8/26 - sporty looking great, praying hard! Posh is working on it. But look who finally showed up to the party! I’m calling her Baby spice. She sprouted 12 days after going in the soil. Way to be a fighter girl! This is going to be a tricky thing to manage I feel like my gals are tracking a week apart. I’ll keep this journal’s timeline on sporty spice. -1 week for posh and -2 weeks for baby spice. spice girls let’s grooooow! 8/30 - exactly two weeks from sprout for Sporty and Posh. Pretty wild how big a difference there is between the two. Baby is getting her footing. Now. Sporty already pushing 4-5 nodes and I saw a tiny root through the drain hole. Wanted to pot her up! About 8 cups pro mix, one cup perlite. About 1.5 tbs of Gaia green 4-4-4, some worm castings and sprinkled mycorrhiza around where the rootball would be. God speed girly! 9/3. Potted up Posh today. About a half gallon pro mix, plus about 1.5 tbsp of the Gaia green 4-4-4. Plus about a cup of worm castings, perlite, and mycorrhiza. Sporty is looking very happy, 5 nodes and counting. Added back my second light, let’s go girls!!! 9/5. Wrapping up week 2 here, so far I’ve been really impressed with the pro mix Gaia green and soil support so far. The girls seem happy and healthy. New light this week! Not sure what I should expect. I fed the girls early on, but think the feed levels were too strong as they showed signs of pH imbalance again. Flushed them with water, tested pH, low and behold pH too low. After flushing fed with a lighter nutrient mix, which they have both enjoyed since. By the end of the week, it's obvious these girls like the new light. It's promoted some new growth and more bud sites, which will hopefully increase the overall yield. Going to be fun watching them fatten up over the next couple of weeks or so.

This is day 80 from seed,I will admit I have messed up,and done some pretty cool things with this grow on my own terms.I just need some guidance on current status of growth referring to harvest,I need some advice on how long she has left before I should harvest her She is a beautiful plant.

The girls have basically exploded this week! They were drinking a ton and have responded really well to the steady increase in nutrients. With the room being basically self sustaining, it’s been a lot less work. Yesterday was the second round of defoliation and because this is my first time getting this far, I decided to be pretty moderate. There’s a few plants I took quite a bit off as an experiment and they seem to be doing great! The guy at my local hyrdo store recommended GH Floralicious Plus for flavor and smell, so I decided to try it out and this is some pretty potent stuff. After their first feeding of the Floralicious they are smelling delicious! The one plant furthest into flower is starting to show some fade in the lower leaves, she will certainly be done before the rest. She has a very sweet and sour aroma, especially if she gets rustled around a little bit. I’m stoked for the rest of flower and seeing their progress. Also I haven’t seen a fungus gnat in weeks so those yellow sticky traps are a must.

I’ve been keeping a close eye on every detail to ensure a smooth transition into mid-flowering. 📏 Precision Measurements & Training • Height: Now at 35 cm (a steady +5 cm growth since the end of last week). • Light Distance: Maintaining the LED at exactly 45 cm from the canopy. • Canopy Management: As you can see in the photos, I'm still using LST clips (red and black) to keep everything leveled. This has created a perfect sea of tops where light reaches every bud site equally. • Light Defoliation: I’ve tucked and removed a few large fan leaves to improve airflow and light penetration to the lower nodes. 🌡️ Environment & Climate • Temperature: 27°C during the day and 18°C during the dark period. This temperature drop at night is keeping the plant very happy. • Humidity (RH): Lowered to 40-45%. This is perfect for this stage to prevent any mold issues while the flowers start to thicken. 💧 Watering & Nutrient Strategy The plant's metabolism is peaking; she is extremely thirsty and drinking every 24-36 hours! • Alternating Schedule: To prevent salt buildup and keep the roots healthy, I’m now alternating waterings: one with the Biobizz nutrient line and the next one with plain pH-adjusted water. • Status: The leaves show a very healthy, deep green. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. This is maybe the last week. Trichomes are milky but also clear, I’m still waiting for the amber. Even though I don’t want much amber. Maybe I will chop this weekend, I’ll decide in the next days. I fucked up a bit with the light. I see some foxtailing even though it’s not really concerning. I changed to the Athena fade to eliminate nitrogen. I’m expecting way more fade in the next days. 12/17/2021 They are growing well,#1 will be eliminated she is a runt, and way to far behind her sisters in growth, so culling her tomorrow. Ps. #1 sprang back to life! No sign of sex yet but soon I hope, as I was hoping for a short veg. More pics of #2-#8 in a.m. Pretty cool to see plants know when lights going to out, and leaves look lower (drooping) about an hour before light shuts off !. Getting ready for (sleep)? Pics 1-8 at lights on and leaves starting to reach for the sky (waking up) Plants are about 31 days old and should start to show signs of sex.

Both of my plants are suffering from nitrogen toxicity so my buds are very small and late flowering. I know what I’ve done wrong, I have been treating them like soil but I grow in coco so runoff is super important, I just learned that and it’s almost harvest time! Better luck next time I suppose 😂 Next time I will feed them to runoff every time and feed more often!! Schedule will be light feeding for now on, to avoid toxicity but I will keep an eye out for deficiency’s as well. This week will be the last four days I give her nutritions. She has like 3-5% amber, and pistils are 65% brown. So a 7-10 days flush will be good I think. I just need the growing space tbh so I need to rush her Day 94: last data with nutes, i will give her canna flush for 3 days then ph valences water for 5-7 more days Day 95: just started to flush her! She is slowly getting pink color calyxes haha and the thricomes also turning pink! She smells super nice! Very sticky plant!! Can’t wait to harvest her 😍🥦
