End of Week 5 Brewed a nice veg-specific compost tea and the ladies loved it. Trying to make sure the soil stays nice and moist to keep the microbes happy and letting the top 3 cm of the topsoil dry before each watering. The ladies have gained some momentum and they're growing at a rapid pace . I also performed some HST by defoliating a few fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Didn't have much issues up until now... I noticed about 5-10 tiny little thrips on some of the leaves and I applied an organic microbial insecticide (Agro Organics Bio-Insek, Google it!) that seems to have taken care of the problem. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

Excellent genetics. Highly recommend ETHOS Terps are the best I’ve grown.. I like the boutique stuff tho. It’s like grapes but sweet and sour to it. Hard to describe. Killer bag appeal. Rock hard nugs on 3 of the 4 phenos.. pheno 3 had some fluff to it. Had some lock out issues with dry back of the coco being so quick. Overall they turned out pretty damn good considering they were abused a bit.

First grow completed, turned out far better than I could ever have hoped, the plants totally bossed it for all the winging it and improvising I put them through, but we got there in the end haha, Looking forward to next grow, can't wait to enjoy using all good genetics, already have some Bruce banner #3 seeds ready to roll out :) Thanks for reading

Everything as usual. Molasses, earthworm juice at this days. Cut some inmature branches. No diseases, the buds are going bigger and bigger :) I think I'll harvest my ladies on ca. 20th August, so in less than 1 month!

Well it’s the beginning of week 7. Still now flowering ??? Not so speedy after all. A few of them have stretched a lot. Hopefully that means flowering soon. It’s going well other than one plant out of six that’s doing poorly. It looks ok.

June 21st - they are doing great with the newa ac unit. temps are saying around 25-26. They are just growing away. I decided this week I would swap there nutrients for transition to flower. I watered them today with the first mix of the recommended transition to flower. June 22nd - Still growing away, they seem to be picking up growth quite a bit now! June 23rd - Starting to explode with growth! Everything looks healthy. I have turned the lights up to about 85% now. Gave them a feeding today, again with the transition to flower recommendation. June 24th - Still growing like crazy. They are on a 12/12 schedule and it looks like they're on there way to flower! Junes 25th - Lots of growth in the last 5 days. They have perked up a ton, grown a ton of fan leafs and its almost time to do some more lst or defoliation. Gave them another feeding today. I have decided to just feed with every watering as it is the manufactures recommendation. June 26th - Took the girls out and did some LST on them again as they were starting to become pretty uneven. Unfortunately I only took pictures/videos of the one plant. You can definitely see the growth since the start of this week. They seem to be getting pretty dry by the morning so I have been feeding roughly every 24-36 hours making sure not to overwater. June 27th -They popped back up overnight and are just growing away. Another watering today. Roughly 3L per plant. Again making sure not to overwater.

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. The first week of the 12/12 cycle went without any problems. The scrog is going fine and I've done some pruning & defoliation underneath the screen making it easier to water them. On day 40 (5th day of this week) I spotted the first pre-flowers. I gave them tapwater with Plagron nutrients once this week. The rest of the week I gave them ph adjusted tapwater every other day (Ec 0.46 - ph 6.1 - 1 liter each/48h) The cobs stayed at the same height and power as last week (43 cm/17 inch and 188 watt – DLI 28 – PPFD 648) On the last day it got a bit brighter again with the cobs at 40 cm/15.75 inch and 208 watt. 11/10 - Over this last week the ladies have consumed a significant amount of nutrients in addition to the water they drank. After 4-5 days ppms measured 580 and pH 6.7. Added full strength nutes to top off (not half-strength like normal). This brought the res to 715ppm and 6.2pH. Removed a couple older fan leaves that weren't getting good light. Plant is maintaining 6" height with wire ScrOG. She has started to show her bud sites and I expect a fairly healthy stretch due to her ~90+ day timeline. This should allow plenty of tucking under the ScrOG to allow light to the inner bud-sites and increase overall yield vs previous grows. She's stretching now, reaching for the sky. Nine centimeters taller this week, a full 93 centimeters now. The leaves are thick and lush, a tangled mess of green. I spend my days pruning, trimming, and coaxing her into submission. She's a stubborn one, this girl, but strong. She'll be ready soon.
