Week 7 - Oh Mehn There’s So Much To Say About These Girls, I’ll Start With The Purple Power, It Is Ready To Be Harvest Anyday Now But I’m Looking To Push It To Week 8, It Has A Strong Aroma Of Sweet Berries. The Stardawg And Girls Scout Cookies (3gal) Are Putting On Some Dense Nuggets I Like How They’re All Looking Identical That’s A Good Sign. The Stardawg Has A Lemon But Earthy Scent And The 3gal Girls Scout Cookies Smells Like A Citrus Lemon With A Hint Of Pine, The Buds Are So Hard And Sticky Mehn I Cant’t Wait To Taste These Girls. The Other Don’t Have A Scent And The Gorilla Glue Having Start To Flower Yet Probably Gonna Steal The Show In The End! D57/FD29 - Thing going grand with the Cookies so far (enjoying growing these Cookie Based Strains). Smell from it is divine! Touch a stem and its a lovely citrus smell left on you for ages! Noted in a previous comment, like a perfect sweetness, fresh lemonade. You'd wear it as an aftershave alright even!!! :P They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at what would be recommended strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea this late in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geeklight also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant too and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator (and hopefully UVB Tube) and great to see them honouring the Warranty. RHC Seems to be flowering nicely as can been seen from the pics. Stacking well, buds coming along. Slight pinkish tip to the pistils on some buds but not the shocking pink as you'd see in the sales pics...hopefully it goes there though! Also noticing a bit of an early frost on a few flowers...like real good frost! And this is only day 1 of week 5 (I know, I do this diary arse about face)!!! Hoping Geeklight get this driver control board and longer cables to me quick so as I can get the driver out of the tent as I'd really like to get the UVB in there to frost them up in a week or 2!!! May only be getting about 9" clearance though so dunno, could be dangerous!!! 12" is the lowest recommended...but then, I could do the 15 min burst lighting (On 15, off 45 min every hour) so lower the risk of burn but get them more exposure (but lowers the lifetime of the tube). They get UVA from the LED's on the light at the moment for a 1/3 of the day and have been since early veg so should be hardened to it by now!!! Anyway, think that's enough s**te chatted by me!!! Nothing happened this week, was basically just drying. Trimmed her less than her "sister", took 1 day longer to dry BUT also is a bit dry-er with the bovedas now fighting too keep the RH up.

Second week of Flowering and I can see some small buds forming already 😋

9/18: New week...fed with Boomerang and Kangaroots 9/19: Applied Axiom harpin proteins and boomboom spray 9/20: Fed full strength TPS One...decent growth on both, but the small one seems more than just a couple of days behind. 9/21: Tucked a few leaves and took some photos and a video. Looking good. Just a couple more days of 24/0... 9/22: Switched out the 560w of 5000k CCT lighting for 720w of 3000k CCT lighting and set the timer for 12/12. Decided against 13/11 with emerson effect...trying to save a few bucks on electricity. I'm keeping the lights at 30" from the tops for a day or two. 9/23: The girls loved their first night of sleep...so perky!

Week 8 of flowering, Biscotti mints 2 looks more close to the end than Biscotti mints 1. Both very frosty, smelling really good. It’s been 1 week since I flushed them 😍 Looking at the trichomes they are close to the stage I like(around 20-30% amber) so I will harvest them.. probably 1 more week. Overall really happy with what I am seeing 🤩 can’t wait to smoke it 🤪

D63/F15 - 11.21 - Really good week of growth. The purple in the leaves and prebuds really makes this lady stand out. She's gorgeous. D67/F19 - 11.25 - Everything is looking great. Got her all defoliated and ready to churn out chunky monster purple buds

A good week here in the tent. The girls continue to grow and progress. Getting a small amount of water daily. Looking for more progression then I'll transplant the best looking ones.

I have 4 lady's Still no problem They are looking healthy but mby i did mistake with a pot size. I may have problems with space we'll see

Coming to the end here for both plants. I've been only watering ph water. Watered until runoff for the last time and just watching the trichomes turn now. 10.5 weeks and they seem to be pretty much done.
