10/5/24 - Purple Punch 👊 & Green Crack 💚 Girls got a top feed of 7.3 pH, and runoffs are strong 6.4. PPMs are a little lower last dunk on the GC, so we are going to bump up her feed a little, and reduce the feed on the Purple Punch.

This Week we started to change the fert always using the 50% of the suggested quantity. We start the lst technique but some hours after the top side of the plant turns the heads up towards the light again. From day 25 we reduce the daylight time o about 30 min per day. On monday I expect to have 18/6 to start the flowering weeks :)

Not much has changed other than size. I have her locked down in a ring to direct even growth. She will stay in the pattern for another week or so before I'll release the branches and move her to the 4x4 flowering tent. I'd like to note that I have also removed the first 2 nodes on every branch on the entire plant. And cleaned up all growth for the first 5 nodes from the main stalk. As well as any branch that is facing down.

This week i need to change the reservoir again, the plants drink solution just as I add fresh water the EC stays at 2.7 and i need to add PK and Calmag so that's why. The weather outside is very cold this whole week around -18 degree Celsius at night...this made my reservoir water go under 15 degree Celsius. Since i ran the Spider Farmer UV lights i noticed some purples on my cannabis plants i think it's their doing....i run it now for two weeks the UVs ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE 7000 is hanged at 28 cm. over the canopy and runs at 520W. Germinated the seeds and worked on the grow closet (these will be growing in my bedroom closet) The watering setup is two 5gal buckets with PVC fitted a half inch from the bottom of the bucket, with a P trap pipe connecting it to a shared 5gal reservoir with an air stone (one will be run to each bucket to be extra safe from stagnant water) and 2 pond pumps to deliver water to the base of the plant. Nutrients added after wool placed into baskets on Day 4.

Orange pistols have started to show up but other then that nothing special happening , plants are starting to thicken up and still have many more weeks to go till harvest. Started to add some flora bloom to the feed to boost the finally product and increase the ppm because will the organic line I'm finding in it hard to get the ppm past 500.

Smooth sailing on this batch deep into flower! Were sitting at 85 days today and they are looking fantastic! Steady feeding flora bloom and flora micro. Also giving them 5ml/gal of advanced big bud. These ladies are FROSTY! Cannot wait till these ladies wrap it up! This dinafem cheese xxl is a beast. She isn't close to finishing just yet. Not gonna be a huge yielder, but one hell of a pretty plant.

Sour Diesel plant is growing great. Now at 27 inches and growing fast. She has been topped and is now in Flower. Now it will be watering and pruning until we get some buds.

Plants continued to grow well some plants show signs of nutrient deficiencies, trying to address it without burning all the other plants. But besides that all looks good and we ready to flip to flower. 12/12 cycle to start. Clones looking strong and ready to be replanted as mothers for the next batch of clones / SOG

☀️ // Day 66 🍁 Chopping Day Every grow must come to an end. I can't be the only one who always gets heartbroken when chopping down the plants. I mean, for 4 months you do everything for the plants that they're having a good life. You cheer every healthy sign from them, you want them to love life and from one day to the other, you kill them. That's just sad, isn't it? I am always telling myself that they're basically become a part of us through the endocannabinoid system, so that's their afterlife, right? Haha Anyway, this was a rather stressful grow. I had major problems with the soil, I just couldn't control it. I think it's because of the Peat Free stuff I mixed in, it somehow fucked up the buffer capabilities of the soil or something like that. But that doesn't matter now, I got it under control, the buds developed perfectly but the leafs are damaged by the tips. So it's not the most beautiful plant overall but the buds are very marvelous. They have a rather unique shape, like a pyramid but with an almost flat head? And their purple hue is just breathtaking. It's a very pinkish purple which I haven't seen by myself until now. I am very happy with this genetic in that regard. But let's see how the buds really turn out. I am aiming for a 10-14 day drying period. With 55% humidty during the first 24-48h with 19 °C. I will rise the humidty to 60 % after that period until the end. In that way, I want to make sure that the critical moisture gets out in the first 1-2 days but after that it should be a very, very slow drying to preserve as much cannabinoids and terpenes as possible. Day 15: I removed both branches, in the second node position on the trunk, and LST'd her down in the direction of the removed-downward-node. Also, I noticed the lime green discoloration on the lower leaves which means a beginning of a nitrogen deficiency. I lightly top dressed her pot the first week because it's the first time I grow using these dry amendments. I top dressed her again yesterday and watered her today. It will take a week for the nutrients to break down so I think I will be brewing a terp tea grow to treat the deficiency while the dry ingredients break down. Day 18: continued to lst her down. I top dressed the soil with 3 tsp of nitro bat guano, 2 tsp of terp tea grow, and 2 tsp of uprising bloom. Day 20: She started showing sex so I'll be only lst'ing from now on.

The ethos put on a lot of stretch this week. The viparspectra xs2000 is doing a great job. Running cool and keeping the plants happy. Everyone is popping pistils. Excited to see what kind of variety comes out of this gutter!

I had to harvest both sbc.. they produced seeds caused by too high EC in the Coco. The EC of the GP was even higher but she seems to handle it better and performs normal. A EC of 1.8 in the Coco was too high for the sbc. EC of the GP was 2.4. I flushed the GP, it was now possible since the sbc wasnt there anymore and therefor was no danger of getting the stacked pizza boxes wet which would let the sbc sink down like in mud. GP will be harvested in two weeks and right after that i will start a new diary with 3x sbc. I then can flush probably and will not run into this problem again.
