So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

One plant is entering flowering stage beautiful while my one sad stunted plant continues to struggle. Lots of lessons learnt with this grow, was my first time trying out HP Pro Mix and I’m definitely enjoying it but have some notes for the next round of seedlings I can improve upon. Outdoor coco 15g pots Progress: Lava cake is about week 6.5. Starting to ripen and get heavy. Buds are getting fat. Strong sweet cookie/ ice cream smell. Buds are getting more frosty. Buds are getting so heavy I installed a net on 3 of 4 and doing #4 soon. On my most mature plant - About 25-30% of pistils have turned color. Some trichomes are milky, none amber. Looks like plants are a few days apart. Marathon OG week 5 1/2. Still stacking and getting fat. Smells dank. Trichomes are showing up. The 20 gallon OG is growing into a monster. I’m still waiting for the heavy bud stacks…. Nutes: Bumping up ppm, the dry koolbloom and molasses, stopping regular koolbloom and grow. Looking to starting flushing the lava cake in a week or so. Feeding 2x a day; 3x on hot days. Weather: Had a good week of cooler temps until yesterday, when it was 97. Looking at hugs in the 80s this week, perfect. Pests: The moths and caterpillars are in full swing so I’m applying BT every morning. I’m working hard to reduce caterpillar 🐛 losses. We lost all of the top colas on a plant in another location 💔 . I’m only losing one bud at a time and not the entire colas so far. Wishing fat buds and monster harvests to all.

ugh just hate myself right now lol. I feel like it would have done AMAZING had I flipped sooner and SCROG way better. I was timid and had a lot of personal obligations preventing me from staying in the garden as much as I would have liked. Its a grower! and stretches so much in early flower. Stay on top of her but I think she may make some amazing bud based on what I did have drying recently. I wish I didnt mess up the timing but I just couldnt have the second wave be held up by these mistakes and felt it best to let it go

So.... as you guys can see above i HAD to go brutal with this lady applying the "SuperCropping" technique, im not gonna lie that i was very worried since i had stress out the plant just a few day before this with heavy lollipopping and defoliation, but i had no other choice, the plant was still going up, no matter what hahah, she is a REAL BEAST, and it does not matter what i do she still want to be hugging the light hahaha, im FKD, but whatever lets see how this goes!! the recover was super fast, amazing how she just did almost not care at all with all the pinching and breaking of the stems and went right back up!! stay tuned

The autos stems are really thickening up this week and have started to really expand the leaf size. probably good to note that 3 of the dosi-do autos are as wide as the 5 gallon fabric pots now and only on the 3rd set of leaf's. the Goat'lato has the most impressive starter leaf ive seen in a while also just being so wide and ridged. I added a 1500 watt ceramic heater to the grow room since temps are decreasing every night here in the pnw. the plants have seemed to really respond well and started drinking faster. on 10/30 i gave them a small dose of fish & kelp ph'ed to 6.0 I am adding a picture of the soil recipe i am using for these autos as i would like to openly share any knowledge i'm able to. feel free to use it as is or tweak it any way you see fit. so far its been an amazing start but only time will tell how it does throughout flower. i do plan on top dressing with gaia green bloom feed around week 2 of flower also. dates range 10/24 - 10/31

Day 94 for the 54 plant grow. 42 different strains of photoperiods and 12 different autoflower strains in the: 8X8 GROW TENT WITH THE NEW          FC-E6500, FC4800 AND TSW2000 AND THE NEW 5X5 GROW TENT WITH A TSW2000 👍and they are being fed GREEN BUZZ LIQUIDS all organic/vegan fertilizers🤘. This was my favorite plant out the gate and through veg but flower I dunno wuts up with her always having calcium and manganese issues through flower she doing the 3 leaf thing might be when I switched her to this big tent with a bigger light I dunno she's the only one out of the 3 that is growing wonky out of this test

The Weather changed daily and the temps dropped to 15 degrees at Daytime. She looked sad all week but as soon as the Sun comes out she's happy.
