Hi guys, At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome, I almost killed everything in there 😂 The Black D.O.G is a great Indica dominant strain, with a short flowering period. I did have problems throughout the cycle overfertilizing the plant, even though, this strain in particular is the one that recovered better and gave me a precious final product. Iinfact, I kept almost all the flowers, just the super baby pop-corn went for bubble hash. I topped them, and then practiced LST training to help them growing wider. Probably if I wouldnt have messed up with the ferilizer I would have a much better final product, this time, talking about quantity and quality. The whole plants were dried for 18 days after which they were finished in jars for another 6 weeks, if I dont fell sooner. Really looking forward to grow this strain again Indoor, I'am amazed by the terpene profile and the amount of resin they produced, even under my terribles mistake! STRONG GENETIC! I would like to thank Grow Diaries for this amazingly-organized community they have created, where we all can learn a lot, and share something we really love. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or comment the diary. 13/12 I'VE MADE MY FIRST RUN OF BUBBLE HASH! Very very happy with the end result, did not weight anything yet because is still wet big time, I lightly squeezed it a bit, before let it drying on parchment on a cardboard. The smell it's just absolutely crazy. I can smell strong citrus notes in the 120µm but the 90µm and 73µm explodes with crazy-sweet note. While the 25µm (did not use the 43µm) where I did collect most of the hash, smell like good and sweet hash, nothing crazy like the previous ones but a very buttery like consistency that makes me want to eat it like this...dont ask me why...even though I know you all probably felt this way too... Anyway, the paper sheet says it all about timing, washes and µm used for the extractions, but just in case I'll explain it down here. I have done 3 wash with different timing. 1º wash: 5 min only to get the most brittle trichome heads 2º wash: 10 min stardard 3º wash: 30 min to stock up a bit 😅 I could have done an extra wash for sure and get more out, but I was running out of time so...I will update with the dry weight, it was not the only wash I've done, that were just too many grades to weight up..so I chose to do it once all dry! See you really soon with on the nex run pals!

Hi Bros&Sis! I've been a little bit lazy, indeed, but there's a lot of works to do here, on my girls and as a father of a big family. Enjoy the videos, I decide to put a single short for every strain, to see the beauty in full screen :D

We are now on day 15 of veggie growing. The 5 that were first in the final pots have developed well. The other 4 that came later are a bit behind but that will definitely change. In 14 days the plants will be switched to flowering. I am excited.

Week 8, the last feed! Defoliated to let more air flow and light penetrate down into the lowers of the plant. Bud's are insanely sticky, plant is covered in frost, the pics don't do it justice.

DWC Grow #3 - Flower Week 1 (Week 6) | Stretch Begins + Trellis Work + Reservoir Stabilizing (Jan 1–8) Day 35 (Jan 1) - Flip day Came back after being away a couple of days for New Year and she had absolutely exploded. The tent was suddenly feeling small. Water level had dropped a lot, and the readings were pH 5.98 / 705 ppm. I decided to flip to 12/12 and set the schedule to lights on 00:00-12:00. The mix was still in a conservative zone, and I focused on keeping the system stable rather than overreacting to the speed of growth. Day 36 (Jan 2) The canopy was getting dense enough that I started removing a little leaf mass, including one hilariously large fan leaf (it looked like a solar panel). I’m trying to stay controlled with pruning - just making room and visibility. Around this time I also logged pH 5.63 / 632 ppm (00:25). Day 37 (Jan 3) After a top-off I landed at pH 6.02 / 582 ppm. Still seeing how sensitive ppm is to top-offs because reservoir volume isn’t huge at the moment. The plant kept pushing hard. Day 38 (Jan 4) Did another small prune/tidy-up. Logged pH 6.15 / 601 ppm (00:30). pH drift upward continues to be the recurring theme in this run, so I’m trying to correct without swinging too aggressively. Reservoir temp has been staying cool, which I’m happy about. Day 39 (Jan 5) After adding 1 liter top-off water, readings were pH 5.85 / 610 ppm (around 11:45). Waterline was about 7 cm below the net pot, which I’m comfortable with as long as roots are well established in the solution. Canopy management is now a daily reality. Trellis work / canopy shaping During the week I also did some leaf tucking and weaved two tops sideways under the trellis, just to keep the canopy more even and avoid everything stacking straight up into the light. The plant is clearly in “fill the tent” mode now, so a little daily steering makes a big difference. Mid-week res swap + lighting change I mixed a fresh reservoir batch (9 L), dialed it to around pH 5.78 / 833 ppm, then did the res change. I also bumped light intensity up significantly (went to 75%) to match how aggressive the plant has become. At this point the plant is vigorous enough that the limiting factor is becoming vertical space and keeping a clean, even canopy under the net. Day 43 (Jan 8) 00:30 readings: 753 ppm / pH 6.38, so I topped off about 1.5 L and rechecked after mixing: pH 5.86 / 709 ppm / EC 1.418 (res correction landed cleanly and EC/ppm lined up perfectly). Week takeaway First week of flower has been all about managing momentum: she’s stretching, drinking more, and thickening up fast. The plant looks vigorous and the system is behaving predictably when I keep changes controlled. The main “project” this week has been balancing pH drift + top-offs while keeping the canopy open enough to actually work in the tent.

