There are good genetics and there are genetic masterpieces. The Great Jefa is part of the second case. Truly exceptional. It is a plant that has vegetated in a graceful and regular manner, the 16 bud topping seems tailor-made for it, all 16 have been successful, I would say excellent. All this happened in a short time, I don't know if it's the topping but it was practically ready in 6-7 weeks I took it to 8 because it was still very colored with leaves but it was ready for all the rest of the signs. Milky trichomes and lots of amber ones this time I don't think anyone can accuse me of being early. Also because the advance sometimes saves lives from mold. In this regard, I would like to give the advice NOT TO DO TOO MUCH FLUSH, if the plant is already very mature, washing the roots would risk spoiling the tops. So my advice is to flush at the very first red hairs, when the flower starts to take the color away with the flush, you clean it up and finish composing the flower. The flowers are really full of resin, a wonderful foliage gave us shades of colors from dark purple to light green and the tips of all the buds and violet. The trichomes and hashish pulled off the gloves are scary. so much. lots and lots of resin. The family is sweet-sour, I know Money Maker very much like us and is embellished with Attitude's Californian genetic Runtz. Greenhouse feeding gave us satisfaction from start to finish with a clever use of Enancher. The plant is still colored because I added some bloom. A few words must be said for Greenhouse Seeds who, with this declaration work in partnership with the strains, is doing a pretty good job of clarity. Many strains are children of an unknown mother and this exposes them to a thousand defects. Strain motherfuckers aren't tough they're problematic. Congratulations to Greenhouse always masterpieces. Day 91 - Started week 14 off with 2 gallons of plain pH’d water. It’s looking like this will probably be her final week and she’ll get the chop this coming weekend. I’m still thinking I’m not going to do a full harvest, I’ll chop the main buds and such and see if I can get the lower popcorn shit to fatten up. This is one of the best plants I’ve grown to date and want to maximize as much of her as I can. Day 92 - She’s getting really close now, I can almost taste her. Thinking about chopping most of here either Friday or Saturday. Buds are nice and dense and wanna get the lower popcorn to fill in after chopping the main colas. Not seeing much for amber trichs but there’s a few in there and she’s all cloudy other than that. Day 93 - Gave her 2 more gallons of plain water today and that will probably be it. She will be getting chopped this weekend and gonna let her dry completely up before cutting. Starting to show quite a bit of amber trichs so she’s ready, just holding out till Friday.

Hello and Welcome back 🌱 It‘s now 7 days ago since I put them in Water to Germinate and now it‘s their 5th day of growing. Yesterday, they got their first 4 hours of darkness and now i‘m slowly going down to 18/6 light schedule. I admit, the environment was sometimes very off due to experiments with VPD and leaf temperatur but I think I can dile it in correctly for this growing stage and beyond (hopefully). I was trying to see what happens if I stress them a little and hoped they would grow faster but they 100% didn‘t like it. They heat up pretty fast when the Air is too hot and dry because the roots are not developed and the plant is not established enough. An established plant can stay outside in the heat of the sun and still have cool leaves. So my environment for this stage is as above (27°C,70%RH). Light at 15000 Lux (≈370 ppfd) a little high but I‘ve noticed some stretching and I asumed they wanted more light and I really don’t want any more stretching. My media comes without nutriens so i feed little amounts of it every time they dry out enough. This is a Indica dominant strain so I asume they will stay fairly smal. Btw. If anybody wonders if CO2 bags work, check out the Video I uploaded. They are still seedlings (not really in Veg yet) and so i‘m treating them as such for the rest of the week. Root developement is now the top priority wich, if you didn‘t know, is better in a smal pot first because they are more likely to develope secondary roots but we’ll see. I heard It‘s like topping just underneath the plant. When they are ready to be transplanted I most likely will take the first three. Update: I did all the preperations for Transplant bc I was worried about root bound. I took Nr. 4 out and washed it as carefully as I could to expose the roots. Some of them got stuck on harder peaces of dirt and got ripped off. But it looks like alot of secondary roots developed instead of just one long taproot, wich is nice. I assume i can transplant them in the next few days. I rearanged the plants according to the Lux reading, wich is highest in the middle so the bigger plants (Nr.1 and Nr. 3) went to the sides. Maybe Nr.1 got the „smal“ genetics and it’s not anything environmental. thanks for following along this far and happy growing! Update: hey guys so yesterday I noticed, that the roots are coming out of the bottom. They were trying to get to the bottom of the three pots 😭 i had to do an emergency Transplant wich went very bad because they were stuck in the little pots. I don‘t think i‘m going to use these kind of pots anymore because they were not easy to get out. I even dropped Nr. 3 but luckily nothing bad happened. After the transplant both Nr. 1 and 2 were already ready to get more light. But Nr.3 was turning away from the light and the leaves were hanging down. So to lower the stress and encourage root groth I redusced the amount of light to a minimum and lowered the Temperature and highten the RH. This seemed to work well because the leaves were purking up again. The next day after 6-7 hours of darkness they are doing fine again but i‘m going to give them a little longer to establish themselves in the new pot. I changed the light schedule to 18/6 since I had to give them more darkness yesterday. I hope everything goes smothly from now on.

Missed a couple weeks of progress from this beautiful girl. But, today is day 42 of veg, beginning of week 7. I quickly learned that she loves to be fed! Been feeding the Advanced Nutrients line(Sensi Grow A&B, B52, Nirvana, Bud Candy, and Fish Shit) at half strength. She loves it! She's been topped for a second time and the now 4 main colas are growing fantastically!

After dry Maddie dry weight 126 grams, Tammy now in dry wet weight 815 grams Tammy yield dry 153 grams

Week 2 Needed to pop more seeds. I will make the count next week and see which phenotypes are the best to select to grow. Some batch of seeds didn’t sprout at all, i.e: AK. Super Skunk only 1/3. Spliff Strawberry sprouted after 1 week in cotton when I was about to give up counting on them.... this is why it’s always better to pop more seeds than expected to grow ! This isn’t the best start, but things shall go back to normal in a couple of weeks. The fan is on speed 1 and not blowing directly on the seedlings. The Mars-Hydro LED is definitely an excellent light for growing Cannabis when you keep it at the right distance. Cellmax BIO soil is perfect, no need to start in plugs you can directly put the germinated seeds in the soil without being worried about the nutrients and the EC/mS. Let’s see next week how it goes. (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Le hago amarres para disminuir la altura, ya que se han espigado por un viaje desde otra ciudad. Aunque sigo sin saber cual es la distancia ideal, por ahora tengo al TS1000 a unas 18'' pulgadas de las plantitas 💡📏🌱.

Finally A successful process I can finally harvest… 😭 1 of 6. When I thought an Auto, turns out got myself a traditional 6 month seed to harvest, she got a whole month of flushing, want that smooth smoke, besides presentation it must the smoke must be subtle on the throat. She just fooled me with her flowering, she has truly took her time maturing. Next week I am harvesting, and I will definitely post my experience, and how I dry and cure my harvest.

At this point, I water the roots to take off the rest of the fertilizers I used. I think it gives better flavor and you don't smoke the residues. The plant start to use its reserves to be almost done.
