Unfortunately this will be the last week because the threat of the red spider has returned and I cannot afford to use other chemical remedies to eliminate it so I anticipate the harvest by a week even if looking at the trichomes I am not so far from full maturity, Too bad . !

9/18: I harvested one of them. Washed and hung to dry. 9/21: I harvested a couple more. Washed and hung to dry. 9/23: I harvested the last one. Washed and hung to dry. 10/7: I smoked some. I liked it. 10/8: I smoked some more. I'm really glad I have almost 15 ounces of it.😋 a) 69g b) 79g c) 93g d) 84g e) 88g Final thoughts: Easy to grow and train. The two I did some training on produced the most. The buds are dense while growing and remain so after they've dried and started to cure. They redden up beautifully in the jar and have a very mild but sweet minty/flowery smell that comes through in the flavor as well. It's a very strong Sativa buzz which is surprising considering they were the fastest FFT's to finish...among mostly Indica varieties. Potency: 8/10 Yield: 8/10 Flavor: 8/10 Aroma: 8/10 Bag-appeal: 8/10 Trouble-free: 10/10 NOTE: I couldn't find the photos I took of the first one I harvested, but it was the smallest (and stinkiest) of the bunch.

Switched to flower nutes too early. Back to full strength terp tea grow 711. Atleast for the next 2 weeks, maybe less. 5/1/24 Plant is stretching now. FYI just to clarify, I switched lights to 12/12 on 4/20 but I am considering her being in veg still until I see more pistils. Probably the end of this week. After a 2 week transition period 5/3 2 days later and I need to get my damn camera in the tent! This stretch is starting to look like nursery explained. She’s supposed to triple in size. I thought I tied her down too much and she would stay short. I swear she’s grown an inch over night. Starting to dominate the tent. Literally 2 days ago, I said that I didn’t consider this week to be flower and still the transition phase. Now she looks like she’s fully in the flowering phase. She’s beautiful and I’ve been impressed since veg. Since I chose her as a clone I liked the way she was. Hoping she follows through🌱💚

Still doing really well this one, buds look amazing and the smell is really really pungent. Really pleased with the topping on this one, tops all over and all really good strong tops. Around 3 weeks left to go so last week for nutes and will be flushing at end of this week, getting ready for harvest now really really excited to see this once all done.

I'm pretty much on auto pilot at this point.. im still just feeding compost extracts to keep it simple. There's a couple things I want to point out this week; I've also included a video of my cheese auto and no extra cost to the reader 😅🤣 PROCESS/ENVIRONMENT CHANGES - I've lowered the temp inside my tent a little bit to help keep my VFD between a good range for flower (1.0 - 1.5). I also changed the RH on my humidity controller when the temperature goes down after the lights go off. It's kind of a hassle but it's the only way I can stay in the range I'm looking for. - I've started to raise the pH of my water slowly... I want it to be between 6.6. And 6.8 at this point. - I've increase all my lights.. my Sf4000 is at 85% intensity and both my Ts1000s are sitting at around 75% intensity. - I've increased all my fans running. My intake is maxed out, my exhaust is on '6' and my fans inside my tent are all maxed out.. the cheese auto is drowning my entire house out hahaha its crazy. -I've cut off a whole bunch of fan leaves, larf, bottom branches and a bunch of other unwanted stuff.. I'm hoping that she thickens up fairly like some of her sister's in the tent 🤞 cutting off all the unwanted junk might help at least move more air at the bottom of the canopy.. at most it will help direct energy to other parts of the plant therefore producing a better flower. If she does fill out I'll have to support her side branches so they don't fall over. - Every day I rotate the plants in my tent so that the get to experience the light in different ways. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/24- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is now going into Week Seven from seed and is going strong! She has definitely increased her height and continues to sprout new growth! Her color and vigor also remain excellent having gotten past her early episode of getting her leaves chewed on. Today I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 3g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. 6/26- Our summer is here and we're under an early heat wave this week with daytime temp's hitting the mid to upper 90's ℉ with heat indexes in the low 100's ℉... in short, IT'S FNG HOT!🔥🔥🔥 I'm watering the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo daily now with 5g of straight well water from the garden hose. I'm watering at sundown so that the water will have some time to soak down into the soil before the heat evaporates it. The coating of straw that I previously spread over the soil around her base has helped a lot as well. 6/28- Our weather is HOT now with heat indexes over 100℉ so I'm watering the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod every day with 5g of straight well water from the garden hose in the late afternoon once the plant is in the shade. Other than the ever present leaf hoppers, which love the leaves but leave the flowers alone, and an occasional Japanese Beetle, there aren't any serious pest issues currently. The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod continues to have excellent color and vigor, continuing to add new growth and increase her height, it seems daily! 6/30- The weather continues to relentlessly bake everything outside... And so, the daily watering continues!🌱🚿 Another healthy week for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I hope to see many more ahead! The climate in december / january is very hot and wet in my region. Temperature above 32°C and RH between 60/75%. Flowers have almost no smell. I think this weather is the cause of terpenes degradation.
