Week 9 for Kalini Asia by Zamnesia seeds, She really bounced back from her last topping to 16 tops. now just keeping her levelled in height. Because of the messed up light schedule + massive shifts of temps from 28+ to 6... outside the tent so really for 7 hours their growth is completely stunted, but I'm making due with what I have 😂

La planta crece muy sana. Decido hacer poda apical en meristemos laterales, en 4 nudos. Al ser pequeños no sé si será apical o FIM. También un poco de LST en inferiores para que busquen mejor el sol. Estoy haciendo pruebas a ver como reacciona. Si veo que sigue en altura doblare un poco la a punta. Me planteo malla scrog. El riego continua siendo lluvia, una pasada los días de sol con pequeños momentos de lluvia.

1st 4 days of this week was away for a long weekend. Despite going a little paranoid worrying about them they were absolutely fine (probably enjoyed the time with me not fussing over them) Even managed not to water them the second I got back but rather waited until they actually lightened up. Which I think they’ll actually be ready to be watered tmw. Really happy with the way they’re all going so far. Interesting observations are, GC2 seems to be a bit of weird one. Looks like a ducksfoot pheno. I have got one or 2 of these from Fastbuds not a huge fan. (That being said it’s entirely possible I mixed up seeds and this is actually the freebie seed. Will find out later I guess). And SP2 is just a little sluggish / droopier / less reactive to light compared to the others. Not overworrying will see what happens. we are entering the 8th week and the 2nd week of flowering. she is only growing minimally in height. the flowers are getting thicker. she is developing some nice little buds. she is doing really well. no parasites or diseases to be seen. in the greenhouse i have an average of 30 degrees, lowest temperature about 20 degrees and highest 40 degrees. in the video you can see a comparison with the white widow. both are the same age. i didn't use any topping or LST on the white whidow. it's crazy how big the difference is.

Week 7. Did nothing besides putting nutrients und water in the system. Spreaded the plants every 2 days to fill the space. Week 8 will start with 42h of darkness and flip to 12/12 afterwards. From now on I will turn of the far red during lights on period. The canopy is filled so it’s now just beneficial for putting them to sleep or waking them up. Using far red in the early flower time could cause a unwanted stretch. In mid-late flower I am going to use it for the Emerson effect. Excited to start my second grow (even though I haven't finished the first grow). I need to apply what I've learned before I forget and screw these plants, too! Started another zskittles seed 3/1 and planted 3/2. I kind of lost the first seed in the soil while planting (don't ask). I still left Skittles # 1 just to see what happens ¯_(ツ)_/¯. 3/4 - The seed that I thought was lost deep in the soil actually popped up a little near the edge. I G E N T L Y relocated the root to the center and buried it a 1/4 in down. Very excited that I didn't blow this plant! So it looks like i'll be growing 3 plants this time around. Ambitious for a newb? Very much so.

Esa familia, buenas de nuevo, siento la tardanza, asuntos propios ya me entendéis... pero ya actualizo y es que esta farm cheese de genofarm esta ya apunto de caramelo. Se espera el corte muy pronto y la verdad que promete , se ve increíble y huele que flipais. Ph controlado temperatura por debajo de 27 grados y humedad por debajo de 40%. Estoy muy contento porque el genotipo cheese es de mis preferidos y está en concreto tiene ese olor tan peculiar. Un saludo y nos vemos fumetillas.

Last week

Compost tea turned out well, let it go for 26 hours total and geared it towards fungal. Also took some soil samples several days later around the stalks and found a lot of nematodes and protozoa which is what you want to see. Lots of different types of nematodes so what your looking for are the bacterial feeders (there are charts online that show you how to identify them). Mycorrhizae can be identified by it's dark colour, uniformity and segmented nature. Testate amoebas live in a translucent shell like a snail and are easy to spot but hard to spot moving due to my shitty microscope, but look for the tentacles. Also found some eggs with movement inside, no idea what they are but they have vacuoles and flagella. She is really getting sticky and smelly now; berries with herb notes. You can see the resin stretching over the trichomes in the last pic. No signs of senescence yet so I'm not going to feed them, they should have plenty of food anyway as this is a second run of the same soil.

Well met fellow growers 🌵💚 Day 53: slight lightburn on mutant cos akmost touching light. I would have HST the cola down if my irl fellow grower said if the light doesnt burn my hand it wont burn the cola badly😁 well it has slighty, but def better than potentially losing the whole cola. Other than that, lil bit of nute burn? Atleast i think so, will cut to amaller feedings. I fear that my offbrand light might not pull the watts i would need 😕 Day 54: Started to see lil nute burn and quite dark green tint on leaves so im thinking it might b nitrogen toxicity. Did. 2ml/L flashclean 1.2l for all. Gonna feed just ph water tomorrow snd check runoff, hope everything is well and i havent managed to lock these babies😉 Day 55: so after flashclean i gave girls 3l each ph water at 6.3. #1 came out 2.8ec and ph 5.8 #2 3.8ec and ph 4.6😳 #3(mutant) came out as 6.5ph and ec 1.8. they seem to do well but i gotta take a break from feeds w 1 and 2 Day 56: Despite horrible ec and ph readings on #1 and #2, they are doing just fine by the looks of it😅 either FB breeds the most beastly resistant seeds or my shit needs calibration. Prolly both tbh😂 Buds seem to get bigger and the smell is growing day by day. I already get pretty strong vanilla and pine?? Smell😍 hopefully the flashclean was right move to do! I think there may have been some lockout happening in all of em and thats why my runoff came that high. I hope flashclean got rid of the most overfed nutes🙏

On next feed going to up the cal mag a small amount but pretty much letting them do their thing. On day 23 I will defoliate. Second net is going to be used just as support

Week 28 – Flowering Week 6 This week clearly places the Pineapple Upside Down in the final stretch of its flowering cycle. We are getting close to the end, and expectations regarding yield are now realistic. The plant produced a large number of small buds that never fully developed, which was anticipated considering the difficulties encountered earlier in the grow. Despite this, the run is not a total loss. There will still be material worth harvesting: the best tops will be kept as flower, while lower-quality buds and popcorn will likely be processed later. Trichome development confirms that we are approaching maturity, with most trichomes now appearing cloudy. This indicates that the plant is nearing its harvest window. Nutrition Nutrition was slightly adjusted this week to better match the late flowering stage. Base nutrients were gently reduced: Bloom A and Bloom B were lowered from 2.0 ml/L to 1.5 ml/L. At the same time, PK was increased from 2.5 ml/L to 3.0 ml/L. In practice, part of what was removed from Bloom A and Bloom B was deliberately reallocated to PK. The intention is to support final bud maturation and density, while limiting unnecessary nitrogen intake at this advanced stage of flowering. Nutrition will remain as-is for this week. Starting next week, feeding will be stopped to allow the plant to finish maturing naturally before harvest. Environment & Light Light intensity was intentionally not increased. PPFD remains around 800–900, which is more than sufficient at this stage and helps avoid excess heat in the grow space. No major interventions are planned from here. The strategy is simple: maintain stable conditions, observe closely, and let the plant finish its cycle without stress. See you next week, and take care.
