Week 10 Flower After 4 whole weeks of flush this girl has finally met the scissors ✂️ It took her quite some time to fade out, but after cutting down the most faded half of the plant that was closest to the light on Day 65, and then the rest on Day 70 it was long enough. I'm very impressed with how fat and chunky this girl has become. I wasn't expecting quite this size from first look at her thinner stems and branchy structure earlier in flower, but her buds have swelled up nonetheless and she's stacked well. I always cut my girls down around half an hour (or a bit more) before the lights are due to turn on. This prevents her from starting any chlorophyll production in order to maintain the best flavour and burn. Only a few fans were taken off before being left to hang dry as she's absolutely covered in trichomes! Don't throw away your sugar trim (leaves with trichomes) as this can later be used for dry sift, which can then be pressed for some dank rosin. Harvest update coming soon! Plant growth is amazing!. I really love royal queen seeds. The plant is very healty and strong. I am using organic nutrition from biobizz and plagron lightmix as soil. All together they are worling really well. Looks like this Matanuska plant is going to be a very bulky plant. Looking foward to finish the grow

Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!

Hanging tight with this kiddo... If one thing is for certain, she is dedicated to her life as a bushy Betty. Having to so often defoliate has stressed this lady out. Despite that, she is surprisingly still hauling strong. I have to say, in my experience Fastbuds genetics really take a beating. My cycle with her goes something like, bush out, defoliate, stress, bounce back with full on bush, repeat.

It was a week

Hey guys . A wonderful week goes by with a super growth :-). After I topped it for the first time last week, it recovered very quickly and showed great growth. I don't think I will use topping again on the lady because I should slowly blossom with a few other women :-) think it will be ready in the next 7-14 days for Flowering 👍. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). The tent was cleaned and the health of all women was checked :-). After the photos she was sprayed again with neem oil so that the last little tripse disappeared. Even if you can't see any more trips I will spray it one last time next week to make sure :-). best cannabis I ever grew and smoked. Others agree. This is a cup winner I would win with no competition. 3 months harvested, 90% consumed. Will run more genetics and future cross, backcross. Feels like energy drinks, positive, 100% youre high and lit, extreme ripped. Smell is slight citrus, this is very sweet tasting and smelling because of my methods of growing. Oozing sticky like an industrial adhesive. Daytime smoke, ripped no couchlock. Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. It's always exciting to see the fruits of our labor fully realized. A huge thanks to everyone who's been following along on this journey. Your interest and support mean the world.
