Flowering has begun 😁😁 8 days have passed since the flip and bud sites are starting to form. The week went fairly smooth with the exception of a smart plug failure 😡😡 not sure what the issue was as its working fine again and wifi was on and working fine but oh well, the plants got 6 extra hours of light one day but i gave 6 less the next and got the light sched back to normal asap. The girls look very healthy and I am extremely excited to start seeing some buds form and that famous pineapple smell. The RO system is doing its job getting the city water down from 198ish ppm to only 9. This solved the 2 issues and I am very happy I dont have to deal with the white dust EVERY WHERE, including outside the tent. I highly recommend this system. I tucked right up until yesterday which I thought I was done with the tucking but I felt they needed a little more. The center is pretty much maxed and growing to much to spread out the edges any more really. should have spaced out a little more from the center. The net is pretty close to full and some branches are on the outside. pleased overall but would like to improve on round 2 of course. Thanks for following along fam.

Right so basically, a week ago today marked a month for these ladies and because I had a broken phone it was very hard to keep up to date with the journal but hopefully now I can keep on top of this grow for you guys. It's been 35 days since germination for the Rhino Ryder and Afghan Kush. I'm using soil from the back garden and now that there is a bit of foliage, with the watering etc. The humidity has risen to a level I'm not happy with to which I'm going to invest in a portable dehumidifier to bring down the moisture in the air. I had to defoliate as it was getting really bushy and the fan was struggling to get air through the fan leaves. I cannot believe the RR, started off as the most finicky plant from germination and now it's the tallest f***er of the 4. She has shot up! I looked at the yellow tips on the leaves and apparently it's a lack of Iron. I read that Iron deficiency can be left to work itself out typically if it's not severe. Usually after a few days after the leaves are left to expand the yellow disappears and they turn a nice fresh green colour. The smell in here is fantastic! Did a little move around as the gorillas we're taking over the light so we get better light spread buds packing up nice and tight not much else to report....added the 3rd light not a hps though a mars hydro 960 thougt id better do it due to the gorillas taking over and just trying it out gonna try one for the last week in my gorilla and gsc diaries also see what there like thanks for reading happy growing guys

01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

This is the last post with mid quality pictures and video since I will be going home soon 😀. It is a bit rainy back home so she has to be under a roof or inside a lot of the time. The nutes will be upped to 4ml/l for both the grow and the bloom nutes.

Veremos como se ven las ultimas semana antes de tirarlas a floración. en riego, se da una vez por semana advance nutriens y 2 solo agua sola. las mas grandes tienen 4 semanas. la mediana tiene 3 semana. la mas pequeña tiene 2 semana. se tiran a flora en un total de 6 semanas a 7. All plants were live frozen and processed to bubble hash. After drying the product the hash was processed to live hash rosin and been cold cured afterwards

Upped the nutrient levels a little this week and she is starting to show crystals on the leafs :)

After trimming everything under the net she has focused on sprouting more upwards towards the light, stems are nice and thick and budsites are nice and even so will grow evenly when budding!
