I won't say it was a perfect growing experience, because i kept running into problems with keeping the lights a good distance away, but that was the most difficult problem I faced. It was definitely a very successful do-over. Both of these plants easily were 2 times the size (width/height) of my 1st sour stomper attempt, they yielded at least double and in Plant A's case...triple. And all by the few simple changes of using LEDs earlier in the grow, larger pots, being in a tent and having one tiny duct fan. My nutrient regimen stayed pretty low and for the most part the same as previous grow. However in my opinion one of the most crucial differences was having them in the 3 gallon pots. They didn't dry out as quickly and they were able to be soaked more effectively than the 1 gallon smart pot had been. For me this was a very important grow on grow diaries as this was basically Part 2 of my first indoor, man made grow. Learning these minimal differences in how to have plants turn out enormously better was essential to any future indoor grows I might do, even though I'm sure i just skimmed the surface on potential problems that could occur and how to fix them. The buds from this grow were not only dense enough to be worth smoking, but every piece of the plant including its leaves will be useful for pressing. The couple presses i did on this plant so far had a beautiful golden color, an amazing smell, and had zero plant byproducts inside it from using the 90 micron bags. The only downfall with the micron bags and the pucks are they retain a fair amount of the pressed rosin, the only solutions I can think of would be to add them to an edibles mixture or to stack them all up and continue repressing. All in all this was a fantastic grow, and I'm very grateful for all the support and for mephisto for making such a solid strain.

Big Jack widow grew great, and finish fast. She has some great frosty purple hues in her dense colas. The Viparspectra P4000 light worked great. I learned a lot about the quality of water, and treating it properly this grow. So far roots on other grows has been great. This grow was saved by it just in time. Day 6 of Flower coming to 7 tonight! I tried turning my led to 600 for the first time and I kinda forgot about it luckily not for too long and only a few leaves got damaged this LED has a serious kick... no wonder after all it is a commercial LED?. The OG Kush has stretches about 1.5 times and got from having long branches to some really long branches... about 54 to 57cm and he's the only reason I will be using the scrog net this time as I feel very uncomfortable using it, I ain't a fatty but I'm groggy when it comes to watering I love being able to take my plants out and under the shower for a flush in case anything ever goes wrong really.. But scrog? Dam it's working on these branches I'm used to seeing g a little differently shaped but sites but this is nice to look at and I know for sure I need to be careful with this led I also sprayed all girls with neem oil 2 nights before as I saw a little bug on the pot. Overall she's growing fast she's happy and I'm happy to see that I'm able to manage the scrog for the first time actually as I had it before but never bothered using it I'm looking forward to the results happy growing!.

This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity

Day 71 🌤️☀️🌤️🌥️ 13-23 degrees, humidity 53-78%. I start into the 11th week with an intense check of the trichomes. Tropicana started to produce amber and blue trichomes, next to purple and pink. The purple get’s darker and the appearance of the flowers change to a beautiful bouquet of fragrant colours. Day 72 ☁️🌧️☁️⛈️ 15-24 degrees, humidity 69-84%. Today my plants needed to be canopied again because of strong rainfall. I‘m glad that I have this opportunity while they continue standing outside and ripening. I take some fotos of Tropicana and her trichomes, gave her one liter of pure rainwater and let her wait for the next sunny days. And wait, and wait probably several more days. Day 73 - End of spring, beginning of summer! 🤓 🌧️☁️🌧️☁️17-25 degrees, humidity is 70-90%. Got to have an eye on the flowers, they are dry but the humidity is too high for doing nothing. Today in the evening I took a few leafs of my plants for a relax tee. A nightingale is singing next to our balcony. Love it! Day 74 🌧️🌧️☁️🌧️ 19-24 degrees, humidity is 75-90%. Tropicana is smelling wonderfully. It‘s like a bouquet of all her colors. My nose is in love! Day 75 ⛅️🌧️☁️⛈️ 13-19 degrees, humidity is 80-94 %. Waiting for sunshine. I decided after reading about, to flush the potting soil twice. Once I did today with 10 liter water and a lot of drainage wich was quit clear at he end. A second time I will do it in about a week then maybe stop watering her. Day 76 🌤️⛅️☁️🌥️ 12-24 degrees, humidity is between 60 and 80. Today Tropicana enjoys her life on our balcony. She looks fine after flushing yesterday early morning. I‘m looking once per day on three flowers at the same point if there‘s fresh growth, and there is. Found a Terpmonster this morning. Wake and bake. Psychedelic Sunday! Night 77 🌤️☀️🌤️☀️ 15-26 degrees and the humidity is 55-73%. I brought Tropicana inside to take some pictures with a flashlight. It’s not so easy to catch the real tropical colors, nearly this fotos give an idea. She is smelling very intensive. Very fruity floral fragrance stayed for hours in the flat. I really need to think where do dry our weed. Because of different reasons I won‘t do it in the flat. So I think about the basement or maybe on the balcony depending on humidity and weather forecast.

Coming home nicely the blackberry moon rock , I’ve been smoking a bit of this already and it’s absolutely delicious, sticky and packs a punch . I just love smoking fresh weed , picking a bit and tasting it as it matures . Life’s good on the moon.

9/27 here we go week 6! I’ve been bending all my ladies under the screen as they grow. Today I potted up posh and baby. Baby is in a 3.5 gallon plastic pot. The other two are in 5 gallon fabric pots. I added fresh pro mix soil, perlite, worm castings, and half all Purpose and half flower of the Gaia nutrients. Mykos around roots and added some blood meal too I hope to help a little quicker with what I was thinking was nitrogen issues. But now I’m not sure! Seeing brown spots on the leaves in addition to the fade of color makes me think I’m missing something else. New growth looks relatively good though, but do notice some slightly lighter ends on some of the leaves. Will keep an eye on things and see how everyone bounces back over the next few days. Gave a good watering ph 6.8 good luck girls!

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! 21-day defoliation has come.. These pictures were taken on day 20 of flower As you can see in the pictures I did a little defoliation of the bigger fan leaves. She's pretty advanced compared to the other ladies. Buds sites are formed, strong aroma going. Her structure looks like a straight up garden bush. Took the LST great ended up with a nice open, spread canopy. With the defoliation done, buds will be getting much more light exposure and grow a bit more before gaining weight. Really happy with the results so far with this strain. 2nd week of Flowering and pistils are growing on all 4 plants. The stretch just started and have gained an average of 5cm height. I added Green Sensation to the nutrients cocktail. I fed it twice past week and watered every other day with about 0,8L Water/plant