# GodFather OG by Zamnesia | Pheno B 🌱👔 ## Germination Week | Another Seat at the Family Table Hello GrowDiaries family! 👋🌱 Welcome to another new journey. As some of you may have noticed, I've recently changed the way I'm documenting my grows. With the current photo limitations on GrowDiaries, each phenotype now receives its own dedicated diary instead of sharing a single journal with its sisters. This allows me to continue documenting every stage of development in as much detail as possible while selecting the best photographs from each week. The goal remains exactly the same as always: To create a complete educational record from seed to harvest while sharing observations, successes, mistakes, lessons learned, and everything in between. Today, we welcome GodFather OG Pheno B. And just like her sister, she arrives carrying a name that brings certain expectations with it. 😄 --- ## A New Member of the Family Every seed begins the same way. Small. Silent. Unassuming. Yet inside that tiny shell exists an entire future waiting to unfold. For this run, we're following GodFather OG from Zamnesia Seeds, cultivated under a 12/12 from seed schedule from the very first day of life. A method that is a little different from what most growers choose, but one that has become part of my own cultivation style over time. Throughout this diary, I'll do my best to explain not only what I'm doing, but also why I'm doing it, allowing anyone interested to follow the process from beginning to end. For now, another member has officially taken her seat at the family table. And the story begins. --- ## Germination Using the Cannakan System To start this run, I once again used the Cannakan germination system. Simple. Reliable. Organized. The kind of system that keeps everyone where they're supposed to be. 😄 The container is divided into separate chambers, allowing multiple cultivars to be germinated simultaneously while remaining properly labeled and easy to track. The seeds were placed inside using only plain water. Nothing else. No additives. No nutrients. No stimulants. Just water. Within approximately 24 hours healthy taproots had already emerged, and the seeds were ready to continue their journey. Exactly what we hope to see from vigorous, healthy genetics. --- ## Why Only Water? One question that frequently appears during germination is: "Why not feed the seedlings immediately?" The answer is simple. The seed already contains everything required for the first stage of life. Nature made sure of that long before we arrived. Inside that shell are the energy reserves necessary to establish roots and begin development. At this stage, I prefer allowing the seed to use those natural resources exactly as intended. The objective is not to feed the plant. The objective is simply to wake it up. Water is enough. --- ## First Experience Using Coco Starter Plugs This run also marks my first experience using coco starter plugs. The plugs were fully hydrated and then gently squeezed to remove excess moisture while maintaining an ideal balance between water retention and oxygen availability. Once germinated, the seeds were carefully inserted into the plugs and placed inside a humidity dome. The dome remained useful for only a very short period. Within less than 24 hours the seedlings had already emerged and were ready for the next step. At that point, they were transplanted directly into small containers filled with Plagron Lightmix. --- ## Environmental Conditions The environment during germination was intentionally kept simple and stable. Temperatures remained around 26–27°C. Humidity was maintained between approximately 65–70% using a Spider Farmer humidifier. While many growers prefer keeping seedlings inside a dome for extended periods, I personally like allowing them to adapt relatively early to the conditions they will experience throughout their life cycle. The objective is adaptation. Not overprotection. Airflow remains extremely gentle at this stage. Just enough movement to keep the air fresh without creating unnecessary stress. --- ## Heat Mat Temperatures The propagation mat was operating around 40°C. While that number may sound high initially, the heating source itself must run above the target root-zone temperature in order to compensate for environmental losses. The seedlings are not exposed directly to that temperature. Instead, the mat provides the warmth necessary to maintain stable rooting conditions and encourage fast, healthy germination. Consistency is the goal. And seeds appreciate consistency. --- ## Lighting Lighting during germination is intentionally soft. Young seedlings simply do not require intense light levels. The goal is healthy establishment rather than explosive growth. Once these girls become properly established, they will move under the Future Of Grow Black Series 600W full-spectrum LED system where the next stage of development begins. We'll start discussing PPFD, light intensity, and environmental management in more detail during the coming weeks. For now, healthy beginnings remain the priority. --- ## First Observations Everything has progressed exactly as hoped so far. Fast germination. Healthy taproots. Strong emergence. Healthy color. Good vigor. And perhaps most importantly: A clean start. At this stage every phenotype is still an unknown story waiting to unfold. And honestly, that's part of the magic. No matter how many grows we complete, every seed still carries a little mystery inside. --- ## Looking Ahead Over the coming weeks we'll follow GodFather OG Pheno B through the first stages of development. We'll explore: - Root establishment - Early growth - Environmental management - Watering strategies - Light intensity - Structural development - And whatever unique characteristics this phenotype decides to reveal Because every seed starts with potential. The journey determines how that potential expresses itself. This is only the first chapter. And for GodFather OG Pheno B... the family continues to grow. 🌱😄 Huge thanks to Zamnesia Seeds for the genetics, Plagron for the substrate and nutrition, Future Of Grow for the lighting, and everyone following along for another seed-to-harvest adventure. Grower's Love everyone. 🌱💚

