This was my harvest update^^

Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. It’s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few “out of place” leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, it’s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. I’m letting them finish, I’ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

What’s growing on everybody?!?! Exciting week in my Banana punch grow! The plants are really growing quickly now. Got the light cycle switched over to 12/12, got my first layer of trellis screen put up so I can start weaving branches through. I also started the bloom feed today, which just substitutes the grow for the bloom as far as my botanicare line goes, I like to use a small about of MOAB to really get my plants to start flowering. I’ll have more boosters coming on in the later weeks of flower. I will continue with my IPM regiment of spraying Athena IPM twice a week until the third week of flowering, which at that point I will cut off all sprays. I plan on running this strain until my planned harvest date which is 3/13-3/20. I vegged until my plants were telling me they were ready to go to bloom, I let the shape and hardiness of my plants dictate when to flip them, I wasn’t rushing them. I’m excited to see how everything looks in the coming weeks! Thanks for looking, As always, Happy Growing everyone!

Acapulco Gold has just reached the maximum height available! 😅 The flowers are coming in beautifully, despite the less than stellar growing conditions. I must say I am very pleased with the seeds from WeedSeedsExpress. First time using their genetics, and they have been impressive, to say the least! Acapulco Gold Auto has really started focusing on the buds, and they are really interesting looking flowers 🤞 9.9.25: I have done a large defoliation. Removing the fan leaves on the lower branches. As well as some on the inside of the plant. Also, I removed some of the leaves that weren't looking so good. The leaves are yellowing out on the older leaves, whilst the new leaves are becoming much darker. I decided to add in a bud building PK boosters this week. I used Bud Explosion and seaweed extract as well as Sea K. I'm really trying to make the most out of this plant and will try to get a personal record in the yeild. I lollipoped last week, and this defoliation will be the last thing that I will do to the plant. I will be top dress next week for the Ecothrive Bloom, Life Cycle, Diatomaceous Earth, and Cinnamon. This will be one of the last, depending on how quickly we progress here. I am having a problem judging the water requirements as the plant itself now weighs a LOT! This isn't good for me because I am not the best of judging without lifting the pots. Obviously, the pot is much heavier now because the plant has gotten so big. I'm trying 2 x 6.5L feedings this week, I should go up to 3 or more next week, probably. I am constantly moving the plant daily to evenly distribute the light to the plant. That's what happened this week. I'm very pleased with this plant in general, and this weeks progress has been very good. I'm more than happy! Here is what I did this week. 4.9.25: I watered with 6.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1 with; 💜 3 TSP Cal-Mag 💜 1.5 TSP Bud Explosion PH: 6.1 PPM: 1120 9.9.25: I watered with 6.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with; 💜 20ml Seaweed extract 💜 4.5 TSP Sea K(elp) PH: 6.2 PPM: 599 That's all this week, I'm very pleased with this weeks progress. 4/22/21 - I’m staying on the nutrient feed schedule above (Week 2). I will switch to Week 3 on the schedule next week. Something might be eating one of the leaves but we couldn’t find any bugs (see pics). I fed them both with nutrients. 4/23/21 - I think the “bug problem” might be nutrient burn from accidentally getting the nutrients on the actual leaves. The plants are looking good today. Lots of growth underneath. The plants have grown half an inch since last week! 4/24/21 - Watered with nutrients again today. Going to start doing nutrients every other day. Plants are doing great, might need to defoliate again tomorrow. 4/25/21 - Lowered the light today and adjusted the fan to hit the plants better. One of the plants is feeling a little wilted to the touch, going to keep an eye on it over the next few days. 4/26/21 - Watered the plants with water today. (Ph 6) The wilted feeling plant hasn’t shown much improvement. Did some defoliation this morning. *Gave both plants a one gallon flush with Sledgehammer* 4/27/21 - I did not water the plants today. I am going to let the soil dry completely before I water again. The plants seem to be doing well since the flush. 4/28/21 - Today I watered both plants with nutrients. The wilted feeling plant feels much better today.

No problems yet, growing good. Transplanted other 2. I ran out of soil so I topped off the gelato with pellets. Starting low stress training on purple kush 1 and 2, will be topping pk 3, and maybe try and fim gelato after I read more about it. Maybe I should top it first.

Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

Muito feliz com meu primeiro cultivo, não tirei muitas gramas mas as flores estão muito cheirosas e resinadas. Bsf seeds tem um banco muito bom de sementes. Aguardando a colheita da próxima :)
