SuperSativaSeedClub PurplePunchOG Auto Week8 Weekly update on these three ladies. Been an eventful week for them. I decided to transplant from the original 1gal fabric pot to a 3gal fabric which I never do on autos but I was fighting keeping them happy in the smaller pots. So will see how they take it. Plus I lollipoped the bigger one taking off the lower nodes. All in all Happy Growing.

Resumo DIario: - Dia 37 - 04/10 : Misturei 50g de guano de morcego (1-15-1) na superfície de cada vaso, reguei cada um deles com 1.5L de agua com Ph ajustado em 6.3, o desenvolvimento está bom, sem nada mais a apontar. - Dia 38 - 05/10 : Notei um aumento significativo na intensidade do cheiro, estão a crescer bastante bem, não apresentam nenhum problema de nutrição, a NLA, naturalmente, está com a floração mais atrasada. - Dia 39 - 6/10 : Fiz mais uma rega de 1.5L em cada vaso, o solo estava seco, como já havia fertilizado o solo á 2 dia com guano de morcego, coloquei apenas 3ml/L de CANNA Terra Flores e ajustei o Ph para 6.3. Elas estão a exigir muita agua, é bom sinal. - Dia 40 - 7/10 : As meninas deram uma boa secada no solo, a intensidade do cheiro está realmente mais forte, estão a florir bem. - Dia 41 - 8/10 : A terra estava praticamente seca, reparei que uma das GGA está a apresentar a ponta das folhas amarelada/queimada, principalmente nas folhas inferiores, poderá ser possível carência de Nitrogénio, pois é um nutriente móvel que a planta pode levar para as folhas superiores na falta do mesmo, adicionei 2ml/L de CANNA Terra Vega, que é um nutriente baseado em Nitrogénio e Ferro, á solução habitual, ajustei o Ph para 6.3 e reguei cada vaso com 1.5L, vou deixar a terra secar bem em 3/4 dias e acompanhar como reagem.

Not an overly impressive strain and I would say she was not that hard to grow. If I even grew this one again I would let it go naturally with some LST. Wanted more grape flavours but they don't really come through in the smoke. There's a bit of a sharp fruity smell that's sort of piney with a hint of fuel at the end. The smoke is not too flavourful in my opinion but that just means I didn't grow it well. Super tight nugs so be careful with humidity as stated above. Also she's a bit of a light feeder so be careful with your nutes. As you can see I burnt her tips and over fed her a lot. Not a bad yield though! I've only really smoked the lowers on this one so far so that gave me a bit of a racey high, just slightly racey. I would accredit that to the lowers not being mature enough at chop. The plant is super dense and since I mainlined it the lowers didn't receive enough light. I tried to let the lowers mature more but the plant stopped maturing when I chopped the tops, this caused stress and the plant just shut down basically. Not sure if I would grow Blimburn's GDP again until I grow the real GDP.

🌿Week 4: Defoliation & SCROG Setup Week 4 was all about structure and airflow. The canopy was getting bushy fast, with a ton of inner growth, so we went in for a solid defoliation session across the board. Lower fans, overlapping leaves, and shaded internodes were cleaned up to let light penetrate deeper into the canopy and reduce potential humidity traps. Right after that, we finally dropped the SCROG net, stretched out gently across the canopy to guide the branches horizontally and prep for flower stacking. Some of these phenos are already reaching for the sky, so the timing felt just right. Captured a full-time-lapse clip of the defoliation + netting process. It’s super satisfying watching the chaos turn into clean lines. Nature meets intention. Feed Bloom since 20/6 22/6 Defoliation 🌱 Plant Response: After defol, they bounced back fast. Tops are perky, leaves are praying, and stretch is continuing in a controlled way. The structure’s more open now — better airflow, better light distribution, better everything.

