Getting close! I'm thinking of doing a 3 phase harvest spaced out about a week or 10 days apart to let the lower buds ripen. I'm just not sure when to make the first chop of the top 6-8"?! Took a small sample chopping yesterday, currently drying all by itself. 1/15 - flush feeding today, probably chopping main tops tomorrow

So where do I start they are both the same strain but just growing completely different. The first picture is super frost growing strong while the second still seem to be in the beginning of flower stage. We will just keep an eye on it from week to week

End of week 3/Day 27: ive been flushing alot before giving nutrients to the plant and it seems to be working, plant health is slowly improving again! Started LST a few nights ago and my plant has lost its christmas tree shape :'D the canopy is more flat and more light is getting to all growth on the plant so im happy! I started giving some rhizotonic near the stem to help with the plant being stressed. it definitely helped make big roots too! So excited to try some buds! another month or so yet :) Day 28 - 20/10/19 LST is amazing! i have almost all the growth getting a decent amount of light! im going to enjoy shaping the plant over the next week or so! Day 31 - 23/10/19 Still doing a light LST, most of the canopy is getting enough light now and the main stem is still growing more nodes. After getting some advice from a grower with the same model of light as me i now know i can hang my light a lot closer to the plants. im going to get rope rachets hooked up in the next week so i can adjust hang height. I also got an indoor chilli starter kit and planted jalapeño, cayenne and habanero seeds in some nice small terra cotta pots :) and i posted a few pictures to show the setup :) just cant wait until the whole tent looks more like a garden hahah :) 12 hours later - Added a video to show progress Day 32: 24/10/19 woke up this morning and the quick one grew upwards out of the LST :) the top has developed and looks more like an industrial weed plant now which is really exciting! ive been following a water schedule and accidentally gave a few more hours of rest to the plants last night and they have stopped drooping more or less. Re-lst'd the plant so all growth is receiving light and measured the space between the plant and grow light. its about 60cm/24Inches away which will do fine. Quick one is 18cm with LST, if i measure the stem itself its about 21-22cm tall - about 9 inches. Other than that the chillis will take up to 2 weeks to germinate, ive been keeping the moisture up around them with a mix of Rhizotonic/Water (1ml/1L) and also sprayed some on the soil as ive found it actually helps seeds germinate quicker with more strength or life in them. Will update soon for week 5 and considering the smoke is so bad in my town you get an urge not to smoke it i am so excited to be near the finish line :) roll on medicine!

What should i say. My fear was reasonable. Even so i sprayed Purolyt and fed Silic Rock, i found mildew on day 75. I gave her another chance and wanted to wait until i woulkd find another place with mildew.

Switched the autoflowers to another tent to give them 300 watts of led everything is growing fine

First plant got a bunch of lockouts from the feed so I did an emergency flush..don't wanna mess with it anymore or cause nutrient burn on plant #2 so just water for the upcoming week. Will probably skip Cha Ching all together...not sure yet. Doesn't seem to me that either plant even needs it. Growing super frosty thoooo! Buds filling out I doubt they will get much thicker but I don't care...pretty exciting to watch them grow into their final form. I think these will be my best plants grown to date!!! :) Did a good amount of defoliation to get more light to the lower buds. Also cracked open my Mother Earth Coco Coir block for my next two grows and topped off these 5 gallon pots..the plants definitely seemed happier with that fresh layer added! Getting closer to the finish line!!

This week I moved the plant in to 48h of darkness whilst completing the flush. I did 3 days of florakleen and then 3 days of ph neutral dechlorinated water.

The buds look good and smell strong; Mix Two has some monster buds growing. I'm still trying to determine its variety, but I'm leaning towards a Bruce Banner. Looking at the grow overall next week, I will drop the PK13/14 out of the mix, and I'm thinking maybe the week after I start the flush. I've put up a little fly-through video to get a better idea of the grow.

We are about on earth since a month our photoperiod plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. The Black Runtz is a short lady like her normal colored little sister, with a low internodal distance. This characteristic greatly influences the application of growing techniques. In this case it is a plant that responds to topping a little slower than the others and it is best to wait for the branches to grow to avoid damaging the little ones. However, we are at 4 florets and between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we will cut 8. My plan for photoperiod plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the tops to split them, we always pay attention not to damage the new branches growing. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and perfectly in shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I am a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping, my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil at the start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember that cold temperatures make the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer, so be careful to give the right amount and let the plant dry in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.

Week 3: 4 of the ladies showed sex this week. The big girl popped pistils on day 18 and the other 3 ladies popped pistils on day 20. I hope ill get another week of veg before the growth spurt and fill out their pots. Training: during the 4 days of ponytailing i noticed the aggressive growth on the side branches, cant say it had a big effect as bending has. This week i held the branches down with wiring to create nice strong branches and ive been leaf tucking everyday. I lock the leave blades together with lower leaves to hold them in place but they wont stay down. Im trying to avoid selective deleafing till after the big growth spurt. Nutrients: the ladies had their first feeding last week and 2 waterings ph'd to 6.5 with 2 dry days between every watering. Ill be giving their 2nd feeding on day 25. Im raising the dosage of Canna Terra Vega from 0.5ml/L to 1ml/L

En este final de la semana 3 de floración a los nutrientes que venianos agregando, le sumamos el NIRVANA de advanced nutrients 2ml x L. Le quite algunas hojas el día 20 , algunas que estaban amarillas y otras que tapaban algun cogollo de las ramas bajas que no quite. Algunas hojas tienen las puntas amarillas pero no se notan cambios negativos aun., pero no logro saber que problema está teniendo. Pero en términos generales todo marcha bien.🤞🤞🚀🚀

Apologies that this took me so long to update! This harvest was probably my second favorite, after my Choc Mint OG. Even tho the yeild was low due to only having 1 plant after a season on downs.

Beginning week 9 Plans this week: Make a long time lapse while away this weekend - post more photos too Lollipop Tuck and tie a bit Possibly build a second scrog level?? Thoughts anyone?? Research and purchase or build a “grow room controller” - tent: temp, rh, light(?), co2(?) — rez: ph, ec, temp, water level - maybe more stuff like tie in the cameras, also basement temp and rh, fan and lights and pump contro. Nutrient dosing and ph control would be awesome but likely too pricey— but I’m a geek and this will be fun! I’d prefer a prebuilt system but I’m not totally opposed to building an Arduino/pi style solution (reliability and time to get it right are concerns tho - plus I have an arcade cabinet project I’d like to get to soon) — **ANY THOUGHTS OR ADVICE ANYONE??? To do list: I picked up some angle aluminum and I plan to finally make a single frame for the numerous LED lights Mount things to the wall (temp and humidity sensors, timers, utility light, etc) General cleanup and house keeping - wire management etc Install new portable air conditioner in the basement - this will be a bit of a project - casement windows and other issues Hopefully this week: install a utility sink in the basement and tie into the water lines and waste lines of the house (no more carrying water and waste upstairs!!)

Second week of flowering, the girl is getting very healthy, all previous symptoms have disappeared. I am continuing the LST by pulling some rods in a way that all the tops are receiving direct light (Wish I have a scrog network to make the job more efficient) and I defoliated and cutted some buds and lower leaves that did not reach the light. Next week, I'm thinking of turning on the dehumidifier, trying to lower the humidity below 50% See you next week Happy growth guys
