on that stem has developed mold very quickly. But this isolated incident didn't stop her from producing loads of trichomes everywhere, that are almost 100% milky. A few more days to wait and I'll proceed to harvest 😎

This girl has been just cruising through looking beautiful and being easy to raise and take care of is a really nice exotic genetic to have in your garden thank you for reading I will continue to update a happy grow

27/02/19 - This one is great, I popped the seed 24hrs after the gelato and this one seems to be developing its leaves a lot faster than the rest, so far really happy with DNA and with mills nutrients, it’s a lot easier to mix and I no longer have to use ph down because once all mixed it’s at a 5.8/5.9. 👌🏻 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.