19.1.25: I have watered all plants with 300ml of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3, with 1/3 jar of black strap molasses with Ecothrive Biosys-1g. I am looking to increase the sugars for microbial life and plant processes. It'll also add some extra Calcium, Magnesium and trace elements. I also, watered all plants with Bloom nutrients. Using dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with the following nutrients: (ml/l) ;- ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag ♡ 2ml Ecothrive Flourish ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 2ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Biobizz Top Max ♡ 1g of Ecothrive Biosys I watered around 1-3 litres per plant. Depending on size and requirements. I'm still spilling water containing the nutrient solution. 🙄 I am using this to rub into the leaves. I think a nice foliar massage won't do any harm, make the most of the situation. The plants have become very hungry and thirsty. Increased the water by double. I ran out of my TNC cal-mag. I decided to order the Xpert Nutrients brand, as I like their products. It isn't organic as far as I can tell, but I don't think it matters too much to me, to be honest. I also want to top dress this week, so I bought some Green Leaf PK bud Booster dry amendment from Amazon, too. I'll mix it with canna coco, perlite, worm castings, and Ecothrive Life Cycle. 24.1.25: I went ahead and top dressed all the plants with 4.5 gallons of my supersoil custom mix. This consists of the following substrate and dry amendments: ♡ 60% Canna coco ♡ 20% Worm castings ♡ 15 % Perlite The remaining 5% consists of the following dry amendments;- ♡ 10g Ecothrive Biosys ♡ 1 Tsp RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 3 Tsp Vitalink Bat guano ♡ 4 Tsp Diatomaceous earth ♡ 8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon ♡ 10g Green Leaf Bud Booster PK booster. ♡ 3 Tsp Ecothrive Life Cycle. •Worm castings for some all round nutrition. •Cinnamon for mildew and bug repellent. •Canna coco base substrate. •Perlite for adding oxygen to the root and soil system. •Green Leaf Bud Booster PK Booster for blooming. Building strong big buds. •Vitalink bat guano again for Bloom. •RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules, to boost beneficial microbes. •Ecothrive Life Cycle for lots of great benefits. •Diatomaceous earth for Silica. •Ecothrive Biosys, for an extra microbial boost. Week 1 of flower for Space panda by Atlasseed, Pheno 1 was fed her 2.7g of BioBloom per L of soil, watered that in and flipped it to flower 24hours ago. As more room opens up in the tent ill spread her out a little more. Also wont be defoliating unless necessary as I'm trying to bring up the humidity a little. While Pheno 2 im going to keep in veg for a week or 2 longer as shes a little behind on size.

Flipped the lights to 12-12 on 11/04 She's starting to run her stretch.

Getting pretty concerned about this little lady. Though this spotting issue could be a number of things but so far iv had no luck correcting it. I had my twnt fan break down leaving me with only my exhaust inline fan and passive intake. Thought maybe this cause condensation leading to light burn, but have since gotten a new fan and new spots apear. Thought maybe calcium or magnesium exess as i was using quiet a bit if Cal Mend to correct an earlier deficiency. So I fed only Micro Gro and Bloom with so UC roots and still spots are apearing. Im going to try readjusting my nutes and lowering the concentration to do a flush and fingers crossed because IDK how much worse this can get before we git the point of no return. March 12, Did a flush today. 5 gallons water + 95ml of Clear by Dutch Nutrients throughout the hydroton. Did this 3 times. Then did a reservoir change with adjusted dosage of Nutes.

Week went good some are further along then others but they all looking beautiful fan leaves starting to yellow and purple and such on some then others they just stretching still they won’t all finish at same time I don’t think but it’s ok

Happy with my first grow! Was relatively easy for my first time, had no issues other than buds not getting as fat as I wanted but still came away with 35g from 1 plant in a 2x2x3 tent with 1 small 100 watt grow light so all in all I say it was a success!

Recovering from her snap well :) Taken central tops for cuts, done another round of topping all round. Should end up with 15 evenly sized colas Up potted to 25L, will flip ina week or so.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. This diary is going to be semi experimental grow from seeds that i have found and collected from my earlier grews. List of wonders for the diary: 1.Are all seeds going to be females. 2.is there going to be more or less seeds, than the original run 3.is the yeld going to be bigger/better when seeds are from my own grews.(because their motherplants had same enviroment and care) 2 seeds/strain and strains are Trainwreck, gorilla and moby dick. original(mother)seeds have been produced by fast buds company. Starting the grow by filling 6 disposable cups and filling them almost to the top with coco coir and water so the coco in cups are clearly moist. 1 seed in eatch cup, little poke and seed is covered with coco. desided to put all the cups on one tray and cover it with another one on top. trays i lifted on top of the growtent for now. lets see if anything starts to happen....