So here we are, at the end, a few months later. I was so happy that I'll finally grow a plant without any training at all, just to see the full and uninterrupted genetic expression. It was a blast to grow her, I can't wait for the plant to dry and give it a few weeks of curing but she smells great already. I also wanted to thank Divine Seeds for the contest strain and Bio Tabs for great Bio fertilizer. You can judge for yourself because I'll let the photographs speak for themselves. Speaking of photography, I went with a moody style this time, because she has a great structure. I've trimmed her a little bit here and there and I've left a few big fan leaves on both sides for better looks. The big fan leaves reflect the light so well, it make the whole plant shine. Okay now head to the gallery and let all that sink in ;) XOXO Cremo

Some leaf tips seem to be burned, so they got ph-corrected water every second time. Never thought that Green Buzz nutrition is so powerful, 100ml of grow nutrition is enough for at least 8 plants as it seems by now. Started adding some organic PK nutrition but only half of recommended dose. Flower looks good so far. Added two new pics to show how different the flower shows off, I called them pheno #1 and #2 #2 seems to have much more pistils, hairs or stigmas, not sure about the right word. She is also brighter white. Thinking about to cut 2 or 3 clones but I have never done monstercropping.

We are almost at the magic moment, it is about to go into flowering and the vegetative phase is practically over in a few days. Our Purple Urkle by Zamensia is a very beautiful plant with a good internodal distance and is developing very very well. We have just done the last topping that brings her 16 tops, 16 small clones of the main cola that will come up I hope at the same time and all together and above all I hope that the cold will give us a great resin and a beautiful coloration. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The cuts of the topping slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit into over, it happened to her then you detach and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. It is a process that must be nuanced very delicately. Ideally it is to start by preparing the soil with fertilizer and add if necessary. I over-fertilized the plants a bit but it's something I've always managed very well once I got to flowering. Next time we'll add some fertilizer to the soil with this technique it's very suitable. Wait for the uncle BreadandBuds.... We are always using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic, we have only lowered the amount of grow in this topping phase for the reasons mentioned above. ---- Decide on the right soil and calculate your fertilizer sheet based on the soil on the official website. -- www.plagron.com Try a seed of this strain that drives us crazy.. ---- https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11168-zamnesia-seeds-purple-urkle.html Zamnesia Description // A direct descendant of a Mendocino Purps phenotype, Purple Urkle is a high-performance cultivar from Zamnesia Seeds. This feminized, indica-dominant strain is sure to win over any cannabis grower. With a THC content of 20%, Purple Urkle has a lot to offer from seed to harvest and beyond. A grape-flavored adventure, Suitable for indoors, outdoors or in the greenhouse, Purple Urkle is a very resilient strain. Growers will be impressed by how easy this cultivar can be managed. Purple Urkle can reach 120cm indoors and 160cm outdoors, but if you want more control over the height you can use the LST technique. Purple Urkle has fantastic flavors and aromas that intensify during the flowering phase. Regardless of the method of consumption, Purple Urkle offers tangy, fruity flavors that lean towards notes of grapes, berries and plums. The effects of this strain are soothing and relaxing, with uplifting sensations that make the experience suitable for any occasion, whether in a social setting or alone. Checkout my Instagram @smallbudz to see the Small budget grow setup for indoor use, low watt, low heat, low noise, step by step. 25/10/2019 - First feed I gave her 0.25ml on 250ml of water of Biobizz-Grow, with 6.5ph. 26/10/2019 - Leafs looking a bit crooked, and some pale spot lets hope its not fungus. (gave her 100ml of just PH 6.5 water) 27/10/2019 - Feeding day, gave her 250ml water with 0.25ml Biobizz Grow, 6.4PH (changed feeding to once every 2 days with a plain water interval) 28/10/2019 - Started LST 30/10/2019 - Feeding day, gave her 250ml water with 0.25ml of each Biobizz - Grow,Bloom and Max, 6.3PH, added carbon filter and it raised the temps to 29c 31/10/2019 - A tad too much of nuts, little burn tip. (Sensi Seeds warned me but I still goofed it)
